    Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the business actors in Indonesia that have considerable potential in supporting the national economy. Business incubators are one of the parties that can play a role in assisting the growth and development of micro, small and medium enterprises, but in practice business incubators face various limitations related to human resources, capital, facilities, coaching, technology, market potential and regulations. The influence of these limitations has an impact on the performance of mentoring or coaching, so it is necessary for business incubators to develop their mentoring programmes to be able to provide assistance in accordance with the needs needed by the current fostered tenants, so as to improve the business performance. This research aims to formulate an appropriate development strategy for the IPB Business Incubator by analysing the internal and external environment of the incubator. The method in this research uses the analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), SWOT analysis (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats), and using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that three strategies were recommended for the development of IPB's Business Incubator, namely developing an online marketing platform that can help market tenant products online, developing incubation programmes that can improve tenant competitiveness, and building cooperation with many parties both nationally and internationally.     Scenario in Managing Employee Performance at PT XYZ

    Employee performance improvement is very essential for company organization because it could improve the company's existence in the market competition and also expand their business innovation. However, to improve the employee's performance, there are several factors and variables that could affect it. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the effect of those variables, which are knowledge management, affective commitment, organization culture, and employee motivation. Furthermore, to analyze those variables, this research used a quantitative method and questionnaire with 52 respondents in the PT XYZ operational area. The data will be processed using SEM PLS analysis, and the result shows that knowledge management, affective commitment, and employee culture have a significant impact on employee performance. The only variable that does not have a significant effect is organizational culture, but it could indirectly affect employee performance through the motivation variable. There are two scenario plans created using the TAIDA approach. Scenario 1 is conducting extensive training for all employees based on the needs of the division in which they operate. Scenario 2 training and education is only available for employees with high potential for cost efficiency.     Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises' (SMEs) development will strengthen domestic economic structure due to the workforce absorption and increase people's purchasing power, the level of demand, and investment growth. Although it has a very strategic role, developing SMEs is not simple. As time goes by, the trend of SMEs selling products online is increasing. Competition is getting tougher, and product innovation is increasingly diverse. Thus, to improve overall performance, SME players must compete to implement strategies. This research aimed to analyze the effect of supply chain management practices on competitive advantage and firm performance, communication, and information technology on supply chain management practices and competitive advantage, and competitive advantage on fir performance. The questionnaires were distributed online to processed food SMEs in Jakarta, using a simple random sampling technique. The samples collected were 244 respondents, and it was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that supply chain management practices had a positive effect on competitive advantage. Communication and information technology had a positive effect on supply chain management practices and competitive advantage, and competitive advantage had a positive effect on firm performance.     Business Model Development of a Fresh Milk Agro-Industry in Rural Areas

    This research aims to identify several business models of fresh milk agro-industry that are emerging in rural areas, as well as factors that influence agro-industry development, and establish a dairy agro-industry business model framework. The case study method used in this research consists of an agro-industry with business models and cooperatives. According to the finding of this research, there are seven supporting factors that influence the growth of the fresh milk agro-industry in rural areas, that are; (1) organizational structure, (2) fresh milk handling operations, (3) technology application for production activities, (4) training of employees and breeders, (5) product marketing strategies, (6) product quality and quality assurance, (7) company actor’s innovation. These seven factors can be determined using the weight ratio to assess the value of each factor that influences the development of the fresh milk agro-industry in rural areas, namely business management (0.2641), raw material handling (0.1510), and quality assurance (0.1347). The importance of the decision is a crucial factor in the development of the dairy agro-industry in rural areas. In rural areas, the fresh milk agro-industry business model is a cooperative form of business, as well as a business model that incorporates both private and cooperative business practices. The more varied the business models examined, the stronger the fresh milk agro-industrial business model system would be. Since they help small-scale milk farmers in rural areas market their products, regional milk cooperatives are still the best business model to use.     Analysis of Knowledge Sharing Using Canonical Correlation Toward Organizational Innovation

    This paper is based on the importance of knowledge sharing to create innovation in an organization to overcome the problem of PTPN competition with the private sector. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge sharing variables, which are tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing, on innovation variables, which are speed innovation and quality innovation. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a sample of 100 employees and data were analyzed using canonical correlation analysis. The results of the study showed that there was an influence on each variable. Explicit knowledge sharing had influence on the speed and quality of innovation and explicit knowledge sharing had influence on the speed and quality of innovation. Conclusions from this study were that both variables had a strong relationship, so companies can consider these variables in strategic planning

    Spatial-Intelligent Decision Support System for Sustainable Downstream Palm Oil Based Agroindustry within the Supply Chain Network: A Systematic Literature Review and Future Research

    Oil palm plantations as one of the sexiest commodities; produce a high yield of oil and fat that can be used in various sectors. The prospect of oil palm and its derivative products is good, but there are obstacles and problems faced that are mainly related to sustainability issues in oil palm plantations and its downstream process. Therefore, it is important to study the decision-making process that are needed to develop sustainable palm oil agroindustry. This paper aims at providing a comprehensive literature review for decision support system for sustainable agroindustry. Totally, 186 scientific publication articles from 2005 to 2019 were reviewed and synthesized. The reviewed articles were categorize based on the keywords of palm oil sustainability, geographic information system (GIS), and decision support system (DSS). The research gap and pointers for future research that are identified is the lack of sustainability aspect inclusion on decision-making process. We also identified the lack discussion of integrated spatial and intelligent tools through DSS for better, faster, and smarter decision-making process. In the end part of the paper, a pointer for possible future research was develop in terms of combination through spatial-intelligent system applying business analytics for sustainable agroindustry

    CONSUMER PREFERENCE ANALYSIS OF NEW COMPLEMENTARY ORGANIC FOOD PRODUCTS

    XYZ Fruit Puree is one of complementary food products developed by Company X. A marketing plan toexpand the market of the product is considered by developing new product variants, namely XYZ Organic FruitPuree. The plan is done by providing new price offers and changing the target market from upper Social EconomicStatus (SES) into middle to upper. This study aimed to evaluate consumer’s acceptance, purchase intention, andpreference toward XYZ Fruit Puree and XYZ Organic Fruit Puree product concepts. Non-parametric tests ofWilcoxon signed-rank test and Mann-Whitney test were used for data analysis in this study to compare thepreference of total samples and each sample groups differentiated by its social economic status and usership. Theresult showed that XYZ Organic Fruit Puree concept was more preferred by all types of consumers in aspects ofoverall liking, uniqueness, intention to buy, and preferential intention. However, if price was taken intoconsideration, intention to buy for XYZ Fruit Puree concept was significantly greater than the XYZ Organic FruitPuree concept. The recommendations given were the price of XYZ Organic Fruit Puree can be adjusted to be moreacceptable to consumers as well as increasing consumer trust in product safety.Keywords: consumer preferences, new product development, purchas
