    Al-Azhar Kairo is a symbol of Islamic progress many generations, which Al-Azhar Kairo is an Islamic educational institution that is able to create ulama'-scholars, jurists', students which are able to contribute to Islamic education, especially education of pesantren in Indonesia. Various schools in Indonesia actually have the characteristics of the different education and learning. The characteristics of education and learning in pesantren prove from the ideas and concepts of the leaders and administrators of the cottage. In this case, the head of the cottage PMDG as well several cadres of pesantren have scientific background of the University of Al-Azhar Kairo. Thus directly or indirectly, the process of transformation of philosophy and scientific values ​​occur through programs and activities of the cottage, particularly programs and curriculum activities at KMI. The research problems are: 1. What is the pattern of relations between Al-Azhar Kairo and Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. 2. What forms of intellectual interrelation alumni of Al-Azhar Kairo in curriculum development in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. This study uses field research, qualitative descriptive research approach. To analyze the data,the researcher uses data reduction data presentation and verification of data. The researcher collects the data using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: 1. The patterns of relationship between Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor and Al-Azhar Kairo is the pattern of socio-intellectual that with their experience of traveling overseas, cottage cadre delegation to continue the study and a cadre delegation cottage coaching preachers-preachers in the world, as well as its cooperation in the field of education, both with moral and material support. 2.     Abstract: This article examines the application of Jombang district head regulation number 41 of 2019 to the local religious content program. Religious local content is a compulsory charge subject at the elementary and junior high school level, which was promulgated in Jombang district regulation number 09 in 2016 with the hope of the realization of "religious Jombang". This study discusses the extent to which the Jombang buapati regulation number 41 of 2019 is applied to the local religious content program as well as the factors that influence the application of Jombang regent regulation number 41 in 2019 . This article uses a qualitative field research approach based on observation, interviews, and documentation with qualitative descriptive analysis and checking the validity of data and triangulation .The results of this study are in the form of technical aspects and mechanisms which include the understanding, purpose and objectives of local religious content, competency standards of educators and student competency standards that must be achieved, process and assessment standards, number of teaching hours and honoariums . Local content in Jombang does not only refer to Islam, but other religions such as the Christian religion are also the same. Factors influencing the adoption of the regent's regulations are resources, trends, bureaucracy and communication.Abstrak: Artikel ini megkaji tentang penerapan perbup Jombang 41/2019 pada program muatan lokal keagamaan. Muatan lokal keagamaan merupakan pelajaran muatan wajib ditingkat SD dan SMP yang diundangkan dalam Perda Kab. Jombang 09/2016 dengan harapan terwujudnya “Jombang agamisâ€. Kajian ini membahas sejauh mana perbup Jombang 41/2019 diterapkan pada program muatan lokal keagamaan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan perbup Jombang 41/2019. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif field research bedasarkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif serta pengecekan keabsahan data dan triangulasi. Hasil kajian ini berupa tentang teknis dan mekanisme yang diantaranya adalah pengertian, maksud dan tujuan muatan lokal keagamaan, standar kompetensi pendidik dan standar kompetensi peserta didik yang harus dicapai, standar proses dan penilaian, jumlah jam mengajar dan honoarium. Muatan lokal di jombang tidak hanya mengacu dalam agama islam saja tetapi agama lain seperti mulok keagamaan kristen juga demikian sama.     National education begins which to put aside the moralvalues that the authors include as the background of this study, it canbe seen from the number of educators and students who experiencea decline or even do not have the value of politeness. Indeed, theformation of morals or character is the main goal in Islamic educationwhich can form a moral, pure, and clean soul and able to distinguishbetween truth and fault. The author's interest is to study how KH.M. Hasyim Asy'ari and Prof. Dr. Hj. Zakiyah Daradjat suggests amoral education that can solve the problem of moral depravity thatoccurs in this country. The aims of this research are 1. To find outhow moral education focuses on the morals of educators andstudents Perspective KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari and Prof. Dr. Hj.Zakiyah Daradjat, 2. To find out the similarities and differences inthe morals of educators and students from the perspective of KH.M. Hasyim Asy'ari and Prof. Dr. Hj. Zakiyah Daradjat.     The Value of Attribution to Strengthen Self-Efficacy and Self-Regulation of Islamic Boarding School Students

    Today, the education system in Islamic boarding schools has been transformed compared to when it was first established. Previously, students only studied religious sciences and did not study general sciences. These changes encourage management in the Islamic boarding school environment to be somewhat different so that it impacts the comfort of students which in turn will determine the students' academic achievement. The success of an educational process is characterized by the achievement of students in the academic field and the ability of students to regulate themselves well. Moreover, Islamic boarding schools' education and parenting systems have this achievement target. The problem is what needs to be investigated better. This study aims to test Attribution variables that strengthen Self-Efficacy and Self-Regulation. These three variables will affect academic achievement and other factors behind it. The study sample comprised 108 Class IX junior high school (SMP) students. The results showed that the attribution variable had an effect on increasing self-efficacy, and the variable on self-efficacy had an impact on improving self-regulation

    Abstract This study was conducted to examine whether the effect of the variables Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Structure, Firm Size on Capital Structure in Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. In addition, to test the feasibility of the regression model for the influence of the variables Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Structure, Company Size on Capital Structure partially in Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 Period. The population in this study is 13 automotive companies that have been and are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as ten companies. The data analysis technique used is by using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that Liquidity and Profitability had a negatif and significant effect on Capital Structure.
