    The legal consequence of the liquidation of cooperative is that its legal entity status continues to exist before its liquidation is registered in the Indonesian National Gazette. Cooperative cannot take legal action unless it is necessasry to settle the assets of the liquidated cooperative, the cessation must be followed with liquidation, the cooperative business is terminated unless it is for liquidation, the authority of administrator and supervisor is deactivated, the authority of administrator is taken over by the liquidator, “the cooperative is under liquidation/settlement”, once the agreement has been run can be terminated, the members of cooperative are no longer allowed to resign. Legally, the distribution of the assets of liquidated cooperative is done by taking action of settlement including listing and collecting the assets of the cooperative, verifying the debt of the cooperative, determining the procedures of distributing the assets of liquidated cooperative, paying the creditor with paying attention to law of guarantee and determining the creditor scale of priority, paying the remaining assets of liquidation proceeds to the members of cooperative capital certificate holders

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasikan kesalahan yang terdapat di dalam karangan mahasiswa FBS – UNIMED dalam bidang morfologi, sintaksis, dan leksikal, dan mencoba menelusuri penyebab terjadinya kesalahan. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah tulisan mahasiswa program studi bahasa Jerman. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskripsi dan metode analisis kesalahan serta klasifikasi didasarkan pada teori Carl James (1998) dan Xu Lan (1983). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis-jenis kesalahan yang ditemukan pada bidang morfologi, yaitu kesalahan konjugasi kata kerja 33,06%, kesalahan deklinasi kata benda 18,89%, kesalahan deklinasi kata ganti 18,33%, kesalahan deklinasi kata sifat 11,94%, deklinasi kata depan 17,78%. Pada bidang sintaksis, yaitu kesalahan penempatan kata 55,75%, kesalahan reksi 28,57%, dan kesalahan kongruensi subyek dengan kata kerja 12,5%. Pada bidang leksikal, yaitu kesalahan pemilihan kata kerja 33,90%, kesalahan pemilihan kata benda 13,22%, kesalahan pemilihan kata sifat 15,93%, kesalahan pemilihan kata sambung 10,85%, kesalahan pemilihan kata depan 13,90%, dan kesalahan pemilihan kata sandang 12,20%

    Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan tata cara penyitaan barang bukti tindak pidana oleh penyidik dan bagaimana tata cara penyitaan barang bukti di luar daerah hukum penyidik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode pemnelitian hukum normatif dan dapat disimpulkan, bahwa: 1.Tata cara penyitaan barang bukti Tindak Pidana menurut KUHAP dapat dilakukan dengan penyitaan biasa, penyitaan dengan bentuk dan prosedur biasa inilah merupakan aturan umum penyitaan, penyitaan dalam keadaan perlu dan mendesak, penyitaan dalam keadaan tertangkap tangan, penyitaan tidak langsung, penyitaan terhadap surat atau tulisan lain. 2. Tindakan penggeledahan dan penyitaan itu pada hakekatnya merupakan dua macam upaya paksa yang dalam praktik hukum pada umumnya selalu mempunyai kepentingan yang sama yaitu untuk kepentingan pembuktian dan kedua macam upaya paksa tindakan penyitaan dan penggeledahan itu dapat diibaratkan sebagai saudara kembar yang selalu berjalan berdampingan, sehingga penyitaan diluar daerah hukum penyidik dapat dilakukan sebagai berikut : Penyidik yang bersangkutan dapat melakukan sendiri dan Penyitaan dilakukan dengan jalan minta bantuan

    Aim: To know Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAEs) and Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) Values in LBW infant at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan.Method: A descriptive case-study was conducted in 32 LBW infants who meet the inclusion criteria. Data collection was done through hearing assessment with Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAEs) and Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR).Result: From 32 LBW infants (64 ears), eight babies (25%) presented alteration in the Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAEs) and Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) test. There is a significant association between gender and ABR result, but there is no significant association between other variables and DPOAEs nor ABR result.Conclusion and Recommendation: DPOAEs and ABR can be used as an early detection tool of hearing loss in LBW infant, even though this study found no significant association in most of the variables, which may be due to the small sample size

    The aim of this classroom action research was to investigate the effectiveness of process approach in increasing students\u27 essay writing ability. The writer found in her classes that the students didn\u27t know how to develop the topic when they asked to write an essay. The subjects of this research were the students of English Study program who took writing III. Before the treatment was conducted, the subjects were given pre-test and after ten times treatment, post-test was held. Four steps were conducted to this research: planning, action, reflection, and revision/evaluation. The result showed the mean score of pre-test was 54.02 and the post-test was 79.2. In other words, this research proved that process approach can be one of the alternatives way in teaching essay writing
