Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pelaksanaan stimulasi motorik halus pada latihan kehidupan praktis di Taman Kanak-Kanak Pioneer Montessori School Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan stimulasi motorik halus pada latihan kehidupan praktis di Taman Kanak-Kanak Pioneer Montessori School Padang telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Guru membuat perencanaan sebelum kegiatan memanfaatkan macam-macam kegiatan yang ada pada latihan kehidupan praktis serta menggunakan media dan metode yang menarik. Guru juga melakukan evaluasi pada setiap kegiatan motorik halus
The Association Between LH Serum Levels at the TIME of HCG Injection and Clinical Pregnancy During IVF
Some studies showed that recombinant follicle stimulating hormone (r-FSH) administration without LH supplementation has a good success rate on in vitro fertilization (IVF). However, LH role in IVF has been controversial. This study was conducted to evaluate the association between serum LH levels at the time of hCG injection and clinical pregnancy during IVF. This retrospective study included 136 patients underwent long protocol IVF from January 2005 to December 2009 in Yasmin Clinic, Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta. The controlled ovarian hyper-stimulation protocol used in this study was gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist and r-FSH. Serum LH level was measured on the day of hCG administration and the outcome evaluated was the clinical pregnancy following IVF cycles. There were 32 IVF cycles resulted in pregnancy out of 136 cycles (23.5%). There was significant difference between serum LH levels on the day of hCG administration and clinical pregnancy outcome (p=0.036). LH serum level cut-off value of ≥1.050 IU/l was the best value to predict pregnancy outcome with 62.5% sensitivity, 59.4% specificity, 83.3% positive predictive value, and 32.76% negative predictive value. It was concluded that there was an association between serum LH levels at the time of hCG injection and clinical pregnancy during IVF
Detection of Helium in the Atmosphere of the Exo-Neptune HAT-P-11b
The helium absorption triplet at a wavelength of 10,833 \AA\ has been
proposed as a way to probe the escaping atmospheres of exoplanets. Recently
this feature was detected for the first time using Hubble Space Telescope (HST)
WFC3 observations of the hot Jupiter WASP-107b. We use similar HST/WFC3
observations to detect helium in the atmosphere of the hot Neptune HAT-P-11b at
the confidence level. We compare our observations to a grid of 1D
models of hydrodynamic escape to constrain the thermospheric temperatures and
mass loss rate. We find that our data are best fit by models with high mass
loss rates of - g s. Although we do
not detect the planetary wind directly, our data are consistent with the
prediction that HAT-P-11b is experiencing hydrodynamic atmospheric escape.
Nevertheless, the mass loss rate is low enough that the planet has only lost up
to a few percent of its mass over its history, leaving its bulk composition
largely unaffected. This matches the expectation from population statistics,
which indicate that close-in planets with radii greater than 2 R
form and retain H/He-dominated atmospheres. We also confirm the independent
detection of helium in HAT-P-11b obtained with the CARMENES instrument, making
this the first exoplanet with the detection of the same signature of

Securing the legacy of TESS through the care and maintenance of TESS planet ephemerides
Much of the science from the exoplanets detected by the TESS mission relies
on precisely predicted transit times that are needed for many follow-up
characterization studies. We investigate ephemeris deterioration for simulated
TESS planets and find that the ephemerides of 81% of those will have expired
(i.e. 1 mid-transit time uncertainties greater than 30 minutes) one
year after their TESS observations. We verify these results using a sample of
TESS planet candidates as well. In particular, of the simulated planets that
would be recommended as JWST targets by Kempton et al. (2018), 80% will
have mid-transit time uncertainties 30 minutes by the earliest time JWST
would observe them. This rapid deterioration is driven primarily by the
relatively short time baseline of TESS observations. We describe strategies for
maintaining TESS ephemerides fresh through follow-up transit observations. We
find that the longer the baseline between the TESS and the follow-up
observations, the longer the ephemerides stay fresh, and that 51% of simulated
primary mission TESS planets will require space-based observations. The
recently-approved extension to the TESS mission will rescue the ephemerides of
most (though not all) primary mission planets, but the benefits of these new
observations can only be reaped two years after the primary mission
observations. Moreover, the ephemerides of most primary mission TESS planets
(as well as those newly discovered during the extended mission) will again have
expired by the time future facilities such as the ELTs, Ariel and the possible
LUVOIR/OST missions come online, unless maintenance follow-up observations are

APP has been shown to co-purify through immunoprecipitation with a kinesin light chain suggesting that APP may act as a trailer hitch linking kinesin to its intercellular cargo, however this hypothesis has been challenged. Previously, we identified an mRNA transcript that encodes a squid homolog of human APP770. The human and squid isoforms share 60% sequence identity and 76% sequence similarity within the cytoplasmic domain and share 15 of the final 19 amino acids at the C-terminus establishing this highly conserved domain as a functionally import segment of the APP molecule. Here, we study the distribution of squid APP in extruded axoplasm as well as in a well-characterized reconstituted organelle/microtubule preparation from the squid giant axon in which organelles bind microtubules and move towards the microtubule plus-ends. We find that APP associates with microtubules by confocal microscopy and co-purifies with KI-washed axoplasmic organelles by sucrose density gradient fractionation. By electron microscopy, APP clusters at a single focal point on the surfaces of organelles and localizes to the organelle/microtubule interface. In addition, the association of APP-organelles with microtubules is an ATP dependent process suggesting that the APP-organelles contain a microtubule-based motor protein. Although a direct kinesin/APP association remains controversial, the distribution of APP at the organelle/microtubule interface strongly suggests that APP-organelles have an orientation and that APP like the Alzheimer’s protein tau has a microtubule-based function.Research reported in this publication was supported by an Institutional Development Award (IDeA) from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences of the National Institutes of Health under grant number P20GM103430
Transiting Exoplanet Studies and Community Targets for JWST's Early Release Science Program
The James Webb Space Telescope will revolutionize transiting exoplanet
atmospheric science due to its capability for continuous, long-duration
observations and its larger collecting area, spectral coverage, and spectral
resolution compared to existing space-based facilities. However, it is unclear
precisely how well JWST will perform and which of its myriad instruments and
observing modes will be best suited for transiting exoplanet studies. In this
article, we describe a prefatory JWST Early Release Science (ERS) program that
focuses on testing specific observing modes to quickly give the community the
data and experience it needs to plan more efficient and successful future
transiting exoplanet characterization programs. We propose a multi-pronged
approach wherein one aspect of the program focuses on observing transits of a
single target with all of the recommended observing modes to identify and
understand potential systematics, compare transmission spectra at overlapping
and neighboring wavelength regions, confirm throughputs, and determine overall
performances. In our search for transiting exoplanets that are well suited to
achieving these goals, we identify 12 objects (dubbed "community targets") that
meet our defined criteria. Currently, the most favorable target is WASP-62b
because of its large predicted signal size, relatively bright host star, and
location in JWST's continuous viewing zone. Since most of the community targets
do not have well-characterized atmospheres, we recommend initiating preparatory
observing programs to determine the presence of obscuring clouds/hazes within
their atmospheres. Measurable spectroscopic features are needed to establish
the optimal resolution and wavelength regions for exoplanet characterization.
Other initiatives from our proposed ERS program include testing the instrument
