    Get PDF
In article effective methods of the temporary analysis and calculation of the generalized network models are offered. On their basis the class of parametrical network models is under construction and applications of such models to problems of distribution of limited resources of difficult systems in the conditions of an intensification of works are considered. A number of terms of scheduling is specified. Conditions of consistency and criteria of resource resolvability of some classes of tasks on such models are investigated

Model of the management system of a higher educational institution

    Get PDF
The effective management mechanisms of university development through the stimulation and motivation of the activities of university employees, in particular representatives of the teaching staff, to achieve the strategic development goals are considered. The object of the study was many higher educational institutions, including those in the agrarian sector, which train students in agricultural specialties. It also describes the decision-making mechanism of competitive and elective procedures based on the university personnel commission recommendations and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of employees using a three-pronged incentive mechanism

High complexity of modern quality management systems (QMS) leads to the need for new tools aimed to support them and implement continuous improvement. The key process to manage the quality level is quality assurance. The paper investigates process information integrity and consistency as properties or quality assurance process. Some basic approach for organizing data integrity metrics is described. An approach for QMS requirements assurance based on SysML modelling language is proposed

Calculation of stresses initiated by electrical explosion of conductors in a composite thick-walled cylinder

In various fields of engineering, such structural elements are widely used that, from the point of view of their strength calculation, can be referred to thin shells (tanks, reservoirs, cylinders, etc.). When calculating thin-walled shells, a number of hypotheses are adopted to simplify the solution of the problem. The problem is most simply solved within the framework of the momentless theory of shells, according to which only the force normal to the section (the membrane force) is different from zero, and all moments and transverse forces are equal to zero. The paper presents an analysis of dynamic loading of the material carried out by the method of electric explosion of conductors (EEC). A composite cylinder, which is a thick-walled cylinder made of polymethylmethacrylate with an axial hole pressed into an aluminum shell, was chosen as an experimental sample. The sample is loaded by applying an electric voltage to a conductor in the form of a copper wire placed inside the axial opening of the sample. The equation of state at electric explosion of the conductor is obtained; experimental and calculated graphs of dependence of pressure in the air channel on the expansion coefficient of EEC products are constructed. A theoretical model describing the change in the radial stresses arising in the process of loading with regard for the boundary and initial conditions is built. The accuracy of the built model is justified by comparing the obtained results with the experimental data. The circumferential stress, at which the rupture of aluminum shell directly occurs, is estimated

Restrictions on the range of components have affected all sectors of the Russian economy to varying degrees. Industrial and science-intensive industries and even agriculture were not spared. To reduce the negative consequences of these restrictions, the state undertook a set of various stabilizing measures. The article reveals the nature and orientation of the measures of state support of domestic production

Organizational optimization of construction processes by virtue of robotization

    Get PDF
The comparative analysis of two options for investment and construction projects, with partial robotization of production and traditional work organization was conducted on the criterion of time and cost minimizing the of construction. The use of two robot types was considered, a bricklayer and a plasterer robot. As a comparison result of main quantitative indicators of construction organization plan, it was found that the use of robots reduced the duration of construction, expenditures and labor costs. Lack of fatiguability, lunch breaks, smoke breaks, conversations, illnesses, as well as round-the-clock operation, the absence of malicious intents, no theft and, therefore, procedural violations, composition disorders, etc., allows to look at the introduction prospect of construction robots with optimism

Nowadays, the interest to lean manufacturing increases every year and a lot of aviation companies use it on their practice. At the same time, Internet technologies also entered in the production of modern aircrafts. For increasing quality and safety of aviation products, in this article it was suggested to use lean manufacturing and Internet of Things technologies for Russian and Chinese aircraft production systems. There is a successful case study of Boeing company, which achieves great results due to these technologies. For realizing this idea on the practice, at first, it is needed to model and analyze the implementation of this technologies on production system and understand is it profitable or not. In this paper, it was proposed to use Discrete Event Simulation method, which proves its imitation on the real practice and possibility of its realization. The results show that we can easily use ARENA software (which is based on DES modelling) for proving the efficiency of Lean and IoT technologies. In conclusion, it becomes obvious that due to the rapid development of Internet technologies it is necessary to integrate it with the lean manufacturing process and analyze its implementation

The article examines the tendencies and prospects for constructing adaptive mechanisms for the functioning of active systems, taking into account the influence of the tendencies of the fourth industrial revolution, called “Industry 4.0”, on the quality management system of enterprises. The main components of “Industry 4.0” is the global digitalization of all enterprise processes, including management processes, which makes the process of creating learning mechanisms of functioning (MFF) of active systems, which are able to improve their functioning over time, considered relevant. The described construction of the GFM is based on the use of learning processes carried out using probabilistic iterative (recurrent) algorithms. These algorithms make it possible, as a result of processing current information, to make up for the lack of a priori data and, ultimately, to achieve the best, from a certain point of view, performance indicators
