The present paper is concerned with the problem of the H-T-P test quantitative scoring. It gives an account of quantitative drawings scoring of 46 schizophrenic, 25 organic and 30 neurotic cases. The drawings were scored using the J. N. Buck scoring system. The significant difference between good score IQ and flaw score IQ was found only in the group of schizophrenic patients. The experimental data shows the relevance of the H-T-P quantitative scoring for the differential diagnostics of the mental diseases.

Both music and language are found in all known human societies, yet no studies have compared similarities and differences between song, speech, and instrumental music on a global scale. In this Registered Report, we analyzed two global datasets: (i) 300 annotated audio recordings representing matched sets of traditional songs, recited lyrics, conversational speech, and instrumental melodies from our 75 coauthors speaking 55 languages; and (ii) 418 previously published adult-directed song and speech recordings from 209 individuals speaking 16 languages. Of our six preregistered predictions, five were strongly supported: Relative to speech, songs use (i) higher pitch, (ii) slower temporal rate, and (iii) more stable pitches, while both songs and speech used similar (iv) pitch interval size and (v) timbral brightness. Exploratory analyses suggest that features vary along a “musi-linguistic” continuum when including instrumental melodies and recited lyrics. Our study provides strong empirical evidence of cross-cultural regularities in music and speech

It has been established that the self-regulation of human activities influences the quality of one's work. The aim of the present work is to find out whether the effect mentioned would accompany the fulfilment of perceptual tasks. The conclusion is made that the perceptual activity is influenced by the self-regulation process. It has been shown that the self-control takes part in such kind of mental processes as a mechanism of the compensation.Žinoma, kad veiklos savireguliavimas turi įtakos darbo kokybei. Eksperimentiniai tyrimai parodė, kad savireguliavimas lemia suvokimo užduočių įvykdymą. Tokio tipo psichiniuose procesuose savikontrolė pasireiškia kaip kompensuojantis mechanizmas
