    Identifikasi Kompetensi SMK Program Studi Otomotif dalam Rangka Implementasi Kebijakan Kurikulum 2013

    The objective of this study was to determine; 1) the relevance of competencies in curriculum 2013 with the expectation of the school and the world of business and industry 2) the competencies expected by the school and the world of business and industry for the development of curriculum 2013, and 3) the roles of lecturers and education experts in the implementation of curriculum 2013, especially for the Department of Automotive, Vocational High Schools in Yogyakarta. The study was conducted with survey approach in the industry (authorized workshops), schools (Vocational High School), and universities (YSU and STU). The data collection was conducted using documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data was analysed using quantitative descriptive statistics. The results showed that: the relevance of competencies in curriculum 2013 with the expected competencies was 82% to 89%. The competencies expected by the schools and the world of business and industry consists of drawing with autocad and / or 3D max, spooring, as well as maintaining hidroulik power steering, measuring and analyzing vehicle emissions, maintaining hydraulic power steering (HPS), analyzing damage in the system of wiring diagram, and conducting damage diagnosis. The lectures' contribution in the socialization and implementation aspects were categorized as good with the mean scores of 73 and 39.5 respectively

    Sistem Pakar Penentuan Jenis Budidaya Ikan Air Tawar Berdasarkan Lokasi dan Kualitas Air

    Proses perikanan budidaya tentunya memerlukan kesiapan air dan lahan yang merupakan sarana hidup ikan. Salah satu faktor dalam proses perikanan budidaya adalah kondisi lokasi dan parameter kimia dan fisika. Pada penelitian ini parameter yang digunakan yaitu lokasi dan syarat kualitas air. Sistem pakar merupakan pelaksanaan terkomputerisasi yang dapat memecahkan persoalan tertentu dengan menyerupai kerja dari para ahli. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem yang dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi penentuan jenis budidaya ikan air tawar berdasarkan lokasi dan kualitas air serta menjadi media penunjang bagi para pembudidaya ketika ingin berkonsultasi secara akurat. Metode forward chaining pada sistem ini yaitu dengan menjawab 26 pernyataan fakta budidaya ikan air tawar, kemudian mencari aturan yang sesuai dengan hipotesis yang ada sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan berdasarkan pernyataan yang telah dipilih. Sistem akan mengidentifikasi 3 ikan yaitu nila (Oreochromis niloticus), mas (Cyprinus carpio), dan gurami (Osphronemus goramy). Hasilnya muncul nama ikan yang teridentifikasi sesuai dengan fakta atau pernyataan yang telah dipilih serta memberikan solusi dalam penanganan atau pemeliharaan budidaya ikan air tawar. Pembangunan sistem menggunakan metodologi ESDLC terdiri dari tahap penilaian, akuisisi pengetahuan, desain, pengujian dan dokumentasi. Pada tahap pengujian pengguna mendapatkan total 1263 dari 40 responden apabila di interpretasi menjadi 78,9% yang termasuk kedalam interval baik.Proses perikanan budidaya tentunya memerlukan kesiapan air dan lahan yang merupakan sarana hidup ikan.     Evaluation of Larvae Production and Growth of Juvenile Red Tilapia NIFI F1 During the Nursery Phase

    Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas genetik yaitu melalui program pemuliaan. Per-baikan karakter reproduksi dan pertumbuhan dapat digunakan sebagai indikator keberhasilan seleksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi produksi larva dan pertumbuhan benih ikan nila merah NIFI F1 dari induk seleksi dan kontrol. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama empat bulan di Balai Riset Pemuliaan Ikan. Pemijahan dilakukan di kolam air tawar pada hapa 1 m x1 m. Perbandingan induk ikan nila jantan dan betina 1:1. Larva yang sudah dipanen dimasukkan pada hapa pendederan ukuran 2x2x1 m3 dengan padat tebar 125 ekor m-2 . Selama pendederan , larva diberi pakan (protein 38-42%) secara ad libitum tiga kali sehari pada bulan pertama dan selanjutnya diberi pakan dua kali sehari 15-20% dari biomassa. Pakan yang diberikan selama pendederan mempunyai protein berkisar 38-42%. Parameter yang diamati meliputi produksi larva, pertumbuhan, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, dan sintasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produksi larva ikan nila merah seleksi yaitu 540±114 ekor dan kontrol 508±142 ekor. Performa pertumbuhan benih ikan nila merah seleksi menunjukkan hasil yang lebih tinggi dibanding kontrol dengan nilai pertumbuhan panjang 6,33 ±0,43cm, pertumbuhan bobot 6,60±0,52 g, laju pertumbuhan spesifik 7,33±0% g hari-1 serta sintasan 81,50±4,46%, se-dangkan populasi kontrol masing-masing 5,76±0,52 cm; 4,90±0,58 g; 4,50±0,35% g hari-1; dan 74,85±3,26%. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pertumbuhan sebesar 25,76% pada benih ikan nila merah NIFI F1

Genetic algorithms as the solution search methods which depends on the natural selection to get an individual with the best gene arrangement, is able to give the solution towards how the good arrangement pattern is optimized through iteration process until some generations with reproduction, crossover, and mutation operators. By inserting some input such as the space and goods specification, and the probability of the three genetic algorithms operator, the optimization process will look for the good arrangement pattern based on fitness or the best grade, that is the fewer empty space left

With the use of learning media, vocabulary and grammar learning for students will be more interesting and student's results of learning will be increased.This learning website features various type of practices like drag and drop, swap words in sentence, match words and pictures and sound. Using the 2006 curriculum based course and with the source of 7th grade Junior Highschool teacher, this learning website is adjusted to the needs of 7th grade Junior Highschool students. Making of this website is using the PHP, HTML5 language and using the Facebook API to make the students easier to share their test results.Berdasarkan kuesioner yang di bagikan, desain tampilan serta bentuk latihan soal aplikasi ini dinilai sangat menarik, tetapi materi yang diberikan belum dipahami secara baik oleh siswa.The results obtained from the application that has been made are the design and features of this application can run well on several browser. Grammar and vocabulary practices feature on this application are easy to access and understand by the user. Based on questionnaires, the design and practices of this application is considered very interesting, but the provided courses has not been well understood by the students

    Aplikasi Pemetaan Multi Risiko Bencana Di Kabupaten Banyumas Menggunakan Open Source Software Gis

    Banyumas regency is one of regions in Central Java province that is categorized as prone disaster, especially floods and landslides. With these sort of conditions, research is needed that focuses on local scale to conduct multi risk mapping of flood and landslide disasters as an effort to mitigate the disaster in Banyumas regency. Multi risk map of flood and landslide disasters in Banyumas regency made based on Geographical Information System (GIS) using open source software called Quantum GIS. The method used are scoring and weighting, along with overlays between the constituent parameters. From a research using the VCA matrix multiplication, congruity value as much as 66,667% risk of flood, 77,778% risk of landslide and 61,111% against multi risk disasters of flood and landslide. The modeling results of multi risk disasters obtained 51,785% of the area in Banyumas regency is highly at risk disasters, 18,960% is moderately at risk and 29,255% is low at risk of flood and landslide disasters. Quantum GIS can be used as an alternative device to process GIS although there may still be some deficiency may occur in data analysis with vector format which could not perform the union of three shape files or more

    . Flat slab structures are widely used for buildings because of its advantages both in structural and architectural aspects. Besides its advantages, there is a weakness leads to a poor structural behavior under combined gravity and lateral load. The weakness is concentrated in slab-column connections, where flexural and shear stresses are accumulated as a resultant of gravity load and unbalanced moment caused by lateral load such as earthquake. To solve the problem, especially in potential earthquake zone such as most of the Indonesia region, it is necessary to conduct researches to improve slab-column connections behavior. This paper reports the result of research conducted using three specimens of half scaled interior slab-column connection sub-assemblages designed using simillar dimensions, materials, and details, except the shear reinforcement details. The first specimen, constructed as a control specimen, used standard stud rails designed to comply with ACI codes. The second and third specimens used modified stud rail details. All specimens were subjected to a constant gravity load simulated by concrete blocks and cyclic lateral displacements ranging from elastic to inelastic responses. The experimental results show that modification of the stud rails significantly improves the specimen behavior especially the stiffness and energy dissipation

    Analisis Kinerja dan Kualitas Hasil Kompresi pada Citra Medis Sinar-X Menggunakan Algoritma Huffman, Lempel Ziv Welch dan Run Length Encoding

    Technological progress in the medical area made medical images like X-rays stored in digital files. The medical image file is relatively large so that the image needs to be compressed. The lossless compression technique is an image compression where the decompression results are the same as the original or no information lost in the compression process. The existing algorithms on lossless compression techniques are Run Length Encoding (RLE), Huffman, and Lempel Ziv Welch (LZW). This study compared the performance of the three algorithms in compressing medical images. The result of image decompression will be compared to its performance in the objective assessment such as ratio, compression time, MSE (Mean Square Error) and PNSR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio). MSE and PSNR are used for quantitative image quality measurement for subjective assessment assisted by three experts who will compare the original image with the decompression image. Based on the results obtained from the objective assessment of compression performance of RLE algorithm showed the best performance by yielding ratio, time, MSE and PSNR respectively 86,92%, 3,11ms, 0 and 0db. For Huffman, the results can be 12.26%, 96.94ms, 0, and 0db respectively. While LZW results can be in sequence -63.79%, 160ms, 0.3 and 58.955db. For the results of the subjective assessment, the experts argued that all images can be analyzed well
