    Sistem Informasi Geografis Pelaporan Kerusakan Jalan Menggunakan Crowdsourcing Berbasis Web Pada Peta Navigasi Berlalu Lintas

    This research aims to design and develop a Web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to collect and visualize road damage reports from the public. Using a Crowdsourcing approach, the system allows collaborative reporting of road damage which includes location, description, type of damage and also supporting photos. The report data collected is stored in a database and displayed on open source-based navigation maps (Leaflet and OpenStreetMap) in the form of road damage markers, which contain reporting data that the user has done previously. The development process involves needs analysis, system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), implementation using the Laravel framework, as well as testing using the Black Box Testing method for system functionality and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system acceptance by users. The development results demonstrate the system's ability to collect road damage reports, provide a review feature to validate reporting data, and provide early warning to users when approaching a road damage area while navigating. The system also provides early warning in the form of a Pop Up which appears automatically when the user approaches a road damage area. It is hoped that the implementation of Web-based GIS can increase public participation in reporting road damage and help people when driving

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Web untuk mengumpulkan dan memvisualisasikan laporan kerusakan jalan dari masyarakat. Menggunakan pendekatan Crowdsourcing, sistem memungkinkan pelaporan kerusakan jalan secara kolaboratif yang mencakup lokasi, deskripsi, jenis kerusakan, dan juga foto pendukung. Data laporan yang dikumpulkan disimpan dalam Database dan ditampilkan pada peta navigasi berbasis open source (Leaflet dan OpenStreetMap) berupa Marker kerusakan jalan, yang berisikan data-data pelaporan yang telah user lakukan sebelumnya. Proses pengembangan melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language), implementasi dengan framework Laravel, serta pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk fungsionalitas sistem dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk penerimaan sistem pada pengguna. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan kemampuan sistem dalam mengumpulkan laporan kerusakan jalan, menyediakan fitur ulasan untuk memvalidasi data pelaporan, dan memberikan peringatan dini kepada pengguna saat mendekati area kerusakan jalan saat melakukan navigasi. Sistem juga memberikan peringatan dini berupa PopUp yang muncul secara otomatis saat pengguna mendekati area kerusakan jalan.Implementasi SIG berbasis Web diharapkan dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaporan kerusakan jalan serta membantu masyarakat dalam berkendara
