Diagnóstico de los estándares mínimos del SGSST de la microempresa La Costeña salsas y aderezos

Desde que el Ministerio del Trabajo estableció que las empresas -sin importar su tamaño- debían implementar un SG-SST, muchas de ellas han presentado diferentes dificultades, especialmente las microempresas exponiéndose a la suspensión de la licencia comercial, a multas por infracciones -de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente- y exponen a sus trabajadores a lesiones temporales y/o permanentes. La empresa La Costeña salsas y aderezos no ha sido ajena a esta situación, por lo que este trabajo de investigación busca realizar un diagnóstico del SG-SST, para identificar las causas del incumplimiento de los requerimientos básicos, con el ánimo de hacer recomendaciones y proponer estrategias que ayuden a optimizar y garantizar una adecuada gestión de riesgos, con el fin de prevenir enfermedades y accidentes laborales. Dado lo anterior, la tipología empleada para el presente estudio es de carácter no experimental, sustentada en la observación de los acontecimientos y fenómenos que se presentan en la dinámica de la SST de la microempresa la Costeña, empleando diferentes recursos para la indagación y recolección de información básica, como la valoración que se realizó a través de la tabla de calificación que propone la resolución 0312 y la consulta de documentos que soportan la gestión, normatividad y reseñas de otros autores. Con estos instrumentos se logró determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de los estándares básicos de la SST de la empresa, que corresponde al 68.5%; ubicando la gestión bajo un criterio moderado, debido a los hallazgos e inconformidades entre los que se destacan la ausencia de un responsable en SST (Vigía de la salud), la falta de mecanismos de investigación y registro de incidentes, ocasionados en gran medida por el desconocimiento de la normatividad, las dificultades que ha tenido que enfrentar la microempresa por el incremento en el costo de los insumos, lo que afecta la designación de recursos y la escasa asesoría o acompañamiento por parte de la ARL, por lo que se requieren estrategias y acciones inmediatas para fortalecer el SG-SST e incrementar la calificación.Since the Ministry of Labor established that companies -regardless of their size- should implement an SG-SST, many of them have presented different difficulties, especially microenterprises exposing themselves to the suspensión of the business license, to fines for infractions -according to the current regulations- and expose their workers to temporary and/on permanent injuries. The Company la Costeña salsas y aderezos has not been immune to this situation, so this research work seeks to carry out a diagnosis of the SG-SST, to identify the causes of noncompliance with the basic requirements, with the aim of making recommendations and proposing strategies that help optimize and guarantee adequate risk management, in order to prevent occupational diseases and accidents. Given the above, the typology used for this study is of a non-experimental nature, based on the observation of events and phenomena that occur in the dinamics of the OSH of the la Costeña microenterprise, using different resources for the investigation and collection of data, basic information, such as the assessment that was made througt the qualification table proposed by resolution 0312 and the consultation of documents that support the management, regulations and reviews of other authors. With these instruments it was posible to determine the level of compliance with the basic OSH standards of the Company, which corresponds to 68.5%; placing the management under a moderate criterion, due to the findings and disagreements among which the absence of a person in charge in OSH (Health Watch) stands out, the lack of mechanisms for investigation and registration of incidensts, caused to a great extent by ignorance of the regulations, the difficulties that the microenterprise has had to face due to the increase in the cost of inputs, which affects the allocation of resources and the Little advice or support from the ARL, so immediate strategies and actions are required to strengthen the SG-SS and increase the rating
