Teaching Ability of Students Field Experience Practices in Palembang

The purpose of this study is to describe teaching ability of field experience practice students at SMA/SMK in Palembang. The method used is descriptive method. Research population consists of students and tutors where students carry out practice as much five schools, Sample subject study taken as many as 20% of which amounted to 31 high school students, 46 vocational students, while the sample of civil servant teachers in this study amounted to 8 senior high school civil servants and 3 vocational high school civil servants. Data collection techniques using questionnaire for good students and tutors. Analysis data by percentage. The conclusion of the study shows that the overall teaching ability of field experience practice students at SMA/SMK in Palembang City is quite good. This paper indicates that the teaching skills of field experience practice students need to be further improved so that the application of basic teaching skills can be carried out as well as possible

ANALISIS MOTIVASI BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA PADA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN AKUNTANSI FKIP UNIVERSITAS PGRI PALEMBANG

Abstrak─Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa. diantaranya adalah  kemampuan mahasiswa beradaptasi dengan kondisi perubahan lingkungan, baik internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa dengan cara mendeskrifsikan motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa pada program studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif analitik, untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat peneliti ini, peneliti menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket, angket di berikan kepada Mahasiswa program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data angket, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Motivasi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa pada Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang dalam Kategori Baik / Tinggi, dengan rata-rata yaitu sebesar 80,79. Indikator yang paling mendasari motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi adalah Indikator Tanggung jawab mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan tugas mata kuliah kewirausahaan yaitu sebesar 84,07% dalam Kategori Sangat Baik.Kata Kunci: Deskripsi, Motivasi, BerwirausahaAbstract─Factors can affect student entrepreneur motivation. is the ability of students to adapt to environmental change conditions, both internal and external. ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL JURNAL UMUM DI SMK NEGERI 1 BENAKAT

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal jurnal umum pada mata pelajaran praktikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa di SMK Negeri 1 Benakat tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 40 siswa dengan interval (86-100) persentase 56% dengan kategori “Baik sekali”, dan sebanyak 21 siswa interval (71-85) persentase 30% dengan kategori “Baik” serta sebanyak 6 siswa interval (56-70) dengan persentase 8% dengan kategori “Cukup” 2 siswa interval (41-55) dengan persentase 3% kategori “Kurang” serta 2 siswa dengan interval (<40) persentase 3% pada kategori “Kurang Sekali”. Dan Nilai rata-rata untuk seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal jurnal umum adalah sebesar 83,90 pada kategori “Baik”.maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa siswa kelas XI Akuntansi mampu dalam menyelesaikan soal jurnal umum pada kategori “Baik”

Pengaruh Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua dan Literasi Ekonomi Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif

Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan tingkat melek ekonomi mempengaruhi pola konsumtif mahasiswa. Program studi pendidikan akuntansi Universitas PGRI Palembang semester gasal Tahun Akademik 2022-2023 yang beranggotakan 98 mahasiswa merupakan populasi penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey dengan tes untuk mengumpulkan data literasi ekonomi dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mempelajari pola konsumtif mahasiswa dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi berganda, dan uji normalitas data, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas diperlukan untuk memenuhi kriteria analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan literasi ekonomi dan status sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi secara bersamaan, status sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh terbatas terhadap perilaku konsumsi, dan literasi ekonomi berdampak terbatas terhadap perilaku konsumsi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menyadari potensi mereka untuk membeli barang, menekankan alasan saat melakukan pembelian, dan mulai menyisihkan sebagian uang saku yang disediakan orang tua mereka untuk menabun

Perception of Students of Indonesian Language Study Program on Learning at E-Learning Sisfo Universitas PGRI Palembang

Learning during a pandemic or epidemic period, face-to-face learning has now become a lesson for the virtual world. From these problems online learning is one solution in carrying out the teaching and learning process, but online learning is not as easy as imagined, and there are many obstacles in learning, especially when providing material, there are several obstacles that make the learning process less effective and efficient. At PGRI University Palembang, learning through cyberspace is called SISFO E-Learning learning. The purpose of this study, based on the formulation of the problem above, is to find out student perceptions of online learning at SISFO E-Learning at PGRI Palembang University during the Covid-19 pandemic for the 2020-2021 academic year even semester. Based on the conclusions from the six indicators, namely in the form of affinity indicating the High category, thinking reflection showing the High category, interaction showing the High category, teacher support showing the High category, level support showing the High category and interpretation showing the High category of the six indicators, the average percentage is 77.33% in the High category

Pengaruh Literasi Ekonomi Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi

This study analyzes the effect of economic literacy on student consumptive behavior, using a quantitative research approach with survey methods. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires, the research respondents were 70 undergraduate students of the accounting education study program who were drawn by purposive sampling, and the analysis of research data used simple regression with prerequisite tests for data normality and linearity analysis. The results of the study revealed that the level of economic literacy of students was quite diverse, but around 54% were at a moderate literacy level. Student consumptive behavior tends to be moderate, namely around 60% of the respondents. The results of the hypothesis test reveal that economic literacy has a negative influence on student consumptive behavior. Analisis Sistem Pembayaran Beban Air Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (Pdam) Tirta Musi Palembang Unit Pelayanan Seberang Ulu 1

Analisis sistem pembayaran beban air pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Musi Palembang Unit Pelayanan Seberang Ulu 1 bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pembayaran beban air pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Titra Musi Palembang Unit Pelayanan Seberang Ulu 1. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diambil melalui data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui metode dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah  statistik deskriptif, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pencatatan penerimaan tagihan air dilakukan secara sistematis dan modern sesuai dengan ketentuan yang sudah ditetapkan dari perusahaan. Sistem pembayaran telah dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku yaitu pembayaran secara tidak langsung (online) dan pembayaran secara langsung (offline) berdasarkan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan sehingga memudahkan pelanggan untuk menyelesaikan kewajiban tagihannya. Jumlah penerimaan tagihan bersih selama 12 bulan pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar Rp. 5.244.310.000. Sedangkan penerimaan tagihan bersih rata rata perbulan yaitu sebesar Rp. 449.327.176. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa penerimaan tagihan dari pelanggan rata-rata perbulannya sudah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar

PENGARUH PENERAPAN TEORI BELAJAR HUMANISTIK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH KEWIRAUSAHAAN

HUBUNGAN ANTARA MATA PELAJARAN PRAKARYA DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DENGAN MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA DI SMA PGRI 2 PALEMBANG

The research objective was to determine the closeness of the relationship between Craft and Entrepreneurship Subjects (PKWU) and Entrepreneurial Interest in class XI students of SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Research problems, namely; Is there a relationship between Craft and Entrepreneurship Subjects with Entrepreneurship Interest in Class XI Students at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang? The research method is a quantitative method with the type of correlation research. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation and questionnaires with Likert scale guidelines. The results showed that the average score of students in the subject of Craftsmanship and Entrepreneurship (X) was 84.75 in the "Good" category and the average results of the questionnaire on entrepreneurship interest (Y) was 84.86% in the "Very Interested" category. Hypothesis test results obtained t count (7,199) > t table (1,666) and the significance test there is a significant relationship between the subject of Craft and Entrepreneurship with the interest in entrepreneurship students at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang by 39% and the remaining 61% is influenced by other factors.Keywords: Craft and Entrepreneurship Subject and Entrepreneurial Interest

ANALISIS SISTEM SIMPAN PINJAM KOPERASI KARYA TAMA MANDIRI KECAMATAN MUARA BELITI KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Sistem Simpan Pinjam Koperasi Karya Tama Mandiri. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Sistem Simpan Pinjam Koperasi Karya Tama Mandiri Kecamatan Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas dapat dijelaskan bahwa (1) Sistem Simpan Pinjam pada koperasi Karya Tama Mandiri Kecamatan Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas, besar simpanan pokok Rp. 5000,- dan besar simpanan wajib Rp. 20.000,- sedangkan simpanan sukarela, tidak memiliki ketetapan jumlah dalam nominalnya. Pada sistem pinjaman, setiap anggota koperasi diberi batas uang pinjaman mulai dari Rp. 1.000.000,- sampai dengan Rp. 20.000.000,- kecuali bagi yang meminjam uang menggunakan jaminan surat berharga dapat meminjam uang lebih dari Rp. 20.000.000,- pinjaman uang pada Koperasi Karya Tama Mandiri dikenakan bunga sebesar 2%
