    From bonds to beliefs: Investigating parent, peer attachment, and growth mindset in private vocational high schools

    This research focuses on investigating the influence of parent and peer attachment on the growth mindset of students enrolled in Private Vocational High Schools in Purwokerto, Indonesia. Stratified proportional random sampling was employed to select participants for this study. Consent was obtained from 235 students who participated. The gender distribution was skewed toward females (57.9%) compared to males (42.1%), with the majority of participants being 16 years old (46.7%). The Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) was used to measure parent and peer attachment, while the Growth Mindset Scale was employed to assess participants' growth-oriented attitudes. A linear regression analysis was utilized to examine the predictive relationship between mother, father, and peer attachment and growth mindset scores. The results demonstrated significant gender-based variations across the variables studied. Notably, females exhibited significantly higher Mother Attachment scores, indicating a stronger attachment to their mothers. Nonetheless, no considerable gender disparities emerged in Father Attachment scores. Although the distinction in Peer Attachment scores was close to significance (p = 0.053), females displayed slightly higher attachment to peers. A marked gender discrepancy was identified in Growth Mindset scores, with females displaying a notably more positive perspective toward growth and learning opportunities. Furthermore, predictive modeling revealed that Mother Attachment exerted a significant positive impact on Growth Mindset scores (β = 0.3), implying that a stronger attachment to mothers corresponded to a more favorable growth-oriented mindset. Similarly, Father Attachment positively contributed to Growth Mindset scores (β = 0.25). Additionally, Peer Attachment demonstrated a modest yet positive association (β = 0.13). The calculated R² values indicated that both Mother Attachment and Father Attachment collectively accounted for approximately 18% of the variance in Growth Mindset scores, while Peer Attachment contributed to a smaller extent (1%). Collectively, these findings shed light on the intricate relationships between attachment, age, and mindset. They underscore the roles of different attachments in shaping individuals' growth-oriented perspectives and highlight the nuanced gender differences in attachment and mindset. This study provides valuable insights for educators, parents, and policymakers aiming to promote positive growth mindsets among students

    PERANCANGAN MODEL TATA KELOLA PENGETAHUAN PROSES INOVASI PRODUK PADA TECHNO PARK

    [Id] Techno Park merupakan salah satu jenis dari organisasi/perusahaan yang membutuhkan inovasi yang berkelanjutan dalam memenuhi fungsinya sebagai lembaga riset dan komersialisasi produk. Namun hingga saat ini proses inovasi produk yang dijalankan Techno Park belum berhasil menciptakan produk yang optimal dan belum memanfaatkan pengetahuan yang tercipta di dalam proses pengembangan produk sebelumnya. Pada penelitian ini diajukan suatu model tata kelola pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas inovasi produk yang dikembangkan. Perancangan model tata kelola pengetahuan dibentuk berdasarkan sistem tata kelola COBIT 5.0 dan tata kelola pengetahuan berbasis inovasi terbuka. Untuk melihat pencapaian level kapabilitas tata kelola pengetahuan, dilakukan penilaian melalui Process Assesement berdasarkan model tata kelola pengetahuan yang telah disusun. Proses riset dan komersialisasi adalah fokus utama dalam pembentukan model tata kelola pengetahuan pada Techno Park. Proses - proses pendukung seperti peningkatan jejaring serta proses inkubasi start-up juga diperhatikan peranannya dalam mendukung proses riset dan pengembangan bisnis. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah membuat model tata kelola pengetahuan pada proses inovasi produk di Techno Park. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa model tata kelola dengan 3 komponen berupa: enabler tata kelola pengetahuan; lingkup tata kelola pengetahuan; peran, aktivitas dan tata kelola pengetahuan. Model ini diharapkan dapat membantu Techno Park untuk menciptakan produk inovasi yang lebih optimal dengan memanfaatkan pengelolaan pengetahuan yang tercipta sebelumnya melalui suatu model tata kelola pengetahuan. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas model agar semakin relevan dengan tujuan pengembangan produk inovasi pada Techno Park. To date, their products of innovations haven successfully been commercialized. Their product isn being optimized properly. They also not utilizing their previous knowledge of developing product fully yet. This research proposed a knowledge governance model to increase the quality of product that being developed. The model is designed based on COBIT 5.0 governance system and an open innovation based of knowledge governance. To see an achievement level of knowledge governance capability a rating is made. The rating made through Assessment Process based on knowledge governance system that has been made earlier. Research process and commercialization is the main focus in making a knowledge governance system on Techno Park. Other supporting process such as networking and start-up incubation is also observed closely of their role in research support and business development. The objective of this research is to create a model of knowledge governance in product innovation process in Techno Park. The result of this research in form of governance model with 3 components: the enablers of knowledge governance; the scope of knowledge governance; role and activity of knowledge governance. This model is expected to help Techno Park to create a more optimized product innovation by utilizing the knowledge management that was created before through a model of knowledge governance. Further research is needed to improve the effectiveness of the model to be more relevant to the purpose of innovation product development in Techno Park

    PERTUMBUHAN TEMULAWAK (Curcuma xanthorizha Roxb.) UB 2 DI MUSIM KEMARAU PADA BERBAGAI KOMBINASI PUPUK EGC (ENRICHED GRANULAR COMPOST ) DAN N K

    Temulawak merupakan tanaman asli Indonesia yang banyak digunkan sebagai bahan baku obat tradisonal. Salah satu varietas yang telah teruji ialah temulawak UB 2. Pertumbuhan temulawak dipengaruhi musim sehingga ketersediannya sebagai bahan baku obat tergantung pada musim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pertumbuhan tanaman telawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb.) yang ditanam di musim kemarau melalui penambahan beberapa dosis pupuk organik dan anorganik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April - Agustus 2015 di kebun percobaan Universitas Brawijaya Jatikerto, Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 6 perlakuan beberapa dosis pupuk EGC dan NK, yaitu: P1= EGC 0 + N dan K 100% (15 g.tan-1;5 g.tan-1;), P2= EGC 20% (60 g.tan-1;) + N dan K 80% (12 g.tan-1;4 g.tan-1;), P3= EGC 40% (120 g.tan-1) + N dan K 60% (9 g.tan-1; 3 g.tan-1), P4= EGC 60% (180 g.tan-1) + N dan K 40% (6 g.tan-1;2 g.tan-1), P5 = EGC 80% (240 g.tan-1) + N dan K(3 g.tan-1;1 g.tan-1) dan P6= EGC 100% (300 g.tan-1) + N dan K 0 diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian beberapa dosis pupuk EGC dan NK memberikan pengaruh nyata secara positif terhadap pertumbuhan panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, kandungan klorofil, bobot segar total tanaman dan bobot kering total tanaman. Perlakuan pupuk EGC dan NK dengan penambahan 20% EGC + 80% NK memiliki panjang tanaman dan luas daun tanaman lebih tinggi daripada perlakuan lain, sedangkan perlakuan 100% NK dan tanpa penambahan EGC  memiliki jumlah daun, bobot segar dan bobot kering total tanaman
