Mejora continua del proceso de atención al cliente para aumentar nivel de satisfacción en empresa de transportes Javila SAC, 2020

La presente investigación titulada “MEJORA CONTINUA DEL PROCESO DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE PARA AUMENTAR NIVEL DE SATISFACCIÓN EN EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES JAVILA SAC, 2019”, alineado en los conceptos de mejora continua; se usó el método deductivo, con investigación de tipo experimental que sirvió su aplicación a una muestra considerable clientes, a partir de la cual se obtuvo el indicador de satisfacción, tanto al inicio, como posterior a la propuesta de las mejoras propuestas. Se logró como resultado el incremento del nivel de satisfacción en 28.3%, aplicando el desarrollo de un proceso de atención al usuario y la implementación de capacitaciones al personal de operaciones; adicionalmente se establecieron KPIs para medir el nivel de impacto de las incidencias o insatisfacciones y trabajar en su mejora correspondiente, así como la implementación complementaria de un software para seguimiento de las unidades y control de usuarios atendidos. Esto se corrobora con la prueba del T-student. Todo esto concluye que la mejora del proceso de atención ha permitido aumentar el nivel de satisfacción de la empresa

Esta comunicación narra la historia de una derrota de la sociedad civil preocupada por su patrimonio cultural y sus paisajes históricos urbanos. Se trata de la trayectoria de la Plataforma Ciudadana ¡Túmbala! y del Manifiesto contra la Torre Pelli-Cajasol, organizaciones de asociaciones, colectivos, personas y profesionales de diferente perfil y procedencia que desde principios del año 2009 se oponen al rascacielos de 178 metros de altura que promueve Cajasol, ahora Caixabank, en el extremo sur de la Isla de la Cartuja de Sevilla, en la denominada Puerta Triana de acceso a la Exposición Universal de 1992. El edificio, en su fase final y a punto de inaugurarse, ha roto definitivamente el perfil histórico de Sevilla, imponiendo su presencia de forma hegemónica sobre la ciudad. El camino recorrido supone la lucha de la ciudadanía por participar de las decisiones que le afectan de forma directa, como pueden ser aquellas relativas a qué es y cómo se protege su patrimonio histórico y al simbolismo que contienen determinados espacios y paisajes urbanos, ya que conforman una parte del derecho a la ciudad de todos sus habitantes. Diseño de estrategias pedagógicas para la población afectada en la zona de amenaza por inundación en el sector Riofrio Chia Cundinamarca

64 páginas : gráficasEste proyecto muestra el concepto de la población del sector Riofrío de Chia, respecto a la temática de inundaciones y como deben estar preparas para un evento de iguales o mayores proporciones al presentado en la ola invernal del año 2011. Por medio de un sistema de información geográfico (SIG), se identificó el área de amenaza en el cual se efectuó un trabajo de campo con la comunidad, donde se recolectaron los conceptos personales por medio de conversacionales no sistematizados sobre la problemática. SATCON2: Community Engagement Working Group Report

The SATCON2 Community Engagement Working Group aimed to engage a broad and diverse swath of stakeholders in dark skies and near-Earth space who are impacted by large mega-constellations of tens of thousands of low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellites, beyond professional astronomy alone. The working group consisted of 22 members across 23 time zones including professional and amateur astronomers, members of sovereign Indigenous/First Nations communities, dark-sky advocates, planetarium professionals, and environmental/ecological non-governmental organizations. We set out to work together towards a new and effective conceptual, ethical, legal, and regulatory framework for the protection and sustainability of space and the night sky as a global cultural, natural and scientific commons. Community Engagement Working Group members invested thousands of volunteer hours in working group meetings, listening sessions with impacted constituencies, numerous conversations, developing, conducting and analyzing surveys, and finalizing our results and recommendations

Exploration of underutilized crop diversity of Capsicum peppers in their primary center of diversity in Bolivia and Peru

The genus Capsicum is a highly diverse complex of domesticated and wild species that displays abundant variation in its main center of domestication and diversity in Bolivia and Peru but that remains under-researched. New collecting expeditions undertaken in 2010 by the Instituto Nacional de Innovación Agraria (INIA) in Peru and the Centro de Investigaciones Fitoecogenéticas de Pairumani (CIFP) in Bolivia have significantly increased the size of the collections. INIA Peru now maintains 712 accessions of the five domesticated species, making it one of the largest and most diverse national collections of native Capsicum pepper varieties in the world. The collection in Bolivia contains 492 accessions, including the five domesticated species, four wild species, and one wild botanical variety of a domesticated species. We report on the identification of promising native Capsicum germplasm for potential use in the development of differentiated products. Identification of promising material representative of native Capsicum diversity in both collections followed several steps: (1) Identification of a core collection of nearly 100 accessions per country representing the different species and their geographic distribution. Dried samples of these accessions were biochemically screened for commercially interesting attributes including capsaicinoid content, polyphenols, antioxidant capacity, carotenoids, lipid content and color; (2) Based on results of the biochemical screening, sub-sets of 44 Bolivian and 39 Peruvian accessions were selected, representing the different species and variation in biochemical attributes; and (3) The selected materials were grown in different environments to identify the agro-ecological conditions were they best express the special properties of commercial interest. The biochemical screening and agromorphological characterization and evaluation revealed that Capsicum accessions from Bolivia and Peru have unique combinations of functional attributes, confirming that a wealth of commercially valuable properties can be found in Capsicum’s primary center of diversity. Configuración e implementación de NethServer enfocado a la implementación de servicios de infraestructura tecnológica

El presente artículo se indican los pasos a seguir para la correcta instalación y posterior configuración del servidor GNU/Linux nethserver, junto a los diferentes servicios para la infraestructura tecnológica intranet y extranet de una organización. Para la instalación del servidor nethserver, se utilizó una máquina virtual (VirtualBox), la arquitectura de la red estableció las zonas Wan(roja), DMZ (naranja y Lan (verde). En servidor nethserver se habilitan los servicios de DHCP Server, DNS Server, Controlador de Dominio, Proxy, Cortafuegos, File Server, Print Server y VPN. Cada uno de los servicios configurados por medio de una estación de trabajo GNU/Linux por medio de la red Lan y dashboard del nethserver.This article indicates the steps to follow for the correct installation and subsequent configuration of the GNU/Linux nethserver server, together with the different services for the intranet and extranet technological infrastructure of an organization. For the installation of the nethserver server, a virtual machine (VirtualBox) was used, the network architecture established the Wan (red), DMZ (orange and Lan (green) zones).
