The article evaluates the fundamental social factors which influence the formation of the axiological component of Russian youthβs political consciousness. The authors have set a goal to find out to what extent the traditional moral and spiritual values are rooted in the minds of young people. These values need to be cultivated in accordance with the goals set in National Security Strategy of Russia, approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. Using the method of selective associations, the authors have identified the actual set of values, which form the stereotypes of political thinking of young citizens of the Volgograd region. It consists of such values as strong family, patriotism, strong state, love for neighbour, fortitude and faith. Itβs been found out that search for truth and collectivism, which once were the fundamental values for the spiritual life of the Russian people, ceased to be so for the young generation of Russian citizens. The authors point to the revival of the dualism of the concepts of patriotism and pride, which was dominant in the public consciousness of the Soviet people. Nihilistic and protest moods are peculiar of only a small share of youth (no more than 3 %). Many traditional moral and spiritual values remain rooted in the political consciousness of young people in Volgograd, and this is a positive factor of national security in the region. The authors have concluded that despite a number of negative societal factors that have a significant impact on the formation of value-semantic attitudes and stereotypes of political thinking of Russian youth, the traditional spiritual and moral values are still the important social regulators of political behavior.
V.N. Gulyaikhin describes the main traditional values of the Russian people and reveals a number of fundamental factors of public life that have a significant impact on the formation of values and stereotypes of the political thinking of Russian youth. E.V. Galkina gives an assessment of the ideological context of the document βThe National Security Strategy of the Russian Federationβ and formulates the initial thesis about the need to view the youth as an active subject of the national security system. O.E. Andryushchenko develops a questionnaire for a mass survey of representatives of two age groups of young people, makes a sample for a mass questionnaire, and carries out an empirical study of the value-semantic attitudes and stereotypes of political thinking in the two main age groups of the Volgograd youth. P.P. Fantrov carried out a comparative analysis of stereotypes of thinking of these age groups
The research of double-pulse discharge in a plasma-liquid system with cylindrical geometry
The results of acoustic signals generation by two consistent dischargers of microsecond duration in a cylindrical liquid system are presented. The radius/height ratio of the cylinder, made of stainless steel, is ~ 13.5. Both discharges occur between two electrodes located on the cylinder axis. Height of the cylinder / interelectrode distance ratio is 13.5. The delay time between the discharges has been regulated and changed in a broad spectrum: before and after the axial collapse of the cylindrical converging wave reflected from the wall. The switches were: the air discharger for the first discharge and hydrogen thyratron for the second one.ΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½Ρ ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°ΡΡ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠΉ Π³Π΅Π½Π΅ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΠΈ Π°ΠΊΡΡΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΡ

Modern Approaches to the Diagnosis of Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimerβs Disease: A Narrative Literature Review
BACKGROUND: The aging of the worlds population leads to an increase in the prevalence of age-related diseases, including cognitive impairment. At the stage of dementia, therapeutic interventions become usually ineffective. Therefore, researchers and clinical practitioners today are looking for methods that allow for early diagnosis of cognitive impairment, including techniques that are based on the use of biological markers.
AIM: The aim of this literature review is to delve into scientific papers that are centered on modern laboratory tests for Alzheimers disease, including tests for biological markers at the early stages of cognitive impairment.
METHODS: The authors have carried out a descriptive review of scientific papers published from 2015 to 2023. Studies that are included in the PubMed and Web of Science electronic databases were analyzed. A descriptive analysis was used to summarized the gleaned information.
RESULTS: Blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of their use, are reviewed. The most promising neurotrophic, neuroinflammatory, and genetic markers, including polygenic risk models, are also discussed.
CONCLUSION: The use of biomarkers in clinical practice will contribute to the early diagnosis of cognitive impairment associated with Alzheimers disease. Genetic screening tests can improve the detection threshold of preclinical abnormalities in the absence of obvious symptoms of cognitive decline. The active use of biomarkers in clinical practice, in combination with genetic screening for the early diagnosis of cognitive impairment in Alzheimers disease, can improve the timeliness and effectiveness of medical interventions

ALCOHOL ADDICTION AND DEPRESSION: APPROACHES TO DIAGNOSTICS AND THERAPY
A new strategy of management of patients with signs of alcoholic dependence based on the multi-level biopsycosocial approachΒ presupposes complex therapeutic programs with use of innovative drugs and active participation of patients in this process.Β Within this strategy aimed at reduction of alcohol consumption in patients with the diagnosed alcohol addiction an innovativeΒ drug Nalmefen β a modulator of the double-action opioid system is tested as as a result of the comparative randomized studiesΒ and meta-analysis methods its safety and effectiveness are proved. A new tactics of the adjuvant therapy with use of NalmefenΒ becomes more widely used in Russia

POSTTRAUMATIC MYOCARDIAL SYNDROME IN CHILDREN WITH VERTEBRAL COMPRESSION FRACTURES
Complex clinical and instrumental observation of the children with vertebral compression fractures (VCF) revealed pathological changes in the heart. Clinical symptomatology, confirmed by electrocardiogram and appropriate anamnesis gives opportunity to consider this fact as a posttraumatic myocardial syndrome. Special drug therapy resulted in the positive dynamics
