    AbstrakPersoalan kemiskinan dialami hampir seluruh negara di dunia, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) adalah salah satu upaya mengurangi angka kemiskinan di Indonesia. PKH merupakan program bantuan tunai bersyarat yang diadopsi dari program Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT). Sasaran dari program ini adalah peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang berfokus pada kesehatan dan pendidikan. PKH di luncurkan pertama kali tahun 2007 dan baru di tahun 2013 diimplementasikan di Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan bagaimana implementasi PKH di kota Pekanbaru. Implementasi ini terkait proses kegiatan yang secara bertahap dan konsisten dilakukan sesuai dengan mekanisme dan prosedur yang telah diatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Implementasi PKH di Pekanbaru sudah cukup baik. Ini dapat dilihat dari setiap tahapan yang berjalan sesuai dengan alur kerja PKH, namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kendala dalam verifikasi komitmen dan pemutahiran di website E-PKH. Hal ini terjadi karena server tidak sanggup menampung lonjakan pengunjung yang serentak mengakses dalam waktu hampir bersamaan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Program Keluarga Harapan, Kemiskinan

    Dimensi E-Servqual dan Dampaknya Terhadap E-Satisfaction Layanan Mobile Banking

    This study aims to determine the effect of e-servqual on e-satisfaction on mobile banking customers. The population in this study was all customers of BRI Syariah at State Islamic University sultan Syarif Kasim. The sampling method in this study uses non probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique where this technique takes samples with certain considerations. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression methods. The results showed the facts of the six e-servqual variables offered in this study, only the fulfillment, privacy, and responsiveness variables have a significant relationship. While the 3 other variables namely efficiency, reliability and contact do not have a significant influence on e-satisfaction customers of BRI Syariah mobile banking in UIN Suska Riau. These six e-servqual variables have an effect of 62.7% on the e-satisfaction variable while the remaining 37% are approved by other variables not included in this study

    The wrong dietary pattern will cause various diseases. Health and nutrition counseling is one of a variety of ways to improve knowledge. The advice can improve nutrition knowledge to mothers, which is will impact on changing the nutritional food their family members, including their toddlers. This community service carried out at Kelurahan Delima, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru. The mother's decision as a participant partner in this service was because she was a family member who prepared food for their family. This community service activity carried out with counseling methods by leaflets, demonstrations, and assessments with anthropometric methods. Other than that, a pre-test and post-test evaluation carried out to understanding balanced nutrition by them. This activity can improve their knowledge about a balanced diet, the results of the post-test partners evidence this

    Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product innovation and service quality on customer loyalty

    This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Honda motorcycle customers in Kampar Regency. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires collected from 105 consumers of Honda motorcycles in the Kampar Regency. The technique of sampling uses non-probability sampling and sample selection by purposive sampling. The data processing methods in this research are validity, reliability, the goodness of fit using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Amos, and path analysis using the Sobel test. This study found that product innovation and service quality significantly affected customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Product innovation and service quality have no direct effect on customer loyalty. Product innovation and service quality significantly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction

    ANALISIS PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN DAN KELUARGA TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN LOYALITAS MEREK

    This research develops and tests the relationship between marketing mix and family with the creation of brand loyalty. The researcher proposes a conceptual framework in which marketing mix and family are related to the dimensions of brand equity, namely perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association. These dimensions are then linked to brand loyalty. This research uses quantitative methods by  distributing  questionnaires  to  208  respondents  with  only  203  valid respondents. Data collection techniques with incidental sampling method. PLS (Partial Least Square) data  analysis  was  used  in  this  study.  The  results  showed  that  advertising,  price,  promotion  of distribution  and  family  intensity  significantly  influence  the  perception  of  quality.  Advertising, distribution intensity and family are also proven to have a significant effect on brand awareness. Whereas the brand association is proven to be only a significant family influence while advertising does not affect the brand association. Brand awareness has no significant effect on brand loyalty, but on the contrary brand association and perceived quality have a significant effect on brand loyalty
