The article is devoted to the solution of actual problems of innovative development of information and analytical provision of managing an enterprise according to the newest technology. A number of recommendations concerning technological upgrading foundation of modernization of information and analytic provision of managing an enterprise are elaborated. Technological approach to the modeling of information provision of business management is substantiated. Actualizing information and analytic provision of managing an enterprise has been carried out in developed flexible information system that is organized as internal network structure. Technological foundation of information and analytical process enterprise to modernize has been considered based on the modern tools of information and communication decisions. Information and analytical provision of managing have been developed through internal and external parallels of impact, which interconnection coordinates theory, methodology and organization of information processes with actualization of its model. The model of information and analytic provision of managing an enterprise according to the individual characteristics of corporate culture, and information environment and development strategy of business entity on the basis of characteristics of technological provision of information process is developed. Information complex has been suggested as developed system with technological process of forming initial data and modernizing processing, transmission and storage of information in accordance with distinctive characteristics of enterprise and general tendencies of its developmen

Balance-of-force selective accumulation of trace ionic species in hierarchical sub-nano-/nano-/micro-porous structures

Separation of species of close electrochemical mobilities (peptides, isotopes) is of interest for a number of applications. In this presentation, we will explore selective accumulation of ionic species in current-polarized hierarchical sub-nano-/nano-/micro-porous structures. Perovskite nitrides: A new playground for functional materials

The perovskite crystal is a favorite playground for electroceramists across a wide variety of applications, and recent developments on hybrid metallorganic perovskite photovoltaics has renewed interest in expanding the chemical space of this flexible and multifunctional crystal structure. A survey of experimentally confirmed simple perovskite compounds (ABX3) finds no reports of pure X=N anion chemistries. One challenge of forming nitride perovskite materials is the high valence cations needed to satisfy the high valency of nitrogen; another is limiting oxygen impurities. Computational predictions of energetically favorable nitride perovskites have been reported[1] and DFT+LDA methods[2] suggest that the lowest energy state of LaWN3 is a non-centrosymmetric R3c type distorted perovskite structure with a spontaneous polarization of approximately 60µC/cm2 along the \u3c111\u3e polar axis. A relatively low energy barrier predicted for polarization reversal raises the possibility of ferroelectricity as well. Developing a ferroelectric nitride would greatly simplify integration of a number of functional (e.g., ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and more) properties directly with nitride semiconductors for a variety of integrated sensing and energy conversion applications. Here we report the experimental confirmation of oxygen-free LaWN3 as a perovskite (Fig. 1) using multiple fabrication approaches. Calculations show 5 different symmetries with very similar lattice energies (3 polar and 2 non-polar); refinements of x-ray and electron diffraction in conjunction with property measurements document the complexity of the LaWN3 system in addition to other closely-related perovskite nitrides. Effect of grape polyphenol concentrate "Enoant" on adipokines secretion in experimental metabolic syndrome

Recent studies demonstrate that adipokine secretion is altered in cardiometabolic diseases including atherosclerosis, hypertension, obesity, type 2 diabetes and the metabolic syndrome (MS). Polyphenols are the most important phytochemicals in grape because they possess many biological activities and health-promoting effects. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of grape polyphenol concentrate "Enoant" on secretion of adipokines in MS in golden hamster (Mesocricetus auratus). We found that the development of experimental MS is accompanied by a significant increase in plasma levels of visfatin and resistin (pro-inflammatory adipokines), whereas the level of adiponectin (anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic adipokine) was decreased. However, the introduction of grape polyphenol concentrate "Enoant" to animal diet in MS led to a decrease in resistin and visfatin plasma levels, whereas the adiponectin level was significantly increased. To test whether the observed changes may be related to the direct action of grape polyphenols on adipocyte secretion, we used primary cultures of adipocytes isolated from adipose tissue of control animals and from animals with MS. It was found that incubation of cells for 48 h in the presence of grape polyphenol concentrate is accompanied by a significant decrease in the visfatin concentration in the incubation medium, compared to control. In cultured adipocytes isolated from the adipose tissue of animals with experimental MS, polyphenol concentrate induced a significant increase in adiponectin and decrease in visfatin secretion. These findings suggest salutogenic action of grape polyphenol concentrate "Enoant" in experimental MS. Further studies are required to evaluate whether "Enoant" might be beneficial for cardiometabolic health via the secretion of other metabotrophic adipokines (e.g., IL-10, NGF, BDNF).Adipobiology 2012; 4: 85-90
