UPAYA PESANTREN DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KELUARGA SAKINAH (STUDI KASUS DI YAYASAN PONPES SPMAA TURI LAMONGAN)

The sakinah family is an important thing that must be owned by every married couple in the household, the purpose of realizing a sakinah family is to create a sense of peace and comfort in the family. The development of the times affects a person's mindset and lifestyle, especially among teenagers in the concept of marriage. For this reason, Islamic boarding schools are here to bring the concept of thinking as a result of exemplary steps in realizing a sakinah family. The author conducted research on the efforts, and implementation of Islamic boarding schools in realizing a sakinah family at the SPMAA Turi Lamongan Islamic Boarding School Foundation. In data collection techniques, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation. KAWIN BOTE (NIKAH PAKSA) DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM DI KECAMATAN ADONARA KABUPAKTEN FLORES TIMUR PROVINSI NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR

AbstrakThis research is entitled "kawin bote (forced marriage) in the perspective of Islamic law (case study in Adonara District)". And this research is a field research (filed research). The limitations of the problems discussed are forced marriages that occurred in 2013 to 2020 with the formulation of the problem, what factors encourage forced marriages, how is the impact of forced marriages, what is the perspective of Islamic law on the problem. Therefore, the purpose of this research is is to find out about forced marriage, the factors that encourage it, its impact and an overview of Islamic law. While the method of data collection in this study was through observation and interviews with the research subjects were the people of the Adonara sub-district who lived in the Oringbele village and knew about forced marriages. The object of this research is bote marriage (forced marriage) in Adonara sub-district which occurred from 2013 to 2020, the method of data analysis is to use analytical techniques using qualitative analysis techniques.Keyword : Bote Marriage, Islamic Law Perspective,Hukum Isla

ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pada SMK Negeri 13 Malang Jawa Timur)

AbstrakManajemen sumber daya manusia adalah rangkaian strategi, proses dan aktivitas yang didesain untuk menunjang tujuan organisasi/perusahaan, lembaga pendidikan dan individu. Lembaga Pendidikan merupakan sebuah upaya untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia  yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu  setiap proses pendidikan terus dibangun dan dikembangkan agar proses pelaksanaanya menghasilkan sesuai yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 13 Malang 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 13 Malang 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 13 Malang 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja di SMK Negeri 13 Malang 5) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja di SMK Negeri 13 Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri 13 Malang yang berjumlah 56 guru, mereka adalah orang-orang yang bekerja dibawah kepemimpinan Dra. Dwi Lestari, M.M selaku Kepala Sekolah di SMK Negeri 13 Malang dengan jumlah responden yaitu sebanyak 56 guru, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis path.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Pengembangan karier mempunyai pengaruh dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Pengembangan karier memberikan keuntungan bagi guru maupun sekolah atau organisasi. Bagi guru pengembangan karier dapat meningkatkan potensi diri sehingga terbentuk kualitas sumber daya manusia (guru), sehingga terwujudlah moral yang dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja. 2) Adanya peningkatan motivasi kerja maka kinerja guru akan mengalami peningkatan. 3) Kepuasan kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, karena semakin tidak puas nya guru terhadap suatu sekolah maka akan semakin mendorong penurunan kualitas seorang guru, penurunan itu secara langsung dapat berimbas pada proses belajar mengajar dan kondisi sekolah, sebaliknya semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan guru terhadap sekolah berupa gaji sesuai, pekerjaan yang menarik, kesempatan promosi dan rekan kerja yang bersahabat, maka kinerja guru yang dihasilkan akan maksimal. Hasil perhitungan total effect ini menunjukkan pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja di SMK Negeri 13 Malang. Mengingat pengembangan karir dan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki kontribusi yang besar terhadap kinerja guru maka sebaiknya Kepala Sekolah memperhatikan hal tersebut.Kata kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Motivasi, Kinerja Guru dan  Kepuasan Kerja  Abstract            Human resource management is a network of strategies, processes and activities designed to support the goals of organizations / companies, educational institutions and individuals. The Board of Education is an effort to improve quality human resources. Therefore, every education process continues to be built and developed so that its implementation process results as expected. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of career development on the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 13 Malang 2) To know and analyze the motivation influence to the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 13 Malang 3) To know and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on teachers' SMK Negeri 13 Malang 4) To know and analyze the influence of career development on teachers' achievement through job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 13 Malang 5) To know and analyze the influence of motivation to teacher performance through job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 13 Malang. The population in this research is all teachers in SMK Negeri 13 Malang which consist of 56 teachers, they are people who work under the leadership of Drs. Dwi Lestari, M.M as Principal at SMK Negeri 13 Malang with 56 respondents, with the analysis of data using path analysis.            Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done it can be concluded as follows: 1) Career development has an influence in order to improve performance. Career development benefits teachers and schools or organizations. For career development teachers can enhance the potential of self so that the quality of human resources (teachers) is formed, so that morality can improve morale. 2) There is increasing motivation of work so the teacher's achievement will increase. 3) Job satisfaction is very influential to teacher performance, because the teacher is not satisfied with the school, it will further increase the quality of a teacher, the decrease can directly affect the learning process and the school situation, but the higher the teacher satisfaction level in the form of appropriate pay, interesting work, promotional opportunities and friendly colleagues, the performance of the teacher will be maximum. Result of total effect calculation show influence of career development to teacher achievement through job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 13 Malang. PANDANGAN HAKIM TERHADAP DISPENSASI PERNIKAHAN JUNCTO UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 16 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG BATAS USIA PERKAWINAN (Studi Kasus di Pengadilan Agama Bangkalan)

The purpose of this thesis is to find out how the judge views the dispensation of marriage in conjunction with Law number 16 of 2019 concerning the age limit for marriage. The research method used by the researcher is qualitative research with descriptive research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. And produce data, namely, first, according to the judge at the Bangkalan Religious Court legally, the addition of the marriage age limit is a standard for Indonesian people who will marry. Second, according to the judge, the factors that led to divorce were economic factors and infidelity. The amendment to Law Number 16 of 2019 gave significant changes to divorce cases, as seen from the declining divorce rate at the Bangkalan Religious Court. Third, according to the judge, the factor of the occurrence of marriage dispensation due to matchmaking, coercion from parents and prospective women who are already pregnant outside of marriage, the existence of Law Number 16 of 2016 gives a not too significant change to the statistics of marriage dispensation cases at the Bangkalan Religious Court which experienced an addition of only 1 case in 2021

Marriage is a sunnah of Allah SWT that is recommended to His servants. Of course, in marriage, each region has its own customs or habits, in Javanese traditional society, before marriage, they will carry out the weton tradition or determine the wedding day with the date of birth of the bride and groom. STRATEGI KUA KECAMATAN BANGIL KABUPATEN PASURUAN DALAM PELAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELUARGA SAKINAH DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

One of the efforts made by the government to achieve the goal of a sakinah marriage is to carry out sakinah family guidance services for prospective brides. The purpose of this study was to describe the Service Strategy, the guidance process, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the guidance process for the Sakinah Family during the Covid-19 Pandemic for prospective brides who were married at the KUA, Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research with the type of field research. The results of this study are: 1) the guidance process is carried out offline and is not treated online, but in the implementation of guidance for the sakinah family during the Covid-19 pandemic, they must still comply with the prokes that have been implemented. 2) supporting factors include a separate room, the existence of a guide book for the Sakinah family in the form of a module, the instructor provides education about the problem and solves a problem to be faced, the supervisor can understand the characteristics of the bride and groom. 3) Inhibiting factors include inadequate guidance service facilities, insufficient room or place to meet guidance participants due to avoiding crowds, lack of implementation time and limited implementation of Sakinah family guidance during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Kata kunci: Strategi, KUA, Pelayanan Bimbingan Keluarga Sakinah, Covid-19.

IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM BERBASIS GOOGLE CLASSROOM PADA MASA PANDEMI CORONAVIRUS DESEASE -19 DI SMK ISLAM AN NUURU TIRTOYUDO MALANG

The application of google classroom based learning media in Islamic religious education subjects is one of the lessons applied by teachers and students at SMK Islam An Nuuru Tirtoyudo Malang. The focus of this research is on planning, implementation and several factors that influence Islamic education subjects. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a qualitative approach based on phenomenology by using a case study type of research. Based on this research, it can be stated related to planning which can be seen from the preparation of materials, applications, and learning objectives. The implementation of this learning includes the delivery of strategies, methods, and applications that are used according to student needs and evaluation of learning. For several factors that affect the course of this learning, there are limitations of technology that can be evaluated by providing school facilities for the smooth running of this learning

ANALISIS KEKUATAN ALAT BUKTI SAKSI TESTIMONIUM DE AUDITU DALAM PERKARA PERCERAIAN DI PENGADILAN AGAMA KOTA MALANG

A witness is a person who has met the formal and material requirements and his testimony is given in court from what he has seen and experienced by himself, but what if the witness does not see it directly but only hears it from someone else ? in the witness's civil law it is called testimonium de auditu. As for the problems of the statement above is as follows : How about the strength of the witness testimonium de auditu in the divorce case at Religious court in Malang city ? and How is the consideration of judges about the witness testimony de auditu at Religious court in Malang city ?. To answer the questions above, the researcher uses a qualitative approach, The data is collected using documentation interview techniques with three judges as informants, and library research about testimonium de auditu. From the results of the research that has been done it can be concluded that according to the judge, the strength of the witness testimony de auditu at the Religious Court in malang city is not recognized as a tool of evidence, but rather in practice The judge has the authority to examine the witness, and it is not wrong for the judge to hear the witness' testimony, The not as direct evidence. But the testimony can beoconstrued asoa tool of proof of hypothesis with objective and rational judgment and it can serve as a basis fot proving something. STRATEGI GURU PAI DALAM MEMBINA KARAKTER KEPRIBADIAN SISWA PADA MASA PEMBELAJARAN DARING (ONLINE) DI SMP NEGERI 9 MALANG

Education is essentially a process of fostering and training human beings as learners, whether it be education on science or character education. while the Indonesian state provides responsibility for implementing education, especially all educational institutions in order to be able to place Indonesian people into people who are knowledgeable and have good character. In the era of 4.0 technological advances are developing very rapidly which makes almost all activities can be done online as well as the learning process to balance these technological advances, not a few educational institutions use internet technology in the learning process called online learning. This research is a descriptive qualitative research type of case study using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. In addition, researchers analyzed using data collection, data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this conclusion indicate that the strategy of PAI teachers in fostering students' personality characters can be done in online learning

UPAYA GURU PAI DALAM MENUMBUHKAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL SISWA KELAS IX DI SMP NEGERI 2 BANTUR KABUPATEN MALANG

The problem currently encountered by globalization in education in Indonesia is the lack of religious knowledge, one of the factor is the indifference of Islam values in the learning process and the lack of students’ morals. The aim of this study is to describe the effort of Islamic Religion teacher in expanding the spiritual intelligence of class IX students at SMPN 2 Bantur Malang, describing the supporting and inhibiting factors to expand students' spiritual intelligence.The research is a qualitative research. The data was collected using observation method, documentation and interviews. In this case, the researcher played a role as a participant and also the researcher was as a planner, executor, data collector, analyzer and reporter on the results of the research. The result of this research showed that the effort of Islamic Religion teacher in expanding the students' spiritual intelligence at SMPN 2 Bantur directed to the formation of morals through religious activities, habit and learning. Religious activities are appreciated so effective because a habit intended as a preparation to strengthen the faith, extend the insights about Islam and created  Muslims who are able to filter out the negative influences from the environment and become young generation of morality
