Let 0<p10<p\leq 1, ω\omega be a weight on Z\mathbb Z, and let A\mathcal A be a unital Banach algebra. If ff is a continuous function from the unit circle T\mathbb T to A\mathcal A such that nZf^(n)pω(n)p<\sum_{n\in \mathbb Z} \|\widehat f(n)\|^p \omega(n)^p<\infty and f(z)f(z) is left invertible for all zTz \in \mathbb T, then there is a weight ν\nu on Z\mathbb Z and a continuous function g:TAg:\mathbb T \to \mathcal A such that 1νω1\leq \nu \leq \omega, ν\nu is constant if and only if ω\omega is constant, gg is a left inverse of ff and nZg^(n)pν(n)p<\sum_{n\in \mathbb Z}\|\widehat g(n)\|^p\nu(n)^p<\infty. We shall obtain a similar result when ω\omega is an almost monotone algebra weight and 1<p<1<p<\infty. We shall obtain an analogue of this result on the real line. We shall apply these results to obtain pp-power weighted analogues of the results of off diagonal decay of infinite matrices of operators

This study aims to increase understanding of the association of oxidative stress and inflammation with type-2 diabetes and diabetic nephropathy to provide a basis for investigating improved diagnostic possibilities, treatment and prevention of disease. Blood samples were collected from 498 West Indian individuals aged 42–72 years. Differences in the level of oxidative stress markers (MDA, GSH, SOD and CAT) and inflammation (TNF-α and IL1-α) was determined in patients (type 2 diabetic and diabetic nephropathy) and control participants. A significant decrease of SOD, GSH and significant increase of MDA and CAT activity were seen in patients with nephropathy compared to DM patients as well as controls. Significantly higher level of expression of TNF-α and IL1-α (P< 0.05) was observed in DM and DN patients as compared to controls. Oxidative stress and inflammation are triggered in patients of type 2 diabetes and diabetic nephropathy due to hyperglycemia

Background: Subtrochanteric fractures of the proximal femur have been defined as the fractures extending from lesser trochanter distally for 5 cm. These fractures usually occur in two age distributions. In the elderly osteopenic population resulting from trivial trauma as fall from standing height or in the younger ones as a result of high energy trauma. Incidence has been on the rise and they comprise about 7 to 10% hip fractures and could lead quickly to large amount of blood loss and other complications. Methods: This is a multicentric prospective prognostic study level 1 consisting of 25 patients admitted in government civil hospital, Ahmedabad during April 2013 to May 2015 having high subtrochanteric femur fractures treated by clamp assisted reduction and intramedullary nailing. Out of these, 20 patients (80%) came for final follow up with average follow up of 11.5 months and evaluated for union, complication and functional outcome. Results: In our study final outcome is assessed based on hip outcome score (modified) based on which 85% had excellent outcome, 10% had good outcome and 5% had fair outcome with none of the patient having poor outcome. Conclusions: We found that clamp-assisted reduction and intramedullary nail fixation provides excellent reduction quality, high rate of fracture union, with no apparent increase in complications in subtrochanteric fractures of the femur.

Agriculture is the keystone of human being provisions on this world. Now with rising inhabitants we need the efficiency of the agriculture to be augmented a lot to meet the demands. In ancient days they used natural methods to boost the yield, such as using the animal dung as manure in the fields. That resulted increase in the productivity sufficient to meet the requirements of the population. Although later people started thinking of earning more profits by getting more result. So, there came a revolution called “Green Revolution”. So, in this paper we have carried out some methods to measure the plant growth by the means of having area of a leaf. The study gives aspect of comparing the detached leaf with the dried leaf and it will be helpful to researcher to evaluate the dryness and also it will be helpful for the analysis at the time of biodegradation of the leaves and for the generation of organic manures. In this paper we implemented image processing using IJ (Image J 1.48V – Java 1.6.0_20(32- bit)) to measure various image processing related functions. And images of plants we took from D. K. Parmar’s field. DOI: 10.17762/ijritcc2321-8169.15011

Background: Unsafe injection practices pose significant risks to both patients and healthcare providers, constituting a critical issue in global healthcare ensuring the safety and appropriateness of injection practices is imperative. Aim & Objective: This study aimed to comprehensively assess the safety of injection practices across various healthcare facilities. Methodology: A Descriptive survey was conducted during March to December-2021. Non random Purposive sampling technique was adopted to select health care facilities. Total 26 healthcare facilities were selected from Government & private sectors. The study areas were OPDs and indoor wards. An observational checklist used to collect data. Data analysis was done using SPSS-28. Results: A comprehensive assessment revealed commendable adherence to injection safety practices. No deficiencies were found in the availability of resources and materials necessary for injection practices in hospitals. However, certain areas for improvement were identified. Interestingly, the practice of using a fresh pair of gloves for injections was unnoticed in 33% of government facilities and 45% of private facilities, suggesting a possible lapse in infection control protocols. Conclusion: While the healthcare facilities of Surat exhibit commendable adherences to certain aspects of injection safety, there remain opportunities for enhancement. Addressing implementing regular training programs for healthcare providers are crucial steps toward optimizing injection safety practices and ensuring the well-being of both patients and providers

To determine how intra-row spacing and potassium levels affected sweet corn (Zea mays L. var. Saccharata), a field experiment was conducted in Junagadh (Gujarat) during the Rabi season of 2016–17. Four levels of intra-row spacing (5, 10, 15 and 20 cm) and four potassium levels (0, 20, 40, and 60 kg K2O/ha) were combined into sixteen different treatment combinations. Three replications of a factorial randomized block design were used to set up the experiment. Based on the data of growth attributes significant and maximum recorded dry matter accumulation (102.46 and 144.54 g plant-1 ) at 60 DAS and harvest, absolute growth rate (3.07 and 1.41 g day-1) at 45-60 DAS and 60 DAS-harvest, crop growth rate (0.00275 and 0.00126 g m-2day-1) at 45-60 DAS and 60 DAS-harvest under the treatment intra-row spacing (20 cm), respectively. According to data on growth attributes, the treatment (K4) 60 K2O + 120 N2O + 60 P2O5 kg/ha resulted in significant and maximum dry matter accumulation (96.93 and 142.00 g plant-1) at 60 DAS and harvest, absolute growth rate (3.03 and 1.39 g day-1) at 45-60 DAS and 60 DAS-harvest, and crop growth rate (0.00272 and 0.00124 g m-2day-1) respectively. Economic analysis showed that higher net returns and B: C ratio from sweet corn (Sweet-16) can be secured by sowing the crop at 20 cm intra-row spacing + application of 60 kg K2O/ha
