USING THE IMMUNOFERMENT METHOD OF ANALYSIS OF PHYTOHORMONES FOR THE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE INITIAL STAGES OF GROWTH OF MAIZE GERMS AS WELL AS WHEAT AND OAT
The object of investigation: coleoptiles of maize, the ground part of the wheat and oat plants. The purpose of the work: the development of the competent version of the immunoferment method, its application to the characteristic of the initial stages of the maize, wheat and oat germs growth, the revealation of peculiarities of the glyphosate and triallate herbicides action on the level of hormones of these plants. The new version of the method of analysis of phytohormones has been developed, a confirmation of the growth-regulating role of the phytohormones concentration on the growing tissue has been received, the existence of the auxines synthesis in the germs "de novo" has been proved, the variations of the hormonal balance of the germs under the effect of glyphasate and triallate have been detected. The developed version of the immunoferment analysis can be used for the determination of the content of the endogenous phytohormones, the herbicides glyphosate and triallate can be used for studying the mechanism of its action, with the aid of the immunoferment method, the determination of the synthetic cytokines content in mixture with the natural ones is possibleAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio

<p>Note that the reported lymphoedema-elephantiasis and hydrocoele rows include those who were reported to have both conditions. The report was considered to be correct if the patient was confirmed to have the reported condition, regardless of whether or not another LF-related condition was also reported or confirmed.</p
