HUBUNGAN ANTARA IKLIM KERJA (WORK CLIMATE) DENGAN KINERJA GURU (TEACHER PERFORMANCE) PADA SMK NEGERI 48 JAKARTA

This study aims to gain knowledge based on data and facts are valid, reliable and credible if there is a relationship between work climate and teacher performance at 48 Vocational High school of Jakarta. This study was conducted over four months, starting from March 2015 until June 2015. Research method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all teachers of 48 Vocational High School of Jakarta, while the teacher population is government employees, amounting to 44 people. The sample used by 40 people. Sampling technique in this study is random sampling technique. Simple linear regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 56,490 + 0,186 X. Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the estimated regression error Y over X indicates that the estimated regression error Y over X is normally distributed, and the linearity test regression using tables Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) states that the regression equation obtained is linear. In a hypothesis test, using a significance test states that the regression ANOVA table means. The correlation coefficient is calculated using the formula of Pearson's product moment generating rxy of 0.556, while the results obtained from tests of significance of 4.12 t count and t tables of 1.68. Due t count > t table, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between work climate and teacher performance at 48 Vocational High school of Jakarta. The calculation of the coefficient of determination showed 30,88% of the variation of the variable Y is determined by the variable X. Research conclusion is that there is a positive relationship between work climate and or teacher performance at 48 Vocational High school of Jakarta

PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO) KANTOR CABANG TANGERANG

ABSTRACT AMELIA. The effect of training and work environment on the performance of the employees of Bank Tabungan Negara Branch Office In Tangerang. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2014. This study aims to identify and analyze the Training, Work Environment and employee performance, and examines the effect of training and work environment on the performance of the employees of Bank Tabungan Negara Branch Office In Tangerang. This study was conducted over four months, starting in march and ending in june 2014. This research is a descriptive study using survey method. Collecting data using the technique of recording documents, interviews, observation and questionnaires using respondents were 62 employees. Data analysis used to test the validity and reliability of the test instrument, test hypotheses with multiple linear regression method, determination coefficient test, normality and linearity test, t test, F test,test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results of multiple regression analysis has an equation Y = 39,394+10,931X1 + 16,273X2. This study aims to identify and analyze the training, work environment and employee performance, and indicates the positive direction between these three variables. Testing the hypothesis of t obtained yield was 3,026 to 3,014 variables of training and work environment variables. So the claim that H is rejected at the 95% confidence level, meaning that there is positive and significant correlation between training and work environment to performance. With contribution of training variable and work environment by 26,3% and the remaining 73,7% in influenced by other factors not examined. Keywords: Training, Work Environment, Performanc

PENERAPAN METODE REGRESI LOGISTIK MULTINOMIAL PENGGUNAAN KEMOTERAPI PADA KASUS KANKER PAYUDARA DI RSUP H. ADAM MALIK MEDAN

Kanker adalah penyakit yang terjadi akibat munculnya sel-sel abnormal yang tidak terkendali di dalam tubuh. Kanker payudara merupakan jumlah kanker tertinggi di Indonesia. Ada tiga jenis Kemoterapi yang biasa digunakan pada kanker payudara yaitu kemoterapi Neoajuvant, kemoterapi Ajuvant, dan kemoterapi Paliatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi jenis kemoterapi. Dengan tiga kategori variabel respon, metode regresi logistik multinomial sebagai metode yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Dari hasil analisis regresi logistik multinomial secara individu variabel yang berpengaruh signifikanuntuk jenis kemoterapi ajuvant yaitu usia pasien yang kurang dari 40 tahun, hormon Esterogen Reseptor yang cenderung negatif kemudian Progesteron Reseptor yang cenderung negatif juga, serta HER2 yang pertumbuhan kanker cenderung lambat di luminal A dengan tingkatan grade sedang. Dan untuk  jenis kemoterapi paliatif variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan adalah pasien dengan usia 40-50 tahun,hormon Esterogen Reseptor dan Progesteron Reseptor yang cenderung negatifserta HER2 yang pertumbuhan kanker cenderung lambat di luminal A dan tingkatangrade yang rendah dengan ketepatan klasifikasi 56%. Cancer is a disease that occurs due to the growth of abnormal cells that are not controlled in the body. Breast cancer is the highest number of cancers in Indonesia. There are three types of chemotherapy commonly used in breast cancer, namely Neoajuvant chemotherapy, Ajuvant chemotherapy, and Palliative chemotherapy. This study aims to determine what factors affect the type of chemotherapy. With three categories of response variables, the multinomial logistic regression method is the right method for solving this problem. From the results of multinomial logistic regression analysis, individual variables that have a significant effect on ajuvant type of chemotherapy are the age of patients less than 40 years, hormone estrogen receptors that tend to be negative then Progesterone receptors which tend to be negative, as well as HER2 which cancer growth tends to be slow in luminal A with medium grade level. And for the type of palliative chemotherapy the variables that have a significant effect are patients aged 40-50 years, hormone estrogen receptors and progesterone receptors which tend to be negative and HER2, cancer growth tends to be slow in luminal A and low grade levels with 56% accuracy classification

Recurrence plots of sunspots, solar flux and irradiance

The paper shows the recurrence and cross recurrence plots of three time series, concerning data of the solar activity. The data are the sunspot number and the values of solar radio flux at 10.7 cm and of solar total irradiance, which are known as highly correlated. To compare the series, the radio flux and irradiance values are monthly averaged. Recurrence plots display the oscillating behaviour with remarkable features. Moreover, cross recurrence plots help in identifying time lags between the sunspot number maximum and the maximum of radio or irradiance signals, in circumstances where the data values are highly dispersed. Image processing is useful too, in enhancing the monitoring. An interesting behaviour is displayed by cross recurrence plots of irradiance, which are not symmetric with respect to the line of identity

Digital Restoration of Ancient Papyri

Image processing can be used for digital restoration of ancient papyri, that is, for a restoration performed on their digital images. The digital manipulation allows reducing the background signals and enhancing the readability of texts. In the case of very old and damaged documents, this is fundamental for identification of the patterns of letters. Some examples of restoration, obtained with an image processing which uses edges detection and Fourier filtering, are shown. One of them concerns 7Q5 fragment of the Dead Sea Scrolls

Dipole and Quadrupole Moments in Image Processing

This paper proposes an algorithm for image processing, obtained by adapting to image maps the definitions of two well-known physical quantities. These quantities are the dipole and quadrupole moments of a charge distribution. We will see how it is possible to define dipole and quadrupole moments for the gray-tone maps and apply them in the development of algorithms for edge detection

The Digital Restoration of Da Vinci's Sketches

A sketch, found in one of Leonardo da Vinci's notebooks and covered by the written notes of this genius, has been recently restored. The restoration reveals a possible self-portrait of the artist, drawn when he was young. Here, we discuss the discovery of this self-portrait and the procedure used for restoration. Actually, this is a restoration performed on the digital image of the sketch, a procedure that can easily extended and applied to ancient documents for studies of art and palaeography
