Diagnostics and reconstruction of bearing units

This paper presents new research results aimed at ensuring reliability and durability of equipment due to its diagnostics including monitoring and recording parameters changes of bearing units technical conditions determined before the moment of equipment shutdown, dismantling and fault detection of units as well as development of new methods for their restoration. As a method of operability recovery of unique bearing units a progressive approach is offered based on use of composite material 'Multimetal Stahl 1018'. A new field of application of composite material 'Multimetal Stahl 1018' to create temporary bearing sliding support instead of failed unique design construction with rolling bearings is described. Successful operation of majority of industrial equipment units restored using composite materials evidences broad prospects for solving various repair tasks mechanics of repair industries face including protection of foundations from destruction during vibration loads

Experimental study of repair mixtures as glues for connecting elastomers with metals

Experimental study of strength of glued connections where repair mixtures Diagum FL, Diagum Р and Diaflex are used is shown. Suggestions of each repair mixture use are given. Obtained results provide developing of durable and economical technical solutions: shear shock absorbers, elastic couplings, elastic shafts with high energy intensity which in some cases allow to avoid failures of metallurgical equipment under dynamic loading. In addition, use of repair mixtures with elastomers helps to make durable coatings of steel surfaces

Комунікації Лівобережної України (з давнини до початку ХХ ст.)

Об’єктами дослідження є історико-географічні об’єкти Лівобережної України (шляхи сполучення, місця переправ (броди-перелази та пороми-перевози, стародавні поселення та кургани, дромоніми), що функціонували на цих землях з давніх часів до початку ХVIII ст. і на різних етапах поєднували племена і народи, племенні союзи, державні формування (Скіфію з праслов’янськими племенами, племена східних слов’ян з народами Кавказу і Закавказзя, Київську Русь з кочовиками, землі Князівства Литовського, Річ Посполиту з Московським царством та Кримським ханством). Мета дослідження: провести історіографічний аналіз писемних джерел на предмет виявлення закономірностей та особливостей розташування шляхів сполученнь, що проходили територією Лівобережної України, охарактеризувати їхнє функціональне призначення у різні періоди історії. Методи, що застосовуються під час роботи над темою: історико-порівняльний, ретроспективний, дедуктивний та інш. Результати проведеної роботи можуть бути застосованими під час викладання історичних та історико-культурологічних дисциплін у середніх спеціальних та вищих навчальних закладах. Реалізація визначеної мети сприятиме посиленню інтересу широкої громадськості, науковців, студентської та учнівської молоді до регіональної історії; активізації національного і регіонального аспектів змісту історичних курсів. Прогнозується при подальшій розробці проблеми створення відносно цілісної історико-географічної схеми стародавніх водних та сухопутних комунікацій Лівобережної України. Історичний розвиток порубіжжя Північно-Східної України як засіб конструювання загальнонаціональної моделі історичної пам'яті

В результаті виконання проекту визначено чинники, які впливали на формування історичної свідомості мешканців регіону, з’ясовано основні джерела формування історичної свідомості його жителів, визначено місце фактів минулого у сучасному контексті історичної пам’яті, встановлено специфіку впливу українсько-російського фронтиту на формування національної ідентичності українців Північної Слобожанщини, побудовано пізнавальну модель історичної пам’яті. Пізнавальна модель історичної пам’яті українського народу повинна бути структурованою. Для неї характерна і певна поетапність. У першу чергу вона повинна спиратися на такі елементи, як виховання (прививання низки загальнолюдських цінностей, зокрема почуття толерантності, поваги до власного народу, традицій, історії, в основі якого лежать відповідні приклади з української історії); освіта (вивчення української історії взагалі та регіональної зокрема у середніх та вищих навчальних закладах, роблячи акценти на найбільш важливих для України подіях і явищах – процеси державотворення, розвиток науки і культури, перемоги тощо); популяризація історичних знань про Україну, її народ, традиції, про відомих українців – громадських, політичних, культурних діячів, військових тощо

Influence of Strip Bite Time in Work Rolls Gap on Dynamic Loads in Strip Rolling Stands

Reasons of increase of dynamic coefficients of main drive lines are discussed. Methods of their calculation and technical solutions for their reduction are offered by means of increase of elastic torsion angle of main drive lines during unsteady rolling when metal bites happen. The paper presents experimental studies on physical and chemical processes that occur as a result of refining by ‘GOI’ paste (description in CIS countries, it states for State Optical Institute) largesized precision details made from non-ferrous metals.Number of hypotheses expressed by number of scientists is compared.Their essence has been revealed and a hypothesis has been adopted and confirmed by Corresponding profilograms and photographs.
