The condition of a company is very dependent on the quality of its human resources. Increasing the company's competitiveness must begin with improviment the quality of existing human resources first. To improve the quality of human resources can be done by increasing work motivation, work discipline and skills training. Before improving the quality of the people, there must first be a performance measurement system to be able to see the existing performance conditions. Performance measurement research conducted at PT. Ganda Nusantara Persada was conducted by applying the Human Resource Scorecard research method. In the Human Resource Scorecard method, research is carried out by processing data that considers the financial perspectif, customer perspectif, internal business process perspectif and growth and learning perspectif. From the output from this research conducted at PT. Ganda Nusantara Persada shows that from the four perspectives, the company's condition is good. However, when viewed from the comparison of the Idel value and the Belief value, there are still significant differences in several indicators, it is necessary to evaluate the existing performance quality

The criteria used in this study are quality, price, delivery, flexible and fast response. Based on the criteria and sub-criteria in supplier selection, supplier 1 is the first priority with a weight of 1.080, supplier 3 is the second choice with a weight of 0.695 and supplier 2 is the last choice with a weight of 0.288. Forecasting is a method of predicting the future based on a systematic analysis of past and current facts for a certain period of time. To minimize the excess and shortage of production, as well as shortage of raw materials, forecasting is needed. There are a variety of forecasting methods available, each with varying degrees of accuracy and error. The lowest MAD, MSE, and MAPE error values produce the best forecasting results. The goal of this study is to find the best forecasting approach for CV. Barokah Utama. Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, Holt Exponential Smoothing, Linear Regression, and Trend Projection are the methods used. Pengabdian kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan income masyarakat dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi kerakyatan dan pendampingan Usaha kecil menengah dengan stimulant keterampilan di bidang teknologi dan pengelolaan higiyenisasi produksi abon ber merk “Sari Abon” di kelurahan tanjung Buntung  kecamatan Bengkong. Tahapan langkah pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan pendekatan terpadu yang dilakukan dari proses awal sosialisai dan rencana selama kegiatan berlangsung secara efektif kurang lebih 3 bulan. Pada sosialisasi awal, tim mengundang para pekerja yang terlibat pada proses pembuatan abon ikan  untuk menyosialisasikan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan agar terjadi komunikasi yang efektif dan timbal balik. Pembinaan yang akan dilakukan oleh pengabdi akan dilanjutkan dengan pengelolahan pengolahan abon ikan tongkol “Sari Abon” menjadi lebih baik dengan melakukan peningkatan kualitas produk dan pemasaran yang dilakukan dari pemilik  dan juga menambah memperbaiki sisten manajemennya. ANALISIS KRITERIA KUALITAS VAPE BERDASARKAN PREFERENSI KONSUMEN DI KOTA BATAM

This study was conducted to analyze differences in consumer preferences in determining the quality and attitudes of consumers towards vape attributes in the city of Batam. The research was conducted in Batam Kota sub-district in June 2023. The method in this study uses a survey method with interviews based on a list of questions on a questionnaire. The sample was determined by random sampling method with 168 samples. The analysis used in the research is Chi Square analysis and Fishbein Multi-attribute. Chi Square analysis shows that apart from the comparison between prices below three hundred thousand rupiahs and between three hundred thousand rupiahs to seven hundred and fifty thousand rupiahs there is a difference of 95% confidence level. This means that there are differences in consumer preferences on vape. Multi-attribute Fishbein analysis shows that there are three attributes that get good consideration and two attributes get sufficient consideration in determining the quality of vape. Inventory refers to goods owned by the company within a certain period of time, which are used to facilitate production and meet consumer demand. Inventory can be in the form of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods. This study aims to analyze the planning and inventory control of raw materials in home industries in Batam. Efficiency and effectiveness of raw material supplies are critical to the successful operation of a cottage industry. One problem that often occurs is the accumulation of raw material inventories which can cause an increase in inventory costs. This study uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods by collecting data from several cottage industries in Batam. The methods used in this research include economic order quantity (EOQ), reorder point (ROP), safety stock, and maximum stock. Through calculations, the EOQ value for house materials is 602.35 units, while for tumblers it is 644.76 units.Persediaan merujuk pada barang-barang yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dalam jangka waktu tertentu, yang digunakan untuk memfasilitasi produksi dan memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Persediaan dapat berupa bahan baku mentah, barang dalam proses, dan barang jadi. The sustainability of SMEs is important because the SME sector is the largest producer of GDP and employment. The simulation approach begins with the creation of a realistic system model. A model must be able to show how the various components in a system interact to truly describe the behavior of the system. After the model is created, it is converted into a computer program so that it can be simulated. During the mentoring period, the service team continued to monitor and evaluate the development of Handcraft MSMEs. They provide useful feedback and suggestions to improve the use of modeling and simulation applications and the productivity of MSMEs. Apart from that, the service team also helps in overcoming technical obstacles or problems that may arise during application implementation.
