The Innovation Technologies as Production Solutions in Mechanical Engineering on the Example of Enterprise in Uzbekistan
based on the basis of the production activities of JSC "Uzbek Geology Kydiruv", as well as in the first article, methods of diversifying production, achieving new economic results, as well as marketing are considered as a tool for managing an enterprise in its strategic planning.
Unlike the first article, which describes the structure of production as a whole, this article discusses in more detail the issues that increase the efficiency of enterprise management, how to do it? What successful promotions will leave the company competitive and profitable?
This article deals with the analysis of production management: a model for controlling the production process, identifying, analyzing and assessing risks.
P.S.: Using publications: research papers based on assumptions and the application of their requirements to production, we will try to build our model of selective planning and enterprise management, using the example of specific factors that affect production in real time. We are undoubtedly interested in constructive criticism, opinions, comments, advice and just comments of our listeners and readers on this topic
Subgap anomaly and above-energy-gap structure in chains of diffusive SNS junctions
We present the results of low-temperature transport measurements on chains of
superconductor--normal-constriction--superconductor (SNS) junctions fabricated
on the basis of superconducting PtSi film. A comparative study of the
properties of the chains, consisting of 3 and 20 SNS junctions in series, and
single SNS junctions reveals essential distinctions in the behavior of the
current-voltage characteristics of the systems: (i) the gradual decrease of the
effective suppression voltage for the excess conductivity observed at zero bias
as the quantity of the SNS junctions increases, (ii) a rich fine structure on
the dependences dV/dI-V at dc bias voltages higher than the superconducting gap
and corresponding to some multiples of 2\Delta/e. A model to explain this
above-energy-gap structure based on energy relaxation of electron via
Cooper-pair-breaking in superconducting island connecting normal metal
electrods is proposed.Comment: RevTex, 5 pages, 4 figure
Superconductivity on the localization threshold and magnetic-field-tuned superconductor-insulator transition in TiN films
Temperature- and magnetic-field dependent measurements of the resistance of
ultrathin superconducting TiN films are presented. The analysis of the
temperature dependence of the zero field resistance indicates an underlying
insulating behavior, when the contribution of Aslamasov-Larkin fluctuations is
taken into account. This demonstrates the possibility of coexistence of the
superconducting and insulating phases and of a direct transition from the one
to the other. The scaling behavior of magnetic field data is in accordance with
a superconductor-insulator transition (SIT) driven by quantum phase
fluctuations in two-dimensional superconductor. The temperature dependence of
the isomagnetic resistance data on the high-field side of the SIT has been
analyzed and the presence of an insulating phase was confirmed. A transition
from the insulating to a metallic phase is found at high magnetic fields, where
the zero-temperature asymptotic value of the resistance being equal to h/e^2.Comment: 5 pages, 4 eps figures, RevTeX4, Published versio

To evaluate the microhardness of the coating we used a technique that required the compulsory penetration of the diamond indenter through the nitride layer. It is shown the microhardness of the coating is six times higher than these values for the base material. The reviewed modes of spraying provide the nitride layers formation that imitates completely the gold plating

Phosphorylated amino derivatives of thiacalix[4]arene as membrane carriers: Synthesis and host-guest molecular recognition of amino, hydroxy and dicarboxylic acids
Promising membrane transport and separation systems for selected dicarboxylic, Ξ±-hydroxy- and Ξ±-amino acids based on thiacalixarene platform have been developed. For the first time, p-tert-butyl thiacalix[4]arenes functionalized at the lower rim with aminophosphonate fragments have been obtained and characterized. As was established by UV-vis spectroscopy, membrane extraction and HPLC, the substitution of amino groups by Ξ±-aminophosphonate units significantly enhances the selectivity of host molecules that bind to aspartic and glycolic acids. The aminophosphonate compounds synthesized can be used in the development of sensors and systems employed in the purification and separation of organic acids. Crystal Growth, Dynamic and Charge Transfer Properties of New Coronene Charge Transfer Complexes
Β© 2015 American Chemical Society. Two new coronene charge transfer complexes with F4-TCNQ of 2:1 and 1:1:1 (solvate with acetonitrile, MeCN) stoichiometry were obtained using crystal growth procedures from the solution and vapor phase. It was shown that mobility of coronene molecules in crystals is more affected by the asymmetry of its surrounding than by the composition and degree of charge transfer and interstack interactions. The combination of X-ray diffraction and electrochemistry in the solid state and a time-resolved one in solution allowed us to clarify the nucleation in solution showing that the formation of 2:1 coronene/F4-TCNQ complexes is thermodynamically preferable. The X-ray single crystal data for pristine coronene showed the crystal structure to be the same as at ambient temperature, raising doubt about the previously reported phase transitions at 140-180 K
Evaluation of direct and cell-mediated triple-gene therapy in spinal cord injury in rats
Β© 2017 Elsevier Inc.Current treatment options for spinal cord injury (SCI) are scarce. One of the most promising innovative approaches include gene-therapy, however no single gene has so far been shown to be of clinical relevance. This study investigates the efficacy of various combinations of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF), angiogenin (ANG) and neuronal cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) in rats. Multiple therapeutic genes were administered intrathecally either via adenoviral vectors or by using genetically modified human umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (hUCBMCs). Following the induction of SCI, serial assessment of cord regeneration was performed, including morphometric analysis of gray and white matters, electrophysiology and behavioral test. The therapeutic gene combinations VEGFΒ +Β GDNFΒ +Β NCAM and VEGFΒ +Β ANGΒ +Β NCAM had positive outcomes on spinal cord regeneration, with enhanced recovery seen by the cell-based approach when compared to direct gene therapy. The efficacy of the genes and the delivery methods are discussed in this paper, recommending their potential use in SCI
