Abstract: The pressure dependences of electrical resistance, Hall coefficient, charge carrier mobilities, and magnetoresistance of the Cd3As2–20 mol % MnAs composite are investigated at pressures up to 9 GPa. The pressure dependences of all the listed properties exhibit features related to phase transitions. The presence of pressure-induced negative magnetoresistance is registered. © 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

The Synthesis and Investigation of the Electrical Properties of Tricadmium Diarsenide with MnAs Nanogranules

Abstract: Samples of tricadmium diarsenide with MnAs nanogranules (44.7 mol % MnAs) are synthesized. The morphology of the samples is studied by X-ray phase analysis and electron microscopy. The electrical properties of tricadmium diarsenide with MnAs nanogranules are studied in a range of temperatures of 77–372 K. It is found that the voltammetric characteristics are symmetrical relative to the inversion of the voltage sign at this temperature, and their deviation from ohmicity at a certain threshold voltage and decrease in the region of ohmicity with the growth in temperature are determined by the increase in the breakdown probability in a field above 5 × 104 V/m. © 2020, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Effect of Hydrostatic Pressures of up to 9 GPa on the Galvanomagnetic Properties of Cd3As2–MnAs (20 mol % MnAs) Alloy in a Transverse Magnetic Field

Abstract—: We have studied the effect of hydrostatic pressure on the galvanomagnetic properties of a Cd3As2 + 20 mol % MnAs alloy in a transverse magnetic field of up to 4 kOe. The pressure dependences of the Hall coefficient and resistivity for the alloy provide evidence of reversible phase transitions. The observed negative magnetoresistance of the alloy is shown to be induced by high pressure. © 2019, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Introduction. The presence of Ureaplasmas in the body of healthy men has been proved by many studies. The ability to assess their effect on the male body from a different perspective appeared with the advent of modern quantitative diagnostic methods.Purpose of the study. Определить распространённость уреаплазм у мужчин без репродуктивных нарушений, а также распространённость биоваров уреаплазм и их влияние на урологическую симптоматику.Materials and methods. There was analyzed 249 patient surveys in the clinic, divided into 2 groups: men who had various urological complaints and clinically healthy men.Results. We found Ureaplasmas in 76 (30.5%) men based on a survey of 249 men. In the group of clinically healthy men (n = 129), microorganisms were found in 24 (18.6%) cases, in the group of men with urological symptoms (n = 129) in 52 (43.3%) cases. U. Urealyticum was observed in 28 (36.8%) patients, U. parvum were in 45 (59.2%). The combination of both strains was detected in 3 (4%) cases.Conclusion. The total prevalence of Ureaplasmas in men without reproductive disorders was 30% of cases. The prevalence of Ureaplasmas in the group of men with urological symptoms was more than 2 times higher. U. parvum and U. urealyticum are usually found in isolation from each other. We found both taxa in 4% of cases only. The prevalence of ureaplasmas was 19% among clinically healthy men. Both strains can develop symptoms, but U. urealyticum does it to a greater extent if both are present at the same time

In article experience of treatment of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis (ADP), with monitor the severity of patients on a scale of SAPS and determination of concentration of a procalcitonin in blood. In depending on the parameters, patients received or a complex of conservative actions, with application is presented, in some cases, a diagnostic laparoscopy, or along with conservative therapy, operative measures were applied. At patients with the infected forms of ADP, operative measures depending on prevalence of pathological process, and as gravities of a condition of patients were applied. As a whole application of algorithm allowed to lower a lethality at ADP from 21,3% to 12,3%

The article analyzes the information given in the studies of Uzbek scientists in different years, and highlights the ethnic history of Ustrushana in antiquity and the Middle Ages. The population with the Sogdian language has lived on the coast of the Syr Darya since ancient times. The sources show that the Turkic-speaking population came in the Middle Ages
