The main objective of this program is to improve the quality of online learning for early childhood through animated videos. In the proposed community service activity this year (2021) it was mutually agreed that the problems were prioritized in the following aspects: (1) How to implement techniques for making and editing learning animation videos for YouTube (2) How to apply public speaking techniques for teachers for learning via Instagram and youtube. The methods used are as follows: (1) socialization and collaboration with administrators, then training on animation video editing techniques for beginners, (2) public speaking training for teachers for online learning. (3) With practice and assistance in uploading animated videos via youtube and Instagram. After participating in the assistance of the Polines Community Service Team, TK An-Nanda can achieve the following targets: (1) School teachers are able to make and edit animated videos for the purposes of online learning for early childhood well. (2) School teachers are able to master public speaking for mastery of online learning. (3) Parents and students are able to access the process of online learning activities appropriately and efficiently. While the expected outputs are: (1) Animated online learning videos for early childhood are available on Sampun Maos YouTube. (2) There are online learning videos made by the teacher via Instagram and YouTube

EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN STANDAR PELAYANAN MINIMAL PADA SUBBAGIAN KEPEGAWAIAN POLITEKNIK NEGERI SEMARANG

Based on Permendikbud number 71 of 2014 concerning the organization and workprocedures of the Semarang State Polytechnic in article 20 it is stated that the Personnel sub-section has the task of carrying out financing, receipts, storage, payment and budgetaccountability matters as well as personnel accounting and reporting. Currently, theMinimum Service Standards (SPM) for general administration and finance have beenfacilitated since 2012. Even though SPM has been implemented in the Personnel Subdivision,there are still complaints from service recipients. With this background, a research wasconducted "Evaluating the Implementation of Minimum Service Standards in the CivilService Subsection of the Semarang State Polytechnic". This study aims to determine: (1) theimplementation of SPM in the Personnel Subdivision. (2) Obstacles in the implementationof SPM in the Personnel Subdivision (3) Solutions that can be taken in order to achieve SPMin the Personnel Subdivision. This study uses a quantitative approach and descriptive method.Respondents in this study were Polines employees who were users of the Civil Service. Thisstudy uses a quantitative approach and descriptive method. Respondents in this study werePolines employees who were users of the Civil Service Subdivision service, includinglecturers and education staff. The data analysis technique is by examining and scoring, theresults are analyzed using the descriptive percentage analysis method, to provide an overviewof the achievement of the implementation of the Personnel Sub-Division SPM. Subdivisionservice, including lecturers and education staff. The questionnaires distributed were 120, witha return rate of 80.83%. Respondents were 54.64% lecturers and 45.36% education staff.Applications for Regular Lecturer Promotion, Application for Promotion of Lecturer'sChoice, Application for Study Assignments and Application for Further Study Assistance bythe Civil Service Subdivision of the Semarang State Polytechnic, each of which is still withinthe scope of SPM. This was revealed by respondents as much as 84.90%, 75.58%, 75.47%and 84.91%. The conclusion is that the four services carried out by the Personnel subdivisionare still within the scope of the SPM, to improve the performance of the PersonnelSubdivision, it is necessary to carry out regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys

ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MICRO, SMALL, AND MEDIUM ENTITY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS AND ITS IMPACTS ON THE FINANCIAL REPORT QUALITY OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES

This study aims to identify the perception of entrepreneurs regarding the Importance of bookkeeping and financial report related to Amountount of credit received by MSMEs, as well as the prospects for implementing the Financial Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM), and their impacts on the quality of MSMEs financial reporting. This study used primary data collection by using questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed using the purposive sample method, with MSMEs spread across the Banyumanik and Tembalang sub-districts as samples. Were 40 questionnaires sent directly to the selected MSMEs as Amountount of evidence adequacy? An in-depth review was conducted on the MSMEs chosen to complete the data and discussion. The provisions of MSMEs are business actors who have been running for more than two years and have applied for bank credit financing. Respondent data can be processed in 32 respondents. The analytical technique used is the Hypothesis Testing Model by Rizki (2012). The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis test results showed that nine hypotheses were accepted, and five were rejected. It was found that educational background contradicted the Importance of bookkeeping and recording SAK EMKM financial statements

PEMBUATAN SUMUR RESAPAN BIOPORI PENGHASIL KOMPOS YANG BERNILAI EKONOMIS DI KELURAHAN BANYUMANIK, KECAMATAN BANYUMANIK, SEMARANG

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pembuatan sumur resapan biopori sebagai upaya untuk membantu mencegah banjir dan sekaligus menghasilkan kompos untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan sebagai berikut : (1) Sosialisasi pembuatan sumur resapan biopori, (2) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan sumur resapan biopori, (3) Pemanenan dan pemanfaatan kompos hasil sumur resapan biopori. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan dari Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Polines, warga masyarakat di RT 04/ RW.02 Kel. Banyumanik Semarang dapat mencapai target sebagai berikut :Masyarakat mampu membuat sumur resapan biopori secara benar untuk mencegah banjir dan sekaligus memanfaatkan kompos dari hasil pemanenan biopori. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari pendampingan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah : (1) Terwujudnya sumur resapan biopori dan (2) pemanfaatan kompos biopori untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PEMBUATAN LUBANG RESAPAN BIOPORI DI KELURAHAN BANYUMANIK, SEBAGAI PENCEGAHAN BANJIR KOTA SEMARANG.

Flood is one of the main problems in the city of Semarang. The city that is on the coast on one side and the mountains on the other makes the problem of flooding more complex. The existence of a fairly heavy flow of water from the hilly areas was not able to flow smoothly into the sea but instead was restrained by the presence of tidal water which had penetrated the mainland. These problems must be addressed comprehensively, both in the hills and in the coastal areas with each handling according to its characteristics. Appropriate technology that is quite simple and considered effective enough to overcome the above flood problems is biopore infiltration wells. The basic principle of this biopore is to drain the falling rainwater to directly seep into the ground so that it will reduce surface water that causes flooding. Besides that, this biopore infiltration hole also has other advantages, namely it can convert organic waste into compost. The result of this activity was to increase public knowledge in understanding the benefits of biopore holes to prevent flooding and the formation of biopore holes in people's homes. So with this, it is hoped that this will help prevent flooding with a lot of rainwater being absorbed into the soil in addition to obtaining added value from the production of compost formed from the utilization of the biopore holes

NILAI EKONOMIS PEMBUATAN SUMUR RESAPAN BIOPORI DI KELURAHAN TEMBALANG, KECAMATAN TEMBALANG, SEMARANG

The purpose of this activity is to empower the community through making biopore infiltration wells as an effort to help prevent flooding and at the same time produce compost to improve the community's economy. The method used is as follows : (1) Socialization of making biopore infiltration wells, (2) Training and assistance in making biopore infiltration wells, (3) Harvesting and utilizing compost from biopore infiltration wells. After attending training and mentoring from the Polines Community Service Team, community members in RT 01/ RW.02 Kel. Tembalang Semarang can achieve the following targets: The community is able to properly construct biopore infiltration wells to prevent flooding and at the same time utilize compost from the harvesting of biopori. The outputs resulting from the assistance of this community service activity are: (1) The realization of biopore infiltration wells and (2) utilization of biopore compost to improve the community's economy.Keywords: Biopori Infiltration Hole, compost, preventing flooding
