Tejiendo amigurumis personalizados, como ejercicio de sororidad y empoderamiento entre mujeres cabeza de hogar de la localidad de Kennedy

Reconocer la cultura, costumbres y saberes de las mujeres cabeza de hogar de la localidad de Kennedy, con el fin de destacar en ellas sus voces y su participación. Cuya intencionalidad es desarrollar espacios de intercambio que potencien el empoderamiento femenino y de la misma forma, se construya el apoyo mutuo a otras mujeres con las cuales se compartan los conocimientos recibidos y se puedan multiplicar en un futuro, favoreciendo el desarrollo íntegro de la comunidad. Dichos espacios pretenden tejer el pensamiento, a través del intercambio de saberes propios, experiencias, historias de vida, y otras narrativas que favorezcan la construcción y enriquecimiento de la vida de las mujeres en pro de aportar al desarrollo de sus derechos. De acuerdo a lo mencionado, es indispensable reconocer el contexto de estas mujeres, el cual se evidencia a partir de la narraciones que emergen en la relación docente - acudiente; en las cuales se destacan factores como: difícil acceso al sector laboral, deficiencia económica afectando en el sustento diario de sus familias, violencia intrafamiliar y social presente en el sector, poco acceso a la formación y capacitación académica. Por consiguiente, dichos aspectos se enmarcan en un alto nivel de afectación socioemocional en la vida y voz de cada una de estas mujeres. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, esta propuesta busca brindar una herramienta artística para que esta población por medio del tejido de amigurumis personalizados, se empodere dentro de un ambiente de encuentro y sororidad, que les permita pensarse a sí mismas y resignificar su rol a partir de los intercambios de saberes, emociones y sentires entre ellas, rescatando su voz y participación en la construcción propia de lo que son. De este modo, el proyecto ofrece una ruta que busca mediante la técnica de crochet, la exploración y descubrimiento de ellas como tejedoras de sus propias vidas; y así mismo que les permita en un futuro próximo, una trascendencia significativa en cuanto puedan ser multiplicadoras del saber adquirido dentro de sus comunidades. A modo de cierre, este acercamiento pedagógico ratifica el valor de la mujer y su empoderamiento desde el arte resaltando el poder del encuentro y su incidencia en la sociedad como mujeres sujeto de derechos, es así que esta propuesta se enmarca dentro de la búsqueda de elementos de carácter reflexivo y analítico que aporten y contribuyan a una nueva mirada del ser mujer.Recognize the culture, customs and knowledge of the female heads of household in the town of Kennedy, in order to highlight their voices and participation in them. Whose intention is to develop exchange spaces that promote female empowerment and in the same way, build mutual support for other women with whom the knowledge received is shared and can be multiplied in the future, favoring the full development of the community. These spaces intend to weave thought, through the exchange of their own knowledge, experiences, life stories, and other narratives that favor the construction and enrichment of women's lives in order to contribute to the development of their rights. According to what has been mentioned, it is essential to recognize the context of these women, which is evidenced from the narratives that emerge in the teacher-attendant relationship; in which factors stand out such as: difficult access to the labor sector, economic deficiency affecting the daily livelihood of their families, intra-family and social violence present in the sector, little access to education and academic training. Therefore, these aspects are part of a high level of socio-emotional involvement in the life and voice of each of these women. Taking into account the above, this proposal seeks to provide an artistic tool so that this population, through the weaving of personalized amigurumis, is empowered within an environment of encounter and sorority, which allows them to think of themselves and resignify their role from the exchanges of knowledge, emotions and feelings between them, rescuing their voice and participation in the construction of what they are. In this way, the project offers a route that seeks through the crochet technique, the exploration and discovery of them as weavers of their own lives; and likewise that allows them in the near future, a significant transcendence in that they can be multipliers of the knowledge acquired within their communities. By way of closing, this pedagogical approach ratifies the value of women and their empowerment through art, highlighting the power of the encounter and its incidence in society as women subject to rights. Evaluation of a quality improvement intervention to reduce anastomotic leak following right colectomy (EAGLE): pragmatic, batched stepped-wedge, cluster-randomized trial in 64 countries

Background Anastomotic leak affects 8 per cent of patients after right colectomy with a 10-fold increased risk of postoperative death. The EAGLE study aimed to develop and test whether an international, standardized quality improvement intervention could reduce anastomotic leaks. Methods The internationally intended protocol, iteratively co-developed by a multistage Delphi process, comprised an online educational module introducing risk stratification, an intraoperative checklist, and harmonized surgical techniques. Clusters (hospital teams) were randomized to one of three arms with varied sequences of intervention/data collection by a derived stepped-wedge batch design (at least 18 hospital teams per batch). Patients were blinded to the study allocation. Low- and middle-income country enrolment was encouraged. The primary outcome (assessed by intention to treat) was anastomotic leak rate, and subgroup analyses by module completion (at least 80 per cent of surgeons, high engagement; less than 50 per cent, low engagement) were preplanned. Results A total 355 hospital teams registered, with 332 from 64 countries (39.2 per cent low and middle income) included in the final analysis. The online modules were completed by half of the surgeons (2143 of 4411). The primary analysis included 3039 of the 3268 patients recruited (206 patients had no anastomosis and 23 were lost to follow-up), with anastomotic leaks arising before and after the intervention in 10.1 and 9.6 per cent respectively (adjusted OR 0.87, 95 per cent c.i. 0.59 to 1.30; P = 0.498). The proportion of surgeons completing the educational modules was an influence: the leak rate decreased from 12.2 per cent (61 of 500) before intervention to 5.1 per cent (24 of 473) after intervention in high-engagement centres (adjusted OR 0.36, 0.20 to 0.64; P < 0.001), but this was not observed in low-engagement hospitals (8.3 per cent (59 of 714) and 13.8 per cent (61 of 443) respectively; adjusted OR 2.09, 1.31 to 3.31). Conclusion Completion of globally available digital training by engaged teams can alter anastomotic leak rates. Registration number: NCT04270721 (http://www.clinicaltrials.gov)
