    5G utility pole planner using Google Street View and Mask R-CNN

    With the advances of fifth-generation (5G) [1] cellular networks technology, many studies and work have been carried out on how to build 5G networks for smart cities. In the previous research, street lighting poles and smart light poles are capable of being a 5G access point[2]. In order to determine the position of the points, this paper discusses a new way to identify poles based on Mask R-CNN[3], which extends Fast R-CNNs[4] by making it employ recursive Bayesian filtering and perform proposal propagation and reuse. The dataset contains 3,000 high-resolution images from google map. To make training faster, we used a very efficient GPU implementation of the convolution operation. We achieved a train error rate of 7.86 % and a test error rate of 32.03%. At last, we used the immune algorithm [5] [6] to set 5G poles in the smart cities.Accepted manuscrip

The objectives of this research mean (1) to know the formation of the features of education and advocacy identified by the scholars of interpretation, (2) to know the formation of the methods of education and advocacy derived from the books of interpretation, (3) to find out the impact of advocacy education and its foundations in the Islamic society. The researcher used the type of descriptive office search. The way data is collected in this research is documentation. The data used in this research are preliminary data that prophetic and secondary data after obtaining the data. The researcher analyzed the data using miles and Huberman model analysis techniques. The results of this research mean (1) that the parameters of education and educators must follow the example of prophets and apostles, (2) the methods of education and advocacy derived from the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah, (3) that advocacy education has great benefits, benefits the individual and society, and raises generations a valid education on the platform of prophecy

    مستخلص البحث علم الرياضيات من أهم العلوم التي تنمي مهارات وقدرات الإبداع لدى الأشخاص، لأنها تحتاج لأعمال العقل والعمل على حل المسائل، وهذا ما يجعلها من الدراسات المهمة الواسعة المجال، كما أن الحضارة الإسلامية اهتمت كثيراً بهذا المجال، ولقد تعمدت الباحثة اختيار صور تعلم الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية بليبيا، لأنها أولى المراحل التعليمية، حيث تسمى (بالمرحلة الأساسية)، والتي من خلالها يكتسب أبنائنا مهارات علوم الحساب، لأنها من المراحل الأولية لبناء وتنمية المهارات العقلية والفكرية للطلاب. يهدف هذا البحث إلى الآتي: 1. وصف صور تعلم علوم الحساب المستخدم في المرحلة الابتدائية بمدرسة عقبة بن نافع للتعليم الأساسي وبيان نموذج محتوى مادة الرياضيات والصعوبات التي تواجه الطلاب. 2. وصف دور المؤسسات التعليمية في وضع استراتيجيات لتدريس صور تعلم علوم الحساب في المرحلة الابتدائية بمدرسة عقبة بن نافع للتعليم الأساسي. 3. وصف قدرة الطلاب في علوم الحساب ومدى استيعابهم للمنهج التربوي والتعليمي المعتمد في مدرسة عقبة بن نافع للتعليم الأساسي- تساوة وادي عتبة. اعتمدت الباحثة في كتابة هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي المسحي الكيفي، هذا المنهج الملائم لهذه الدراسة؛ لأنه يعتمد على دراسة الظواهر التي توجد في الواقع، ولقد اهتمت الباحثة بوصفها وصفاً دقيقاً عبرت عنه تعبيراً كيفياً، وهو التعبير الذي يصف لنا الظاهرة ويبين خصائصها ويفسرها. ولقد اعتمدت الباحثة في جمع البيانات أولاً: على المصادر الأولية التي تحتوي على التقارير الأصلية سجلات شهود العيان واللقاءات، كما أن الباحثة أحياناً تعزو وتستعين بمصادر من الشبكة الإلكترونية (الإنترنت) والاستعانة بكافة الوسائل البحثية الحديثة، ثانياً: المصادر الثانوية وهي التي تحتوي على المعلومات المنقولة من المصادر الأولية بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، مثل الرجوع للبحوث والمقالات بالمجلات العلمية المحكمة العالمية. خلصت الباحثة إلى أن صور تعلم علوم الحساب يعد من العلوم الأساسية والمعرفية اللازمة لكل إنسان وهي أساس تطور المجتمعات والعلوم الأخرى، لأنه لا يوجد مجال إلا ودخل فيه نموذج من محتوى مادة الرياضيات، ‌فكل المجالات تستعمل علوم الحساب، فوجب العمل على حلحلة الصعوبات التي تواجه طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية أولاً بأول. أما عن دور المؤسسات التعليمية فهي المعول الرئيسي لتعليم الطلاب وتطوير مهاراتهم العلمية والعملية، لذا وجب على رؤساء المؤسسات التعليمية وضع استراتيجية مناسبة لتدريس الطلاب بما يتمشى مع العصر الحالي. وبعد النظر في مستوى قدرة الطلاب في علوم الحساب، يرى المعلمون بضرورة النظر وضبط المنهج التربوي والتعليمي بالمؤسسات التعليمية، وذلك لضمان جودة الحصيلة العلمية لدى الطلاب. ABSTRACT Matematika adalah salah satu ilmu yang mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan kreativitas pada diri seseorang, karena ia membutuhkan kerja pikiran dan kerja untuk memecahkan masalah, dan inilah yang menjadikannya salah satu kajian penting di lapangan. Peradaban Islam telah menaruh banyak perhatian pada bidang ini, dan peneliti sengaja memilih model prmbelajaran matematika pada tingkat dasar di Libya, karena ini adalah tahap pendidikan pertama, di mana ia disebut tingkat dasar, anak-anak kita memperoleh keterampilan aritmatika, karena itu adalah salah satu tahap awal membangun dan mengembangkan keterampilan mental dan intelektual siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1.Mendeskripsikan profil pembelajaran ilmu aritmatika yang digunakan pada tingkat dasar di Sekolah Dasar Uqba Bin Nafi dan menjelaskan model isi materi matematika dan kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa. 2. Mendeskripsikan peran lembaga pendidikan dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran gambar pembelajaran aritmatika pada tingkat dasar di Sekolah Dasar Uqba Bin Nafi. 3.Mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa pada ilmu aritmatika dan sejauh mana mereka memahami kurikulum pendidikan yang dilakdanakan di Sekolah Dasar Uqba bin Nafi- Tasawa Wadi Ataba. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan survei, yaitu pendekatan yang tepat untuk penelitian ini, karena tergantung pada studi tentang fenomena yang ada dalam realitas, dan peneliti tertarik pada deskripsi akurat yang diungkapkan secara kualitatif,. Peneliti berpedoman kepada dua jenis sumber dalam pengumpulan data; pertama: sumber primer yang berisi laporan asli, catatan saksi mata dan wawancara, juga menggunakan sumber dari Internet dan semua perangkat penelitian modern, kedua: sumber sekunder, yang berisi informasi yang ditransfer dari sumber primer secara langsung atau tidak langsung, seperti menukil dari penelitian atau artikel dalam jurnal ilmiah terakreditasi internasional. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa gambar pembelajaran aritmatika termasuk salah satu ilmu dasar dan kognitif yang diperlukan oleh setiap manusia dan merupakan dasar untuk pengembangan masyarakat dan ilmu-ilmu lain, karena tidak ada bidang tanpa memasukkan model isi matematika, semua bidang menggunakan ilmu aritmatika, sehingga perlu bekerja untuk memecahkan kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa sekolah dasar secara langsung. Adapun peran lembaga pendidikan yang mempunyai tugas utama untuk mendidik siswa dan mengembangkan keterampilan ilmiah dan praktis mereka, sehingga kepala lembaga pendidikan harus mengembangkan strategi yang tepat untuk pembelajaran siswa yang sesuai dengan era saat ini. Setelah mempertimbangkan tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam berhitung, guru berpendapat bahwa perlu untuk mempertimbangkan dan menyesuaikan kurikulum pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan, guna menjamin kualitas luaran ilmiah siswa. ABSTRAK Mathematics is one of the most important sciences that develop people’s creative skills and abilities, because it requires the work of the mind and work to solve problems, and this is what makes it one of the important studies with a wide scope. Islamic civilization also paid great attention to this field, and the researcher deliberately chose images of learning mathematics in the primary stage in Libya. Because it is the first educational stage, called the “basic stage,” through which our children acquire arithmetic skills, because it is one of the initial stages of building and developing students’ mental and intellectual skills. This research aims to: 1. Describe the profile of learning arithmetic used in the primary stage at Uqba bin Nafi’ School for Basic Education and explain the model content of mathematics and the difficulties facing students. 2. Describe the role of educational institutions in developing strategies for teaching forms of learning arithmetic at the primary level at Uqba bin Nafi’ School for Basic Education. 3. Describe the students’ ability in arithmetic sciences and the extent of their understanding of the pedagogical and educational curriculum adopted at Uqba bin Nafi’ School for Basic Education - Tsawa Wadi Utba. In writing this research, the researcher relied on the qualitative descriptive survey method, which is appropriate for this study. Because it depends on the study of phenomena that exist in reality, and the researcher was interested in providing an accurate description that she expressed qualitatively, which is the expression that describes the phenomenon to us, shows its characteristics, and explains it. In collecting data, the researcher relied, firstly: on primary sources that contain original reports, records of eyewitnesses and interviews. The researcher also sometimes attributes and uses sources from the electronic network (the Internet) and uses all modern research methods. Secondly: secondary sources, which contain transmitted information. From primary sources, directly or indirectly, such as referring to research and articles in international peer-reviewed scientific journals. The researcher concluded that the forms of learning arithmetic science are among the basic and cognitive sciences necessary for every human being and are the basis for the development of societies and other sciences, because there is no field in which a model of mathematics content is not included. so work must be done to solve the difficulties facing students.. As for the role of educational institutions, they are the main factor in educating students and developing their scientific and practical skills. Therefore, heads of educational institutions must develop an appropriate strategy for teaching students in line with the current era. After considering the level of students’ ability in mathematics, teachers believe it is necessary to consider and adjust the pedagogical and educational curriculum in educational institutions, in order to ensure the quality of students’ academic outcomes

    Assessing user perspectives on clinical pharmacogenomics consultation documentation: a user-centered evaluation

    The University of Florida Health Precision Medicine Program plays a crucial role in delivering pharmacogenomics (PGx) result notes to providers who request PGx testing. Despite this, there is currently a lack of a formal assessment of provider needs and established best practice design principles to guide the ongoing development of PGx result notes. This study aims to enhance the content and format of the PGx consult note at UF Health by incorporating valuable feedback from healthcare providers. Through in-depth user sessions involving 11 participants, we evaluated the usability of our consult note template. While overall satisfaction with the content was noted, specific sections, including those addressing phenoconversion and the medication list, were identified for revision to enhance clarity based on insightful provider feedback

    Vernier Microcombs for Integrated Optical Atomic Clocks

    CMOS-compatible Kerr microcombs have drawn substantial interest as mass-manufacturable, compact alternatives to bulk frequency combs. This could enable deployment of many comb-reliant applications previously confined to laboratories. Particularly enticing is the prospect of microcombs performing optical frequency division in compact optical atomic clocks. Unfortunately, it is difficult to meet the self-referencing requirement of microcombs in these systems due to the \simTHz repetition rates typically required for octave-spanning comb generation. Additionally, it is challenging to spectrally engineer a microcomb system to align a comb mode with an atomic clock transition with sufficient signal-to-noise ratio. Here, we adopt a Vernier dual-microcomb scheme for optical frequency division of a stabilized ultranarrow-linewidth continuous-wave laser at 871 nm to a \sim235 MHz output frequency. In addition to enabling measurement of the comb repetition rates, this scheme brings the freedom to pick comb lines from either or both of the combs. We exploit this flexibility to shift an ultra-high-frequency (\sim100 GHz) carrier-envelope offset beat down to frequencies where detection is possible and to place a comb line close to the 871 nm laser - tuned so that if frequency-doubled it would fall close to the clock transition in 171^{171}Yb+^+. Moreover, we introduce a novel scheme which suppresses frequency noise arising from interferometric phase fluctuations in our dual-comb system and reduces the frequency instability down to our measurement limit. Our dual-comb system can potentially combine with an integrated ion trap toward future chip-scale optical atomic clocks
