The article analyzes 58 issues of Project Baikal journal. It provides a historical excurse to the foundation of the journal and tells about certain sections and authors. It features the level of graphic materials and transformation of printed editions. The analysis reveals the scientific value of the materials contributed by famous authors. The article points out a growing interest among architects and other specialists in submitting scientific and research papers.Проведен анализ пятидесяти восьми выпусков журнала PROJECT BAIKAL / проект байкал. Дан краткий исторический экскурс о создании журнала, рассказано о диапазоне отдельных рубрик и авторах, определен уровень графических материалов и полиграфических преобразований издания. Анализ раскрывает научную ценность публикуемых известными авторами материалов. Выявлен повышающийся интерес и активность архитекторов и других специалистов в предоставлении научных и исследовательских публикаций

REDUCTION OF NEGATIVE MENTAL STATES PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN

Актуальность настоящего исследования обусловлена необходимостью обеспечения активного развития, эмоционального благополучия и позитивных психических состояний каждого ребенка в образовательном пространстве и недостаточной изученности психологических механизмов, эффективных научно-методических разработок оптимизации психических состояний детей.Цель. В статье раскрываются психолого-педагогические условия редукции негативных психических состояний у детей 6-7 лет.Метод или методология проведения работы. Основу исследования образуют культурологический, интегративный подходы, а метод – педагогический эксперимент (констатирующий, формирующий, контрольный этапы).Результаты. В статье раскрыты структура, этапы, содержание, основные методы и приемы системы занятий по редукции негативных психических состояний у дошкольников, построенной на материале народной сказки. Обоснована эффективность работы, состоящей из трех взаимосвязанных этапов: когнитивно-эмоционального; вербально-художественных проб; этапа вхождения в проблемные ситуации в условиях неопределенности, решения «открытых творческих» задач дошкольниками при повышении речевой активности. Статистически достоверно показано, что разработанная система занятий эффективна и может найти применение в практике образовательных организаций для работы с дошкольниками.Область применения результатов. Материалы статьи представляют практическую ценность для профессиональной деятельности педагогов, психологов, логопедов, дефектологов для обеспечения психологического благополучия в группе дошкольной организации, коррекции негативных психических состояний детей 6–7 лет.The relevance of this study due to the need to ensure active development, emotional well-being and positive mental States of each child in the educational space and a lack of knowledge of the psychological mechanisms, effective scientific and methodological developments of improving mental States of children.Purpose. The article reveals psychological and pedagogical conditions of reduction of negative mental States in children 6-7 years.Methodology. The basis of the research constitute the cultural, integrative approaches, and the method of pedagogical experiment (ascertaining, forming, control stages).Results. The article reveals the structure, stages, content, basic methods and techniques of system studies on the reduction of negative mental States in preschoolers built on the material of folk tales. Proved the efficiency of this work, which consists of three interrelated stages: cognitive-emotional; verbal and art samples; the stage of entering into problem situations in the conditions of uncertainty, solutions “open creative” tasks preschoolers with increasing speech activity. Statistically shown that the developed learning system for effective and can find application in the practice of educational organizations to work with preschoolers.Practical implications. The materials of the article are of practical value to the professional activity of teachers, psychologists, speech therapists, speech pathologists to ensure the psychological well-being in a group preschool, correction of negative mental States of children 6–7 years old

Intercompany Network Interaction in the Field of Regional Tourist and Recreational Services: Specifics and Development Trends (on the Baikal Regions Experience)

The purpose of the research was to study the network interaction in the field of tourist and recreational services in two regions of Russia (the Irkutsk region and the Republic of Buryatia) that are similar in a number of signs, to identify the nature of the ongoing changes in the inter-company relations of tourist and recreational enterprises in the long term. The research hypotheses were based on the assumption of the intercompany interaction specificity due to the territorial concentration of enterprises, the unstable economic situation, and the lack of an effective coordination mechanism in the field of regional tourist and recreational services.The research methodology was based on the formed list of intercompany relations characteristics and indicators, the practical manifestation of which in the field of tourist and recreational services in the Baikal regions was estimated in the long term by comparing the results of two empirical studies series (2013 - 2019).Empirical verification of intercompany relations in the field of tourist and recreational services in the Baikal regions revealed that cooperation in the industry is characterized by a low degree of integration and readiness for joint activities, information disclosure and relationships designed for long-term cooperation.Moreover, in the long term, these negative trends in the regions under consideration vary ambiguously. A significant factor influencing the development of relationships between partners was determined by the level of competition in the industry

Золотой век (1975–1986)

The Institute had grown up by its tenth anniversary. It had become more significant in the development policy of Irkutsk and the Irkutsk region. Party officials had to reckon with the Institute. It was widely recognized domestically and internationally. None of its leaders had any special training in management. Basing on their intuition and personal experience and being creative and highly professional people, they found and realized principles of effective management of a creative team. This was the second decade and the golden age of Irkutskgrazhdanproject.К своему второму десятилетию институт окреп и вырос. Приобрел немалый вес и значение в политике развития Иркутска и области. Заставил считаться с собой партийных чиновников. Приобрел отчетливое звучание на Всесоюзном и международном уровне. Ни у кого из тогдашних лидеров не было специальной подготовки в менеджменте. Как-то интуитивно, на жизненном опыте они нашли и последовательно реализовали принципы эффективного руководства творческим коллективом. Наверное, потому, что и сами были людьми творческими и высокопрофессиональными. Так сформировалось второе десятилетие ИГП, десятилетие расцвета. Золотой век института
