Heavy metals are defined as the transition elements that have a high atomic mass, are toxic, and cannot be broken down by living organisms. Metal Lead (Pb) is one of the heavy metals which are widely distributed in the environment. Heavy metal lead is one of the causes of serious health problems because it can cause disturbances to the human body. Therefore, the aim of this literature review is to present an illustration and up-to-date data on the analytical methods used for food and beverages contaminated with lead heavy metal (Pb). The methodology of this research is a literature review study from several databases such as Science Direct, Pubmed, and Google Scholar with a limitation of publication in the last 10 years. The results of a literature review from the analysis of Pb metal contamination in food and beverages, there are several techniques that can be utilized to analyze and various factors that cause the amount of lead (Pb) levels such as the atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) method

This study aims to determine whether the ownership structure (managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and company size) and good corporate governance (board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee) affect the company's financial performance in listed retail trade sector companies. on the ISE for the period 2015-2019. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The research population is the retail trade sector companies listed on the ISE for the 2015-2019 period, totaling 24 companies. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, so that the sample size was 8 companies. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 9. The results showed that managerial ownership, the board of commissioners, the board of independent commissioners, and the board of directors have an effect on the company's financial performance. Meanwhile, institutional ownership, company size, and audit committee have no effect on the company's financial performance. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, company size, the board of commissioners, the independent commissioner board, the board of directors, and the audit committee in contributing to the influence of the company's financial performance is 91.7%

Methamphetamine (C10H15N) is a class two psychotropic, a stimulant that acts on the central nervous system, causing addiction when consumed. Hair as a part of the body is often used as an option to detect the presence of methamphetamine in the body. The advantage of hair is that the presence of a drug can last weeks to months. This review was done to see how methamphetamine was detected in hair samples. As a result, it is known that the detection of methamphetamine in hair samples can be carried out using the Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) method. The procedure begins with the preparation of Marquish reagent by mixing 37% formaldehyde with glacial acetic acid. The procedure continued with the preparation of hair samples by grinded 30-40 mg of hair and then washed it with ethanol. After that the sample was sonicated with various solvent systems at room temperature for 30 minutes. The last step is column extraction conducted by inserting the filtrate into the column basement membrane, the column was conditioned, then the sonicated analyte was added and carried out with dichloromethane: 4 ml, then eluted and the sample eluent obtained was identified using marquish reagentMetamfetamin (C10H15N) adalah zat psikotropika golongan dua, suatu stimulan yang bekerja pada susunan saraf pusat sehingga menimbulkan kecanduan bila dikonsumsi.

Aglaia foveolata Pannell (A. foveolata) is a type of plant that has many benefits, including the skin, leaves, roots, and seeds as medicinal ingredients. The potential of this plant is inseparable from the content of various bioactive compounds. This study aims to isolate, characterize the active compound from the stem bark of A. foveolata and test its activity as an antioxidant with the ABTS method, cytotoxic (MCF-7 cancer cells) with the MTT method, and antibacterial (bacterial strains ATCC and MDR) with the MIC. There are four isolated compounds obtained, namely (1) 17,24-epoxy-25-hydroxybaccharan-3-one, (2) β-stigmasterol glucoside, (3) Eichlerianic acid, and (4) 17,24-epoxy-25 -hydroxy-3- oxobaccharan-21-oic acid, which is a class of triterpenoid and steroid compounds. The best activity as an antioxidant was compound 3 (25.68 µg/mL); cytotoxic activity against MCF-7 cells namely compound 4 (94.59 µg/mL); antibacterial activity against ATCC strains: (1) P. aeruginosa namely compound 3 (29.4 µg/mL), (2) E. coli, (3) S. aureus, (4) B. subtilis for compounds 1, 2, and 4 have the same activity (62.5 µg/mL) while compound 3 was not active; MDR bacterial strains: (1) P. aeruginosa namely compound 4 (62.5 µg/mL), (2) E. coli namely compound 3 (62.5 µg/mL), (3) S. aureus namely compound 4 (62 .5 µg/mL), (4) B. subtilis namely compound 4 (62.5 µg/mL) and (5) K. pneumoniae namely compound 1 (125 µg/mL)
