POMORS: THE HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL GENESIS

In the article the historical and cultural aspects of Pomors genesis in the context of history of the Russian North have been analyzed. Dialectical, historical and general logical methods such as analysis, synthesis and generalization of separate facts and data have been used in the work. Pomor culture is a culture of indigenous people of the Russian North. Pomors actively dealt with fishing, merchant shipping and shipbuilding. Pomor way of life is directly depended upon their economic activity. They dealt with hunting, fishing, smoldering, brewing, salt extraction, pottery and arts and crafts. In the article the accent has been made on the variability of interpretations of the notion “Pomors” and on the peculiarities of their national character which is the result of historical and cultural development of these people.Key words: Pomors, Russian History, Tradition, Culture, Ethnos.      доктор философских наук, профессор, Андриенко Е. Поморская культура представляет собой культуру коренного народа российского севера. Поморы активно занимались рыболовством, торговым мореплаванием и судостроением. Быт поморов напрямую соприкасался с их промысловой деятельностью. Они занимались зверобойным промыслом, рыболовством, смолокурением, пивоварением, добычей соли, владели гончарным делом и декоративно-прикладным искусством. В статье сделан акцент на вариативности интерпретаций самого понятия «поморы» и на особенностях поморского национального характера как результата исторического и культурного развития этого народа. HISTORICAL WAYS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE MULTIETHNIC CULTURE OF UKRAINE

In the article the historical ways of forming of the multiethnic culture of Ukraine have been analyzed. The main scientific approaches to the Ukrainian ethnogenesis have been distinguished. Among them are the theory of “Primordalism”, the autochthonous theory of Mikhail Gruschevsky, the theory of “one cradle”, and the theory of the “Independent Development of East Slavic Peoples”. It has been emphasized that the main element of any ethnos is a language. The main elements of the Ukrainian ethnos have been named: 1) Basic ethnic massive of the Ukrainian people; 2) Ethnic Ukrainian groups abroad in short-distance and long-distance – Diaspora; 3) Subethnic  groups – communities among Ukrainians, differing by specific culture traits (gutsuls, lemks, boyks, polischuks, etc.).Key words: Ukrainian history, Ukrainian culture, Ethnos, Nature and geographic conditions, Primordialism.

LIBERALISM AND CONSERVATISM AS THE WORLD POLITICAL TRENDS: THE HISTORICAL ASPECT

In the article the historical aspect of liberalism, neo-liberalism, conservatism and neo-conservatism has been analyzed. Liberalism has been defined as the social and political theory founded on ideas of liberty and equality, free and fair elections, inborn civil rights, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, free trade, and private property. Liberalism is also a kind of political philosophy and worldview, program and practice. Conservatism has been defined as a social and political movement which is oriented on maintenance and reinforcement of existing forms of social, economic and political life, traditional spiritual values and which denies revolutionary changes and express distrust to people’s movement and radical reforms. The accent has been made on the fact that conservatism appeared after the Great French Revolution as a result of criticism of its experience. It was actively developed by many thinkers: E. Burk, J. de Maistre and L. de Bonald, F. de Chateaubriand, F. de Lamennais, B. Disraeli and O. von Bismarck, G. Moska, M. Heidegger, D. Bell and S. Контроль толщины лакокрасочных покрытий, нанесенных на металлическую основу электромагнитно-акустическим методом

У даній статті розглядається можливість визначення товщини лакофарбових покриттів об’єктів використовуючи електромагнітно-акустичний (ЕМА) метод. За допомогою математичного моделювання досліджено вплив товщини лакофарбового покриття, нанесеного на металеву основу, на акустичні параметри ЕМА перетворювача. Експериментально отримані залежності, що показують вплив товщини лакофарбового покриття на створюваний акустичний тиск. Максимальний акустичний тиск створюється при відсутності лакофарбового покриття. Зі збільшенням товщини покриття тиск різко падає. Показано добру збіжність між отриманими теоретичними та експериментальними результатами.The article describes possibility of determination of thickness of lacquer coating based on electromagnetic-acoustic (EMA) method. Using mathematical modeling was analyzed influence of thickness of metal frame lacquer coating on acoustic parameters of EMA transducer. Experimental data show convergence between thickness of lacquer coating and acoustical pressure. Maximum acoustic pressure is a result of absence of coating. Increasing of coating thickness leads to the decreasing of pressure. Experimental data demonstrates good convergence between theoretical and experimental results.В статье рассматривается возможность определения толщины лакокрасочных покрытий объектов, используя электромагнитно-акустический (ЭМА) метод. С помощью математического моделирования исследовано влияние толщины лакокрасочного покрытия, нанесенного на металлическую основу на акустические параметры ЭМА преобразователя. Экспериментально получены зависимости, показывающие влияние толщины лакокрасочного покрытия на создаваемое акустическое давление. Максимальное акустическое давление создается при отсутствии лакокрасочного покрытия. С увеличением толщины покрытия давление резко падает. Показана хорошая сходимость между полученными теоретическими и экспериментальными результатами

Gender-age peculiarities of accompanying pathology of patients with acute coronary syndrome

The purpose of the study: to study the concomitant pathology with regard to sex and age of patients with acute coronary syndrome. Materials and methods. The study included 1079 patients with acute coronary syndrome who received treatment at Cardiology Department No. 2 of the State Regional Clinical Hospital "Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Hospital". All patients enrolled in the study are divided into clinical forms of acute coronary syndrome and age groups according to international classification of diseases-10. Statistical analysis is performed using Microsoft Office applications and SPSS Statistics (version 20.0). Results. Analysis of the results showed that male patients were hospitalized more often than women (p = 0.009). In cases with men, ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction was more often diagnosed, whereas in cases with women unstable angina prevailed. There were no significant differences in the incidence of non–ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. An analysis of age distribution showed that in both men and women, ACS more often developed at the age of 55-64 years. A comprehensive assessment of the history of the anamnesis showed that among all 1079 patients 2180 diseases were identified. Among patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, on average, 1 patient had 1.9 diseases, with non–ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction - 2.3 diseases, with unstable angina - 2.2 diseases. The most frequent concomitant diseases are diseases of the circulatory system, in the second place - diseases of the endocrine system, in the third place- diseases of the digestive system. The conclusion. The identification and analysis of concomitant pathology before the onset of an acute coronary situation play an important role in the prevention, course and outcome of vascular pathology.Цель исследования: изучить сопутствующую патологию с учетом пола и возраста у больных с острым коронарным синдромом. Материалы и методы. В исследование включены 1079 пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом, прошедших лечение в отделении кардиологии № 2 ГБУЗ «Челябинская областная клиническая больница». Все больные, вошедшие в исследование, распределены по клиническим формам острого коронарного синдрома и по возрастным группам в соответствии с МКБ-10. Статистический анализ выполнен с помощью прикладных программ Microsoft Office и программы SPSS Statistics (версия 20.0). Результаты. Анализ результатов показал, что пациенты мужского пола были госпитализированы чаще, чем женщины (p = 0,009). У мужчин чаще диагностировался ОКСспST, тогда как у женщин преобладала нестабильная стенокардия. Достоверных различий в частоте встречаемости ОКСбпST выявлено не было. Анализ распределения по возрасту показал, что и у мужчин, и у женщин ОКС чаще развивался в возрасте 55–64 лет. Комплексная оценка данных анамнеза показала, что всего среди 1079 пациентов было выявлено 2180 заболеваний. У пациентов с ОКСспST в среднем на 1 пациента пришлось 1,9 заболевания, с ОКСбпST — 2,3 заболевания, с нестабильной стенокардией — 2,2 заболевания. Наиболее частыми сопутствующими заболеваниями являются болезни системы кровообращения, на втором месте — болезни эндокринной системы, на третьем — болезни органов пищеварения. Заключение. Выявление и анализ сопутствующей патологии до наступления острой коронарной ситуации играют важную роль в профилактике, течении и исходе сосудистой патологии
