Background: According to the studies made previously, it has been shown that the underlying basis of any communication between employees and leaders are the leadership styles. They also help improve the process of work in an organization. Aim: The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the influence that leadership styles of different nurse leaders have on the satisfaction of work. Methods: We selected three different private hospitals situated in Amman, and we had used descriptive and quantitative methods in the study. Results: Among the participated hospitals, the highest score was gained by transformational leadership. The second highest was transactional leadership, followed by passive-avoidant. The job satisfaction level was seen to be quite high in this study. There was a positive relation between job satisfaction (r= 0.371**) and total score of transformational leadership (TRL). The transactional leadership score (TAL) also had a positive relation with respect to job satisfaction which was (r= 0.389**). However, the overall relationship between job satisfaction and passive-avoidant leadership (PAL) was seen to be negative in the result (r= -0.241**). Conclusion: It was concluded that a nurse’s job satisfaction is increased by greater enhancement of transformational leadership attitude which further results in a greater nurse supply

Findings: The transformational leadership style was discovered to be the most frequently employed style by the outcome of this research. The results also disclosed that amid the overall score of transformational leadership (TRL) and independent variables there was a positive correlation (r= 0.661**, 0.585** and 0.504** for leader effectiveness, staff job satisfaction, and extra effort, respectively). Conclusion: The quality of nursing services is greatly increased when there is an improvement in the development of transformational leadership that in turn boosts nurses’ satisfaction and additional efforts

The French foreign policy process that accompanied the birth of the Fifth Republic and the collapse of the colonial system was inspired by the idea of greatness (grandeur de La France). National pride in the exercise of foreign policy, operated for many years as a counterweight to the decline of its international position as a power. However, from De Gaulle to Chirac, French policy was able to get some achievements based on a design that combined the national interest with the idea of grandeur. Although some scholars argue that “the foreign policy of no other Western state is driven by such narcissism” (Muravchick, 2007), other studies focus on the particularities of the French political system and the concept of monochromatic presidential government (Elgie & Griggs, 2000), a system of government in which the president decides the contents of the policy and is responsible for their successes and failures. For the Mediterranean region, the policy of the governments of the Fifth Republic acted on broadly similar principles until Nicolas Sarkozy came to power. Therefore, this paper focuses on the changes that occurred in the French position towards the Mediterranean region during the presidential term of Sarkozy and stresses the president’s unequivocal responsibility. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the direct engagement of France during the events in Libya in 2011 as the result of a personal interest rather than a foreign policy design
