This study investigates the impact of Green Human Resource (GHR) practices on employees’ green voice behaviors towards green innovation in Jordanian Manufacturing Companies (JMC). A survey design was employed to collect data from 187 workers in JMC using closed-ended questions on employees’ attitudes towards GHR practices and green innovation. The study used the SmartPLS4 tool to conduct structural equation modeling and path analysis to examine the direct and indirect effects of GHR practices on employees’ green voice behaviors towards green innovation. The study found that GHR practices and employee involvement positively influence green voice behaviors and green innovation, with green voice behaviors mediating the effect of GHR practices and employee involvement on green innovation. The study highlights the importance of GHR practices and employee involvement in promoting sustainable development and environmental performance in JMC, with practical implications for organizations, policymakers, and regulatory bodies. Overall, the study provides important insights into how organizations can promote sustainability and innovation through effective HR practices and employee involvement strategies
The Role of HRM Practices on the Talent Management: Evidence from Jordanian Commercial Banks
This study aims to examine how human resource management (HRM) practices affect talent management in Jordanian commercial banks. Information was provided by 120 administrators and staff members working for Jordanian commercial banks. The questionnaire used in this study was developed based on a comprehensive review of relevant literature and underwent validity assessments by experts in the field. To ensure data quality, clear instructions were provided, and data collection staff were available for support. Steps were also taken to address common method bias, including participant anonymity, separate data collection points, and the inclusion of control variables in the analysis. These measures contribute to enhancing the validity and reliability of the study’s findings. The findings showed that administrative innovation is positively impacted by human resource management practices, while the study also showed that there is a positive, statistically significant impact of the dimensions of HRM practices (training and development, wages and incentives, performance appraisal) on administrative innovation in Jordanian commercial banks. By giving field indications on the nature of the interaction between these two variables in the workplace, the current research contributes to the development of the literature addressing the relationship between HRM practices and administrative creativity. Lastly, this research recommends the need for officials in Jordanian commercial banks to pay attention to human resource management practices as an important factor contributing to administrative creativity, and to focus on training practices as training is a strategic option for preparing creative human cadres
A new best proximity point results in partial metric spaces endowed with a graph
For a given mapping f in the framework of different spaces, the fixed-point equations of the form f x = x can model several problems in different areas, such as differential equations, optimization, and computer science. In this work, the aim is to find the best proximity point and to prove its uniqueness on partial metric spaces where the symmetry condition is preserved for several types of contractive non-self mapping endowed with a graph. Our theorems generalize different results in the literature. In addition, we will illustrate the usability of our outcomes with some examples. The proposed model can be considered as a theoretical foundation for applications to real cases
Solution of linear correlated fuzzy differential equations in the linear correlated fuzzy spaces
Linear correlated fuzzy differential equations (LCFDEs) are a valuable approach to handling physical problems, optimizations problems, linear programming problems etc. with uncertainty. But, LCFDEs employed on spaces with symmetric basic fuzzy numbers often exhibit multiple solutions due to the extension process. This abundance of solutions poses challenges in the existing literature's solution methods for LCFDEs. These limitations have led to reduced applicability of LCFDEs in dealing with such types of problems. Therefore, in the current study, we focus on establishing existence and uniqueness results for LCFDEs. Moreover, we will discuss solutions in the canonical form of LCFDEs in the space of symmetric basic fuzzy number which is currently absent in the literature. To enhance the practicality of our work, we provide examples and plots to illustrate our findings
Industry 4.0 project prioritization by using q-spherical fuzzy rough analytic hierarchy process
The Fourth Industrial Revolution, also known as Industry 4.0, is attracting a significant amount of attention because it has the potential to revolutionize a variety of industries by developing a production system that is fully automated and digitally integrated. The implementation of this transformation, however, calls for a significant investment of resources and may present difficulties in the process of adapting existing technology to new endeavors. Researchers have proposed integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with extensions of fuzzy rough sets, such as the three-dimensional q-spherical fuzzy rough set (q-SFRS), which is effective in handling uncertainty and quantifying expert judgments, to prioritize projects related to Industry 4.0. This would allow the projects to be ranked in order of importance. In this article, a novel framework is presented that combines AHP with q-SFRS. To calculate aggregated values, the new framework uses a new formula called the q-spherical fuzzy rough arithmetic mean, when applied to a problem involving the selection of a project with five criteria for evaluation and four possible alternatives, the suggested framework produces results that are robust and competitive in comparison to those produced by other multi-criteria decision-making approaches

Our aim in this paper is to prove boundedness of an intrinsic square function and higher order commutators of fractional integrals on grand Herz spaces with variable exponent by applying some properties of variable exponent
On elliptic valued b-metric spaces and some new fixed point results with an application
In this paper, we introduce the concept of elliptic-valued b-metric spaces, extending the notions of elliptic-valued metric spaces and complex-valued metric spaces. We present several fixed-point results that involve rational and product terms within this novel space framework. To support our main findings, we offer numerical examples. Additionally, we demonstrate an application of Urysohn integral equations
The role of vocabulary learning strategies and vocabulary size on english reading comprehension among Jordanian EFL undergraduates
The current study investigated the relationship among vocabulary learning strategies, vocabulary size towards reading comprehension of Jordanian undergraduate EFL students. In addition, the study tried to find the contribution of vocabulary learning strategies and vocabulary size to reading comprehension of the students. Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) was selected according to purposive
sampling technique. Data were collected from all 362 undergraduate EFL students randomly selected. The data were collected through a vocabulary learning strategy questionnaire adapted from Bennett (2006). A vocabulary size test developed by Nation (2007) and a TOEFL reading comprehension test were also used in the study.
The descriptive statistics showed that Jordanian undergraduate EFL learners were medium strategy users. And the most and least frequently used were belong to social and determination strategies respectively. All different categories of IV vocabulary learning strategies were reported to be used at high and medium level. The students were found to have a vocabulary size of 6200 words. Then, Pearson Product Moment Correlation was conducted to find the relationships between variables. The result showed that three strategies out from five were found to have a positive correlation to
reading comprehension, in addition VS was also found to have a positive correlation with reading comprehension. Further the stepwise analysis revealed that only memory strategies and vocabulary size were found to have a contribution to reading comprehension of JUST students
A local meshless method for the numerical solution of multi-term time-fractional generalized Oldroyd-B fluid model
This work presents an accurate and efficient method, for solving a two dimensional time-fractional Oldroyd-B fluid model. The proposed method couples the Laplace transform (LT) with a radial basis functions based local meshless method (LRBFM). The suggested numerical scheme first uses the LT which transform the given equation to an elliptic equation in LT space, and then it utilizes the LRBFM to solve transformed equation in LT space, and then the solution is converted back into the time domain via the improved Talbot's scheme. The local meshless methods are widely recognized for scattered data interpolation and for solving PDEs in complex shaped domains. The adaptability, simplicity, and ease of use are features that have led to the popularity of local meshless methods. The local meshless methods are easy and straightforward, they only requires to solve linear system of equations. The main objective of using the LT is to avoid the computation of costly convolution integral in time-fractional derivative and the effect of time stepping on accuracy and stability of numerical solution. The stability and the convergence of the proposed numerical scheme are discussed. Further, the Ulam-Hyers (UH) stability of the proposed model is discussed. The accuracy and efficiency of the suggested numerical approach have been demonstrated using numerical experiments on five different domains with regular nodes distribution
Results on fixed points in b-metric space by altering distance functions
We discuss the existence of a fixed point for a self mapping and its uniqueness satisfying (ϕ˙,η˙)-generalized contractive condition including altering distance functions of rational terms in an ordered b-metric space. It is also discussed whether the two self-maps under the same contraction condition can be coincident and coupled coincident. The results are backed up by a dearth of numerical examples and application to nonlinear quadratic integral equation
