Purpose: The research aimed to propose a conceptual model for Publishing Video Articles in Scientific Journals in Iran. The objective of the present study is to offer a conceptual model for utilizing video in publishing research founding in Scientific Journals in Iran and its methodology is a combination of surveys and the Delphi technique also, to present the model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS-SEM modeling was used, and validating the final model was done by examining the indices of discriminant validity, reliability, and the validity of the convergence of reflective structures and Examination of model fit criteria. Findings: According to the research findings, the t - value obtained for the effect of the final model variables shows that the relationship between dependent variables and independent variables is positive and significant. The implications of the release of video papers have the highest impact on the publication of video articles in Iranian scientific - scholarly journals. Based on the model obtained based on the Delphi panel view, it is responsible for the release of video articles providing hardware, software, network imaging, and communication and legal requirements. According to the value obtained for the redundancy coefficient index with R2 0.171 value for the diffusion variable of video articles in academic journals, it can be concluded that the model's ability to predict the diffusion of video articles is too moderate and strong values for The GOF demonstrates the overall moderate fit of the model

A Dumbbell Type (D-Type) multilevel inverter based on switched capacitor concept

In this paper, a new single-phase seven level inverter with reduced device count is introduced. The structure can boost the input voltage by synthesising the capacitors’ voltages in predetermined current paths. A single DC voltage source is utilised to generate the output AC staircase waveform, which is facilitated via Nearest Level Control. Self-voltage balancing ability, less number of semiconductor devices, high efficiency and control simplicity are the most significant inherent attributes of the proposed circuit. It is also noticeable that in this configuration neither bulky transformer/inductor nor filters are applied. Power loss calculation and required capacitance of the proposed inverter are investigated and theoretical efficiency of 93.31% was reached. Moreover, the proposed converter operates under various load conditions with lower Total Harmonic Distortion compared to recent topologies. Ultimately, operating principles of the proposed D-Type seven-level Inverter and simulation results in MATLAB SIMULINK environment are validated by experimental ones obtained from the laboratory prototype.acceptedVersionPeer reviewe

Abstract Introduction In recent years, enzalutamide and abiraterone have been widely used as treatments for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). However, the cost-effectiveness of these drugs in Iran is unknown. This study evaluated the cost-effectiveness of enzalutamide for the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer resistant to castration in Iran. Methods A 3-state Markov model was developed to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of enzalutamide and abiraterone from a social perspective over 10 years. The clinical inputs were obtained from the meta-analysis studies. The direct medical costs were obtained from the tariffs of the healthcare system, while the direct non-medical and indirect costs were collected from the patients. The data of utilities were derived from the literature. In addition, sensitivity analyses were conducted to assess the uncertainties. Results Compared with Abiraterone, enzalutamide was associated with a high incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) of 6,260perQALYgained.Accordingtotheone−waysensitivityanalysis,ICERwasmostheavilyinfluencedbythepricesofenzalutamideandAbiraterone,non−medicalcosts,andindirectcosts.Regardlessofthevariation,enzalutamideremainedcost−effective.Thebudgetimpactanalysisofenzalutamideinthehealthsystemduring5yearswasestimatedat6,260 per QALY gained. According to the one-way sensitivity analysis, ICER was most heavily influenced by the prices of enzalutamide and Abiraterone, non-medical costs, and indirect costs. Regardless of the variation, enzalutamide remained cost-effective. The budget impact analysis of enzalutamide in the health system during 5 years was estimated at 6,362,127. Conclusions At current prices, adding enzalutamide to pharmaceutical lists represents the cost-effective use of the healthcare resources in Iran for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer
