    Itsbat Nikah dapat terjadi karena disebabkan oleh berbagai alasan, salah satunya adalah itsbat nikah untuk perkawinan yang dilangsungkan dibawah tangan (sirri), sedangkan dalam Undang – Undang No.1 Tahun 1974 maupun Kompilasi Hukum Islam tidak dijelaskan secara rinci tentang itsbat nikah untuk perkawinan yang dilakukan di bawah tangan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian didalam Putusan Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Selatan dengan pokok permasalahan berdasarkan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: 1.) Bagaimanakah pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam mengabulkan permohonan itsbat nikah dalam rangka perceraian pada perkara Putusan No : 3930/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Js, 2.) Bagaimanakah akibat hukum dari dikabulkannya itsbat nikah dalam rangka perceraian dalam perkara Putusan No : 3930/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Js. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode pendekatan yuridis normatif, spesifikasi penelitian preskriptif analisis, teknik pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan dengan inventarisasi, data yang terkumpul kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk teks naratif dan analisis data normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hakim dalam mengabulkan permohonan Itsbat nikah karena perkawinan tersebut sudah memenuhi syarat dan rukun Perkawinan menurut Hukum Islam dan sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 2 ayat 1 Undang - Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 dan Pasal 14 dan 7 ayat (3) huruf (a) Kompilasi Hukum Islam, dalam perceraian hakim melihat dalam fakta yang terjadi pada persidangan bahwa adanya pertengakaran dan perselisihan secara terus menerus dan tidak ada harapan akan hidup rukun kembali, dalam hal tersebut hakim menyertakan Pasal 19 huruf (f) Kompilasi Hukum Islam, serta akibat hukumnya adalah anak dari hasil perkawinan tersebut adalah anak sah karena anak tersebut lahir dari perkawinan yang sah sesuai dengan Pasal 42 Kompilasi Hukum Islam, dalam hal pemeliharaan anak menurut hakim ibunya lah yang berkewajiban untuk mengurus anak tersebut, dan ayahnya berkewajiban untuk menanggung semua biaya pemeliharaan sampai anak tersebut dinyatakan dewasa sesuai dengan Pasal 105 Kompilasi Hukum Islam

    Morphodynamics Study Of Coastline Region Using Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics And Particle Image Velocimetry

    Scour is the one of phenomena that occurs at coastal area which can cause catastrophic failure to structure near to the coastal area. The study of the scour in the coastal area is important in order to overcome the erosion occur near to coastal area. There is limited study which simulates liquid-sediment at coastal area. Most of researcher using 2-dimensional (2D) problem to solve liquid-sediment problem which will over simplify and reduce the complexity of the topography of coastal area. Consequently, this thesis simulates a 3D two-phase liquid-sediment numerical model by using particle based Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) for application at coastal area. Initially, a preliminary study has been tested before application to real case. The SPH code is constructed based on formulation from Monaghan that is modified according to the desired model to be solved. The code is then computed by using single Graphic Processing Unit (GPU), Nvidia Quadro P4000 with 14 cores multiprocessors. The effect of scouring is investigated in this research through the formulation of sediment transport based on Herschel-Bulkley-Papanastasiou (HBP) model. An early model that used sine wave with varying frequencies are applied to the boundary to create sea wave effect that will then cause either sediment erosion or accretion at the coastline. The preliminary study of liquid-sediment interactions is computed numerically using SPH simulation which is then validated using PIV experimental data. The comparisons between SPH simulation and PIV experimental showed good agreement in the maximum velocity magnitude and contours with average percentage difference of 5%. Moreover, the correlation between two dimensionless numbers which are Iribarren and froude number have also been calculated by manipulating frequencies of wave and slope angles to determine the type of wave breaker. The research area was chosen near to Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) Tuanku Jaafar power station to analyse the impact of sea wave to sediment transport. Based on real case study, the selected regions were analysed in order to reduce the complexity of the studies and directly captured the sediment transport. Based on the findings, region C experienced high sediment transport for constant wave study as compared to region A and B. The accretion at region C is 904.01 kg at 90 s while the mass erosion is 906.24 kg at 91 s. Compared to region B, the mass accretion is 902.24 kg at 90 s while the mass erosion is 903.24 kg at 91 s. Additionally, region A accreted a mass of 788.51 kg at a time of 24 s while eroding with a mass of 790.01 kg at a time of 23 s. The results for region A, B and C have been forecasted for the period of 10 years by using Fourier fitting curve with 8th order to observe the sediment transport trend. The prediction found that region C also experienced highest sediment transport with accretion mass of 7343.54 kg in 1.37 year for constant wave study and 876.44 kg at year 10 for low tide study

    Construction Of Multigrid Solver For 2D Heat Conduction Problem

    This research describes the formulation and application of the multigrid method for the 2D heat conduction problem. A Multigrid method (MG) is essentially a matrix solver which is used with another computational method for solving partial differential equation (PDE) such as finite element method (FEM), boundary element method (BEM), finite different method (FDM) etc. The formulation between FEM and MG is used to test the performance of this combination through the solution. The solution involves partial differential equation (PDE) of Poisson equation of 2D heat conduction problem and the solutions solved by using Matlab. The Poisson equation was tested with various types of heat source and the error L2 norm and H1 norm were computed to validate and prove the convergence of the solution. The solution of FEM and FEM-MG were compared and FEM-MG contains two types of smoother Gauss-Siedel and Successive Over Relaxation (SOR). The result shows that the error of L2 and H1 norm in FEM-MG smaller compare to FEM with conventional linear system solver
