    Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja Perawat di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

    This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload and work stress on nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative observational research with a descriptive method. The research sample was nurses in the inpatient room, totaling 31 people. The results showed that the most respondents in the high workload category were 19 respondents (61.3%), and in the high-stress level category were 16 respondents (51.6%) and a p-value of 0.029 (<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is the relationship between workload and nurse work stress with a positive correlation coefficient value. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between workload and nurse work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic.   Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Nurs

    Apakah Bermain Lego dan Finger Painting Efektif Mengukur Perkembangan Motorik Halus anak Berkebutuhan Khusus?

    This study aims to compare the effectiveness of playing Lego with finger painting on the fine motor development of children with special needs at SLBN 1 Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that the respondents who were given the intervention to play Lego obtained p-value = 0.09 > 0.05, so there was no effect of the intervention to play Lego on the fine motor development of children with special needs. In contrast, the respondents who were given the intervention to play finger painting obtained p- value = 0.01 <0.05, so playing finger painting intervention has an effect on the fine motor development of children with special needs. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney test showed that the respondents who were given the intervention to play Lego obtained p-value = 0.21 > 0.05, so there was no effect of the intervention to play Lego on the fine motor development of children with special needs. In contrast, the respondents who were given the intervention to play finger painting obtained p-value = 0.04 <0.05, so playing finger painting intervention has an effect on the fine motor development of children with special needs. In conclusion, the two interventions were statistically effective in increasing the average score of the fine motor skills category of children with special needs, and there was no significant difference in the effectiveness of the two intervention groups in increasing the average score of the fine motor skills category of children with special needs at SLBN 1 Bengkulu City.  Keywords: Finger Painting, Lego, Fine Motori

    Therapy Brain Gym terhadap Short Memory Anak Retardasi Mental

      This study aims to determine the effect of brain gym therapy on increasing short memory of school-age mentally retarded children. This type of research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design, one groups pre and post test design. The results showed that the t-dependent value of the brain gym pre-post test, with a p-value of 0.000 and the mean value for children who were given brain gym intervention was 10.60 with a standard deviation of 0.996.     This study aims to describe the knowledge of stimulation of early childhood development by the teacher. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a cross-sectional research design using the Chi-Square. The population in this study was 20 teachers in PAUD Aisyiyah X Gading Cempaka. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The results showed that the description of PAUD teacher knowledge about early childhood development stimulation in PAUD Aisyiah X Bengkulu City from 20 teachers, the excellent knowledge category was 11 respondents (50%), less than eight respondents (20%) and enough as many as two respondents (10%). In conclusion, the description of PAUD teacher’s knowledge about stimulating early childhood development in PAUD Aisyiah X Bengkulu City is mostly classified as good knowledge.     Intervention of Numbers Puzzle Against Short Memory Mental Retardated Children

    The purpose of this study was to see the effect of number puzzle intervention on increasing short memory in children with mental retardation in SDLBN 05 Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative approach using a Quasy Experiment design, one group pre-post test with a nonequivalent control group design. This study uses a digit forward questionnaire by remembering the numbers from front to back, the digit forward numbers are 9 digits. The results of the univariate analysis of the intervention of 10 samples 7 (30%) with a less short memory and 3 (30%) short memory samples are good and after being given number puzzle therapy, it is known that out of 10 samples 8 (80%) have a good memory and 2 (20%) with the less category. The paired test results showed that there was an effect of puzzle therapy on increasing short memory in SDLBN 05 Bengkulu City with a p-value of 0,000. In conclusion, there is an effect of number puzzle therapy intervention on increasing short memory of children with mental retardation in SDLBN 05 Bengkulu City.   Keywords: Number Puzzle, Mental retardation, Short memor

    Hubungan antara Nyeri Fraktur dengan Kualitas Tidur Pasien yang di Rawat Inap

      This study aims to determine the relationship between fracture pain and sleep quality. This research was conducted in the Seruni room of Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu and in the Seruni room at Bhayangkara Hospital TK III Bengkulu. The research design used was correlational using a cross sectional approach. The results of the univariate analysis showed that (73.3%) respondents had poor sleep quality and (60%) had severe fracture pain intensity. The results of bivariate analysis with correlation test obtained p-value = 0.002 (p <0.05). In conclusion, there is a relationship between fracture pain and the sleep quality of patients hospitalized at the hospital in Bengkulu Province.   Keywords: Fracture Pain, Sleep Qualit

    Hasil Skrining Perkembangan Anak Usia Toddler antara DDST dengan SDIDTK

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of screening results for early detection of toddler age development between denver developmental screening test (DDST) interventions with stimulation, detection and early developmental intervention (SDIDTK). The research design used in this study is to use an experimental Quasy design, pre-post test equivalent without control group design. The results of univariate analysis before DDST intervention were 3 (30%) of the children whose stages of development were abnormal and doubtful and only 4 (40%) of the children were normal developmental stages, after the intervention, which were mostly 7 (70%) children whose stages of development are normal. While the results before SDIDTK intervention were 2 (20%) children whose developmental stages were abnormal and 4 (40%) of those children whose stages of development were normal and doubtful, after the intervention the majority were 7 (70%) children normal developmental stage. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was an increase in the score of developmental stages in the DDST group and in the SDIDTK group with each (t value = -3.096, p value = 0.013) and (t value = -2.703, p value = 0.024). Conclusions of the results of the study there was a significant influence between the scores of the developmental stages in the DDST group and in the SDIDTKI group before and with after the intervention.   Keywords: DDST II, ​​Development, SDIDTK, Screening, Toodle

    Cardiovascular Patient's Anxiety in the Time of the Covid-19 Pandemic

    This study aims to determine the level of anxiety of patients with cardiovascular disorders during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that the level of anxiety of respondents who were included in the standard/not anxious category was four respondents (5.4%), mild anxiety was 27 respondents (36.5%), moderate anxiety was 33 respondents (44.6%), and anxious weight as many as ten respondents (13.5%). In conclusion, the anxiety level of patients with cardiovascular disorders during the COVID-19 pandemic was in the moderate anxiety category.   Keywords: Anxiety, Cardiovascular, COVID-1

    This study aims to determine the effect of the decoction of avocado leaves on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Working Area of the West Lingkar Health Center in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a two-group pre-test and post-test design. The results showed that the average systolic blood pressure before avocado leaf decoction was 143.27 mmHg with SD. 6,497, meaning that systolic blood pressure is included in the category of hypertension level 1. The average diastolic blood pressure before the avocado leaf decoction intervention was 84.33 mmHg with SD—4,865, where diastolic blood pressure is included in the prehypertension category. The bivariate analysis results showed that the p-value for systolic blood pressure was 0.000, and the p-value for diastolic blood pressure was 0.000. In conclusion, there was a significant effect between giving avocado leaf decoction intervention before and after reducing blood pressure.   Keywords: Hypertension, Avocado Leaf Decoction, Blood Pressur

    Mother's Experience in Caring for Premature Infants

    This study aims to explore the experiences of mothers in caring for premature babies who have been treated in the intensive care unit. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that the knowledge of mothers about premature babies was on average the same, from definition to treatment, support received, and coping mechanisms. In conclusion, the results of interviews with informants obtained 6 (six) themes, namely the description of premature babies and their characteristics, causes of premature birth, the ability of mothers to care for premature babies, forms of maternal support, mother's self-coping while caring for premature babies and mother's reactions while caring for premature babies.   Keywords: Experience, Mothers, Premature Babies
