    ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA COMPUTER ASSISTED INSTRUCTION PADA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA JEPANG MATERI POKOK KEPEMILIKAN DAN LETAK BENDA BAGI KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 SUMBERREJO-BOJONEGORO Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media Computer Assiited Instruction materi pokok kepemilikan dan letak benda pada mata pelajaran bahasa Jepang bagi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sumberrejo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Data dikumpulkan menggunkan instrumen wawancara kepada ahli materi dan ahli Media. Serta menggunakan angket dan tes yang ditujukan kepada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sumberrejo. Pengembangan media ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development,Implementation, dan Evalution) dengan tahapan uji coba Arif Sadiman. Data yang diperoleh adalah berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari ahli materi, ahli media dan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan wawancara ahli materi dan ahli media, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media Computer Assisted Instruction layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Sedangkan hasil angket uji coba produk kepada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sumberrejo, dapat disimpulkan: a) hasil presentasi uji coba perorangan sejumlah 96,1% (Baik), uji coba kelompok kecil sejumlah 90,3% (Baik), serta uji coba kelompok besar sejumlah 95,9%(Baik). Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media computer Assisted Instruction dikategorikan baik dan media ini layak untuk digunakan. Sedangkan hasil uji coba untuk penilaian efektifitas diperoleh thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu thitung = 18,354 > ttabel = 2,040. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Computer Assisted Instructionefektif dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Jepang materi pokok kepemilikan dan letak benda bagi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sumberrejo.     The maternal referral mobile application system for minimizing the risk of childbirth

    Background: The maternal mortality rate in Surabaya is still quite high due to ineffectice referral health systems. Primary Health Care (PHC) has difficulty referring patients to hospitals which have available resources. The purpose of this study is to develop a mobile app system framework for the maternal referral system. Design and Methods: This study was developed based on the results of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with midwives, doctors and primary health care heads about the referral system regulation in Surabaya City. Results: A mobile app system can be used to communicate patients’ conditions to the hospital. The hospital then will refer back to the PHC as a home care service after the birth. This mobile app has gone through a trial and a development process; it is currently in the process of structuring the mobile app based on the bugs that occur in the system. Conclusions: This mobile app still needs development, especially in minimizing system bugs, and providing faster, more accurate communication
