Model Ekonomi Minyak Sawit Mentah Dunia

Due to the importance of crude palm oil (CPO) in Indonesia economy, any policy elated to CPO industry should be comprehensively designed and analyzed its impacts on the industry and the economy as a whole. A scientific approach to designed and analyze policies is by simulating those policies into an economic model of the industry. In response to requirement, a study has been conducted to develop an International model of crude palm oil market. The model consists of 18 sub-models, that are, a world model, 16 individual or grouped country models, and an Indonesia model which is specified in relatively more detail. A general characteristic of the model is that the shot-term responses of production, consumption, export, and import toward the changes in CPO and competing oil prices are inelastic. Using the model and a time horizon of 1995-2000, production, consumption, export-import are projected to increase by 6.1, 5.0, and 4.1, percent, p.a., respectively. The price is projected to decline to be around US$ 415/ton in 200

This study investigated the effect of adding strontium (Sr)-doped cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) nanoparticles in carbonyl iron particle (CIP)-based magnetorheological fluids (MRFs). Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles were fabricated at different particle sizes using co-precipitation at calcination temperatures of 300 and 400◦C. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) was used to evaluate the morphology of the Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles, which were found to be spherical. The average grain sizes were 71–91 nm and 118–157 nm for nanoparticles that had been calcinated at 300 and 400◦C, respectively. As such, higher calcination temperatures were found to produce larger-sized Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles. To investigate the rheological effects that Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles have on CIP-based MRF, three MRF samples were prepared: (1) CIP-based MRF without nanoparticle additives (CIP-based MRF), (2) CIP-based MRF with Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles calcinated at 300◦C (MRF CIP+Sr-CoFe2O4-T300), and (3) CIP-based MRF with Sr-CoFe2O4 nanoparticles calcinated at 400◦C (MRF CIP+Sr-CoFe2O4-T400). The rheological properties of these MRF samples were then observed at room temperature using a rheometer with a parallel plate at a gap of 1 mm. Dispersion stability tests were also performed to determine the sedimentation ratio of the three CIP-based MRF samples

Teenagers try to develop their identity. Adolescents who fail to realize their identity may develop problematic behaviors. Technological developments have had a major impact, such as the emergence of new forms of bullying, namely cyberbullying carried out through electronic media. Juvenile delinquency such as cyberbullying can be influenced by several factors, including the lack of individual self-control. Individuals who have good self-control should be able to regulate their behavior in a more positive direction. This study aimed to determine whether there is a correlation between self-control and cyberbullying in Private High School X in Bogor. The study sample consisted of 95 students recruited through purposive sampling. The study employed a quantitative method with a Cyberbullying Scale comprised of 26 items with a 0.873 reliability, and a Self-Control Scale comprised of 22 items with a 0.853 reliability. Validity was evaluated by testing content with expert lecturers. Data were analyzed using the product-moment correlation technique. The study results produced an r of –0.465 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant negative correlation between self-control and cyberbullying in students at Private High School X in Bogor. Keywords: cyberbullying, self-control, teenager

Covid-19 has created new habits in society, including for parents of children on the autistic spectrum. Parents become less confident in food that is processed outside the home, however Gluten Free Casein Free (GFCF) food ingredients which can be beneficial for children on the autistic spectrum, can be acquired and prepared at home. This research is an experimental study using One Group Pre-Test Post-Test and sample selection of purposive sampling technique. There were 3 people who consented to be the subject of this study. The instrument used was the comprehension instrument which consisted of 3 aspects: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. There was also a control table for the application of the healthy diet to children to validate the consistency of parents in adopting a healthy diet after receiving psychoeducation. The analysis technique used the Mann-Whitney with the results showing a significance of 0.046 (p <0.05), which means that there is a different in the score between the pre-test and post-test results in the subject group. The results show that a GFCF diet education improves parental understanding of the healthy diet of Children with ASD. Keywords: parents of children with autism spectrum disorder, psychoeducation, understanding healthy die

The aim of this study was to examine the correlation between organizational commitment and performance in employees working from home in Surabaya. A quantitative descriptive approach was used. 151 participants were recruited through purposive sampling. All participants were employees with work domiciles in Surabaya who worked from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data were collected using questionnaires. The performance instrument was compiled based on the theory of Bernardin & Russel which consists of six aspects namely: (i) quality; (ii) quantity; (iii) timeliness; (iv) cost-effectiveness; (v) the need for supervision; and (vi) interpersonal impact. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment instrument was based on Mayer and Allen's theory which consists of three aspects, namely: (i) affective; (ii) continuance; (iii) normative. Data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation. The results indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of employees in Surabaya who worked from home during the Covid-19 pandemic.
