    Dynamic Characteristics of Crusher Supporting Structures

    Ring granulator type crushers are installed in many coal handling plants over framed type supporting structures either in steel or reinforced concrete. The causes of excessive vibrations commonly reported from these installations are discussed. The paper describes, in particular, the nature and magnitudes of exciting forces to be considered for the safe design of supporting structures for such machinery. Two practical examples are illustrated - one involving an elevated steel structure and another reinforced concrete framed structure, the latter supporting multiple crushers on the same floor. Pertinent conclusions are drawn for the benefit of future designers of such installations

    In the title 1:1 cocrystal, C7H8N4O2·C7H6O4, the anti-asthmatic drug theophylline (systematic name: 1,3-dimethyl-7H-purine-2,6-dione) and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, gentisic acid (systematic name: 2,5-dihydroxy­benzoic acid) crystallize together, forming two-dimensional hydrogen-bonded sheets involving N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. The overall crystal packing features π–π stacking inter­actions [centroid–centroid distance = 3.348 (1) Å]. The cocrystal described herein belongs to the class of pharmaceutical cocrystals involving two active pharmaceutical ingredients which has been relatively unexplored to date

    A Study of Dynamic Pile-Soil Interaction

    The paper discusses briefly the state of art on the subject of pile dynamics including consideration of soil-pile interaction. An analytical model which gives the response of a single pile buried in a layered soil medium considering variation in soil properties in the radial direction in each layer is illustrated. The paper also presents an experimental study on a full size test pile 40 cm dia and 7 m long driven into a five layered soil stratum. The results of the analytical and experimental studies are compared and suggestions for further work are given

    Protecting consumers’ privacy isn't an easy task because of the sensitive information active in the interactions between consumers and also the trust management service. Safeguarding cloud services against their malicious customers really are a difficult problem. Trust management is among the most difficult issues for that adoption and development of cloud computing. The highly dynamic, distributed, and non-transparent nature of cloud services introduces several challenging issues for example privacy, security, and availability guaranteeing the supply of the trust management services are another critical challenge due to the dynamic nature of cloud conditions. In the following paragraphs, we describe the look and implementation of Cloud Armor, a status-based trust management framework that gives a collection of functionalities to provide Trust like a Service (Takas), including i) a manuscript protocol to demonstrate the credibility of trust feedbacks and preserve users’ privacy, ii) an adaptive and powerful credibility model for calculating the credibility of trust feedbacks to safeguard cloud services from malicious customers and also to compare the reliability of cloud services, and iii) an availability model to handle the availability from the decentralized implementation from the trust management service. The practicality and advantages of our approach have been validated with a prototype and experimental studies using an accumulation of real-world trust feedbacks on cloud services

    A Novel Three-Port Converters For Solar Power System

    A Three Port Converter (TPC) can interface with storage elements,renwable energy sources and loads simultaneously, is a good candidate for the solar power systems. To produce constant output power is the main goal (day & night). So I used three port full bridgesConverters in solar electrical energy. A systematic method for generating Three Port Converter topologies from Full Bridge Converters are described here. By using this systematic method,we can devolaped a novel full-bridge TPC (FB-TPC)  for renewable power system applications which has simple topologies and control, a reduced number of devices and single-stage power conversion between any two of the three ports. This method splits the two switching legs of the FBC into two switching cells with different sources and allows a dc bias current in the transformer. The FB-TPC consists of two bidirectional ports and an isolated output port. The primary circuit of the converter functions as a buck-boost converter and provides a power flow path between the ports on the primary side, the power balance in the system ports will be provided by the third port. The full bridge three port converter is full bridge three port converter is designed and using simulated MATLAB/SIMULINK. The output parameters such as  output voltage, current and power were obtained.

India is rich with 771468 registered Ayush practitioners, 8667 licensed Ayurvedic drug manufacturing units. Quality Control/Assurance is the department, which controls all activities at various level of manufacturing as National & International standard. Ministry of Ayush continues to lay emphasis on up gradation of AYUSH educational standards, Quality control and standardisation of drugs, improving the availability of medicinal plant material, research and development and awareness generation about the efficacy of the system domestically and internationally.     COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF KRIMIGHNA DRUGS MENTIONED IN THE AYURVEDIC PHARMACOPOEIA OF INDIA

    Ayurveda is the science of life having wide description of Krimighna dravya in its literature. Ayurvedic pharmacopeia of India published by the Ministry of AYUSH is a monograph of single drugs; which is very popular for all stack holder of Ayush system of medicines. This article details the review of single drugs mentioned in API part I (Vol I to VI) and their screening for Krimighna (antimicrobial) properties. Present article also aims for validating classical fact with published scientific research work. Authors searched 54 drugs out of 519 single drugs described in the API & it was found most of Ayurvedic Krimighnadravya were recognized for having antimicrobial property which was established through various Preclinical & clinical work carried out by the scientific community. Authors collected data with references to validate API drugs having antimicrobial property. All screened content can be taken for various high-tech research work by various students in MD, PhD or in the various other project of CSIR, DST, EMR project of CCRAS for further development of new drugs and conversion of available drugs to latest dosage form

    A REVIEW ON AYURVEDIC PROSPECTIVE AND CURATIVE HERBS FOR TYPE II DIABETES

    Diabetes is a metabolic disorder which is affecting million people all over the world. Maharishi Charak described Prameharoga (20 types) ; and its one type is “Madhumeha ” having almost identical clinical feature of diabetes type II. Author taken detail review of available data for more than 2000 herbs and has collected various references/research work done by various scientist for pharmacological screening of anti-diabetic herbs through latest available In-vivo studies. And concluded 53 herbs have significant anti diabetic activity in different pharmacological in vivo model. Further for validation of modern research outcome authors had done extensive survey of most applicable herbal text book of Auyrveda“ Bhavprakash Nighantu” and Ayurvedic pharmacopeia of India part I volume I to VIII that has widely used by various stake holders of Ayurvedic industry, academia and students. Authors sorted about 25 Ayurvedic single drugs from reference mentioned above for their “Pramehaghna activity”. There is ample scope to trace out other single and compound drugs for cure of diabetes mellitus type II. Author’s also mentioned here some selected famous Ayurvedic compound and single drug that has been successfully used by Ayurvedic physicians in last 5 decades. Research community need to explore possibility to invent new drugs for management DM Type II like currently AYUSH 82(Developed by CCRAS & it has marketed in various trade name like right sugar, Diavit 82, DB6, IME 9) and BGR 34 (Developed by CSIR/NBRI) proven as very effective drug in the treatment of DM type II; hence research community of AYUSH system of medicines may explore the new era for NPD (new drug Development)

    Ayurveda is a system of Indian traditional form of alternative medicine. In 20th and 21th century due to side effects of synthetic drugs, there is an increasing interesting ASU medicine. At present the adulteration of the herbal drugs is the burning problem in ASU herbal industry and it has caused a major problem in the research on commercial natural products. The deforestation and extinction of many species and incorrect identification of many plants has resulted in adulteration and substitution of raw drugs. The future development of analysis of herbs is largely depended upon reliable methodologies for correct identification, standardization and quality assurance of Ayurvedic drugs. In India normally the contamination/adulteration in food/crude drugs is done either for financial gain or due to carelessness and lack in proper hygienic condition of processing, storing, transportation and marketing. Medicinal plants constitute an effective source of traditional and modern medicine. Adulteration is considered as an intentional addition of foreign substances to increase the weight of the product or to decrease its cost. It may be due to- Confusion in vernacular names, Lack of knowledge about authentic plants, Non availability, Similarity in morphology, activity, aroma, Careless collection and other unknown reasons.
