    In term of electricity distribution process, electricity is produced by power plant and goes through the consumer by several media. One of those media is cable that created by certain materials. These materials own characteristic which might cause losses that go along by parameters influenced, such as length of cable, cable resistance and cable diameter. Furthermore, number of losses can cause drop voltage which the implementation could affect the stabilization of incoming voltage into electronic devices and if this keeps going as well, it will intrude those electronic devices working system. To repair this condition, several methods had been applying as the solutions, but those methods do not effectively solve the problem. Thus, the method taken in this report is load maneuver, where in this case, the middle line of feeder is being cut and maneuvered as the starting point to reduce the amount of load which uses to be distributed in the edge. The problem exists in this report is how effective the method to solve the problem proven by comparing on computerization result. The data is taken by field measurement and observation then computerized manually by reliable formulas. As the result, the amount of starting load given to feeder Gatot Kaca is reduced and goes along with the amount of losses created. It is proven by a significant downturn number which was 719, 85256748 KW before load maneuver into currently 160, 03611748 KW in normal – average load condition and 1762, 55127748 KW before load maneuver into currently 336, 72770748 KW in term of peak load condition which finally this condition responses to dispute the amount of drop voltage from 1040 V to 490,6 V in the condition of normal – average condition and from 3256,2 V into 1423, 2 V in the condition of peak load.     Meningkatnya persentase kebutuhan listrik nasional menyebabkan kehandalan sangat perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Namun pada implementasinya, gangguan penyulang akibat pohon di PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Bangka Belitung masih terbilang tinggi dengan 2873 kasus dari 3858 kasus/tahun berdasarkan rekap data FGTM PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Bangka Belitung tahun 2017. Salah satu faktor pemicu gangguan pohon ini adalah pemantauan dan penjadwalan pelaksanaan ROW rambas pohon yang masih kurang baik akibat pelaksanaan rambas pohon ini hanya dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan atau setelah gangguan terjadi. Oleh karena itu, dibuat Sistem informasi rambas pohon dengan menggunakan penomoran tiang yang merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memperbaiki sistem pemantauan dan penjadwalan pelaksanaan rambas pohon dan mengurangi intensitas gangguan penyulang yang disebabkan oleh pohon. Berdasarkan hasil implementasinya, dapat dinyatakan bahwa Sistem Informasi ini dapat bekerja dengan baik untuk membantu memperbaiki pemantauan dan penjadwalan pelaksanaan rambas pohon di PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Pangkalpinang
