Upaya Pemerintah Kelurahan dalam Rangka Pemberdayaan Pelayanan Masyarakat
Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat saat ini telah mengalami penurunan dan perlu diadakan perbaikan, bila dilihat dari sisi efisiensi dan efektivitas kesamaan perlakuan (tidak diskriminatif) maka pelayanan yang diberikan masih jauh dari yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat dan masih memiliki berbagai kelemahan. Pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakat diharapkan menjadi lebih responsif terhadap kepentingan masyarakat itu sendiri, pelayanan yang lebih memberikan fokus pada pengelolaan yang berorientasi kepuasan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, fokus penelitian yaitu pemberdayaan pelayanan bidang pendidikan, kesehatan ekonmi, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, teknik analisa data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian pemberdayaan pelayanan Bidang Pendidikan yaitu dengan memberikan pembangunan dari tingkat PAUD sampai Perguruan Tinggi, memberikan rekomendasi kepada masyarakat kurang mampu; Bidang Kesehatan yaitu menyediakan fasilitas kesehatan yang memadai, merealisasikan Program Kesehatan yakni Jamkesmas, KB dan JKN; Bidang Ekonomi yaitu melakukan pendataan USAha kecil, menengah, membentuk kelompok USAha dan menfasilitasi pengajuan kredit, dan memberikan rekomendasi izin USAha; Wujud Dari Pemberdayaan Pelayanan Bidang Pendidikan adalah seluruh masyarakat memperoleh pendidikan yang sama, dan berkualitas; Bidang Kesehatan yaitu masyarakat memiliki hak yang sama dalam memperoleh kesehatan, masyarakat memahami pola hidup sehat; Bidang Ekonomi yaitu masyarakat memiliki daya saing yang tinggi untuk mendirikan USAha, dan hasil USAha masyarakat semakin meningkat.

Baryon inhomogeneity generation via cosmic strings at QCD scale and its effects on nucleosynthesis
We have earlier shown that cosmic strings moving through the plasma at the
time of a first order quark-hadron transition in the early universe can
generate large scale baryon inhomogeneities. In this paper, we calculate
detailed structure of these inhomogeneities at the quark-hadron transition. Our
calculations show that the inhomogeneities generated by cosmic string wakes can
strongly affect nucleosynthesis calculations. A comparison with observational
data suggests that such baryon inhomogeneities should not have existed at the
nucleosynthesis epoch. If this disagreement holds with more accurate
observations, then it will lead to the conclusions that cosmic string formation
scales above GeV may not be consistent with nucleosynthesis
and CMBR observations. Alternatively, some other input in our calculation
should be constrained, for example, if the average string velocity remains
sufficiently small so that significant density perturbations are never produced
at the QCD scale, or if strings move ultra-relativistically so that string
wakes are very thin, trapping negligible amount of baryons. Finally, if
quark-hadron transition is not of first order then our calculations do not

Based on the problems on, found new risk, on how ensure recruitment process and selection keep going well although the paper was replaced to digital system. To complete the risk is found a theory, namely subsisting workflow system. To help Dispendik Surabaya in solving the existing, so the production recruitment system and selection staff on contract using sub sisting workflow system web based. The recruitment testing system and selection staff on contract it may help the Dispendik Ssurabaya reducing the paper documents to digital document of 71% of total at least documents for every applicants that should be kept. Based on the results of the questionnaire, this system shows 83.8% were among the interval 81% and 100% that category in a very good
Baryon number segregation at the end of the cosmological quark-hadron transition
One of the most interesting questions regarding a possible first order
cosmological quark--hadron phase transition concerns the final fate of the
baryon number contained within the disconnected quark regions at the end of the
transition. We here present a detailed investigation of the hydrodynamical
evolution of an evaporating quark drop, using a multi-component fluid
description to follow the mechanisms of baryon number segregation. With this
approach, we are able to take account of the simultaneous effects of baryon
number flux suppression at the phase interface, entropy extraction by means of
particles having long mean-free-paths, and baryon number diffusion. A range of
computations has been performed to investigate the permitted parameter-space
and this has shown that significant baryon number concentrations, perhaps even
up to densities above that of nuclear matter, represent an inevitable outcome

Hubungan antara Manajemen Waktu dengan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Program Studi Diii Komputerisasi Akuntansi Amik Raharja Informatika
Manajemen waktu adalah suatu teknik pengembangan kepribadian yang mengajarkan mahasiswa cara yang efektif untuk menggunakan waktu dan memformatnya untuk kebutuhan. Dalam manajemen waktu, mahasiswa dilatih untuk mengelola waktu secara efisien denganmembuat perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengawasan waktu agar tercapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, yang dimulai dari penyusunan jadwal kegiatan, skala prioritas, perkiraan waktu untuk suatu kegiatan, sampai evaluasi terhadap penerapan jadwal kegiatanyang telah dibuat, sehingga setiap waktu yang dimiliki dapat dimanfaatkan secara produktif. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen waktu dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi D3 Komputerisasi Akuntansi AMIK Raharja Informatika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik yang menggunakan metode survai dengan pendekatancross sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan instrumen penelitian berupa angket dan data sekunder tentang prestasi belajar mahasiswayang dilihat dari nilai indeks prestasi mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dari 37 responden yang diteliti 51,4% responden mempunyai manajemen waktu yang baik dan prestasi belajar terbanyak antara 3,26-3,50 (70,2%), dan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara manajemen waktu dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa
Increased fluxes of shelf-derived materials to the central Arctic Ocean

The definitive version was published in Science Advances 4 (2018): eaao1302, doi:10.1126/sciadv.aao1302.Rising temperatures in the Arctic Ocean region are responsible for changes such as reduced ice cover, permafrost thawing, and increased river discharge, which, together, alter nutrient and carbon cycles over the vast Arctic continental shelf. We show that the concentration of radium-228, sourced to seawater through sediment-water exchange processes, has increased substantially in surface waters of the central Arctic Ocean over the past decade. A mass balance model for 228Ra suggests that this increase is due to an intensification of shelf-derived material inputs to the central basin, a source that would also carry elevated concentrations of dissolved organic carbon and nutrients. Therefore, we suggest that significant changes in the nutrient, carbon, and trace metal balances of the Arctic Ocean are underway, with the potential to affect biological productivity and species assemblages in Arctic surface waters.This work was funded by NSF awards OCE-1458305 to M.A.C. and

Disease Incidence of Melon Leaf Curl in East Java and Special Province of YOGYAKARTA
Geminivirus infection has caused severe losses on various economically important crops. The disease incidence on melon has been observed since 2004, and widespread at melon production centers in East Java and Special Province of Yogyakarta. In East Java and Special Province of Yogyakarta, the Disease Incidence of leaf curl on melon reached 100% and 14.3 % respectively in 2008. Detection of the causal agent using primers of CPA5 and CPA2 resulted viral specific DNA fragment of 770 bp. Infeksi penyebab penyakit yang disebabkan oleh geminivirus telah menyebabkan kerugian secara ekonomi berbagai jenis tanaman penting yang dibudidayakan. Kejadian penyakit pada tanaman melon telah diamati sejak tahun 2004, dan tersebar secara luas di pusat penanaman melon di Jawa Timur maupun Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Di Jawa Timur dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), pada tahun 2008 kejadian penyakit daun keriting melon mencapai 100% dan 14,3%. Penyebab penyakit telah dideteksi menggunakan teknik polymerase chain reaction. Amplifikasi Fragmen DNA virus dari tanaman yang terinfeksi dihasilkan dengan ukuran 770 bp menggunakan sepasang primer CPA5 dan CPA2
