Methodology of a Troposphere Effect Mitigation Processor for SAR Interferometry
Troposphere effect mitigation based on numerical weather prediction (NWP) is an actual research topic in SAR interferometry (InSAR) and especially in persistent scatterer interferometry (PSI). This is the reason, a scientific troposphere effect mitigation processing system has been developed. The objective of this paper is to provide the methodology of four developed algorithms, demonstrate application examples, discuss the methods characteristic and recommend techniques for operational systems
The Contribution of z<6 Sources to the Spatial Coherence in the Unresolved Cosmic near-Infrared and X-ray Backgrounds
A spatial clustering signal has been established in Spitzer/IRAC measurements
of the unresolved Cosmic near-Infrared Background (CIB) out to large angular
scales, ~1 deg. This CIB signal, while significantly exceeding the contribution
from the remaining known galaxies, was further found to be coherent at a highly
statistically significant level with the unresolved soft Cosmic X-ray
Background (CXB). This measurement probes the unresolved CXB to very faint
source levels using deep near-IR source subtraction. We study contributions
from extragalactic populations at low to intermediate redshifts to the measured
positive cross-power signal of the CIB fluctuations with the CXB. We model the
X-ray emission from AGN, normal galaxies and hot gas residing in virialized
structures, calculating their CXB contribution including their spatial
coherence with all infrared emitting counterparts. We use a halo model
framework to calculate the auto and cross-power spectra of the unresolved
fluctuations based on the latest constraints of the halo occupation
distribution and the biasing of AGN, galaxies and diffuse emission. At small
angular scales (<1'), the 4.5mic vs 0.5-2 keV coherence can be explained by
shot noise from galaxies and AGN. However, at large angular scales (~10 arcmin)
we find that the net contribution from the modeled populations is only able to
account for ~3% of the measured CIBxCXB cross-power. The discrepancy suggests
that the CIBxCXB signal originates from the same unknown source population
producing the CIB clustering signal out to ~1 deg.Comment: 18 pages, 12 figures. Accepted for publication in Ap
Optical Absorption Measurements on Crystalline Silicon at 1550nm
Crystalline silicon is currently being discussed as test-mass material for
future generations of gravitational wave detectors that will operate at
cryogenic temperatures. We present optical absorption measurements on a
large-dimension sample of crystalline silicon at a wavelength of 1550nm at room
temperature. The absorption was measured in a monolithic cavity setup using the
photo-thermal self-phase modulation technique. The result for the absorption
coefficient of this float-zone sample with a specific resistivity of 11kOhm cm
was measured to be \alpha_A=(264 +/- 39)ppm/cm.Comment: 11 pages, 6 figures, 1 tabl
Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Kinerja Keuangan, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2016-2020
This study aims to explain the effect of liquidity, solvency, financial performance, and sales growth on the capital structure. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 181 manufacturing companies and only 48 met the criteria using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data with classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the regression equation obtained was Y = 0.581 – 0.028X1 + 0.017X2 + 0.033X3 + 0.288X4 + e. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) R Square value of 0.155 or equivalent to 15.5%. That is, 15.5% of Capital Structure can be explained and influenced by changes in the independent variable, and the remaining 84.5% is influenced by other variables not used in this study. In conclusion, simultaneously liquidity, solvency, financial performance, and sales growth have a significant and significant effect on the capital structure. Partially, only the Sales Growth variable has a positive and significant effect on the Capital Structure. Meanwhile, Liquidity, Solvency and Financial Performance partially have no effect on the Capital Structure of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2016-2020.

How Process Models Change Business Processes in Organizations: From Planned to Emergent Change
This paper examines how the use of process mining in organizations can promote change in real-world business processes via data-based process models. Drawing on routine dynamics research, we conceptualize process models as artifacts that organizational members can use to change the business processes (i.e., routines) which they perform, and we theorize how such change is possible. Our arguments (a) suggest an emergent change approach to process mining, (b) advance social business process management by unpacking the social influence of process models, and (c) suggest guidelines for practitioners that apply process mining in organizations
