    Beginning of “Kulak Exile” to the Tobolsk North (1930)

    The article contains systematic information about the process of resettlement of dispossessed peasants to the North of Western Siberia during the 1930s. It is alleged that this was the first stage of peasant exile, which began in February 1930. In total, researchers distinguish three stages (1930-1933). Based on documents and scientific publications, plans for the resettlement of dispossessed peasants to the Tobolsk North is discussed in the article. Features of preparation for the resettlement of “kulaks” and members of their families to the North by the example of agricultural districts of the Ural region are disclosed. The novelty of the study is that the author by comparative analysis reveals the number of peasants to be evicted, as well as the number of peasants who appeared in the Tobolsk north by the end of 1930. Particular attention is paid to the processes of transporting “kulaks” in two stages: in winter, and also in spring et summer (in navigation) in 1930. For the first time, data on the number of peasants delivered by river transport to the North is presented. The names of steamboats, the number of barges that transported people, places of settlement are reported. Statistics on the ratio of the number of local population and special settlers in the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk districts is provided. Digital data allow the author to conclude that the North of Western Siberia has become a region of increased concentration of special groups of population

    Economy of Yamal North during Civil War (1918-1920)

    The article deals with the economic situation of the Yamal North in Civil war conditions. Based on the analysis of available sources and studies, attention is paid to the analysis of the local economy state. The author raises a question of the adverse effects of wartime factors, which led to the violation of the former economic relations of the region. The novelty of the study is seen in the fact that on the basis of new documents (published and archival), the author clarifies statistical data on fish catches and fur production, the number of deer, raw materials, carried out by a cooperation. The author systematizes the available factual material and supplements it with new data. This material shows that as a result of the implementation of economic measures of the Soviet authorities and anti-Bolshevik governments, the economic situation of the region has changed. Special attention is paid to the economic activities of the Soviet authorities in the 1920-ies aimed at creating state fishing industry, factories, cooperatives, introduction of food requisitioning and other duties. The article proves that there was a decline in the development of key sectors of the regional economy, difficulties in food supply of Obdorsk and other settlements of the region, the deterioration of the economic situation of the population

    Relaxation of superflow in a network: an application to the dislocation model of supersolidity of helium crystals

    We have considered the dislocation network model for the supersolid state in He-4 crystals. In difference with uniform 2D and 3D systems, the temperature of superfluid transition T_c in the network is much smaller than the degeneracy temperature T_d. It is shown that a crossover into a quasi superfluid state occurs in the temperature interval between T_c and T_d. Below the crossover temperature the time of decay of the flow increases exponentially under decrease of the temperature. The crossover has a continuous character and the crossover temperature does not depend on the density of dislocations.Comment: Corrected typo

    Experience in the Implementation of Regional Concepts for the Development of the Circular “Green” Economy of the Countries of the World

    The purpose of this study is to determine in which directions the measures of the “green” economy are being implemented in foreign countries. To achieve this goal, the concept of a “green” economy and a “circular” economy was given; national strategies of the “green” economy of foreign countries were studied; the main directions of “green” regional initiatives were identified; measures taken in foreign countries in the selected areas of the “green” economy were compared. The subject of the study is foreign strategies for the development of the “green” economy of the region. The object of research is the “green” economy. The authors apply methods of empirical research (description and comparison); general logical (analysis of information, its synthesis and generalization, as well as abstraction); theoretical cognition (hypotic-deductive; ascent from the abstract to the concrete). The article considers examples of the implementation of foreign national concepts for the development of a “green” economy, which are associated with regional initiatives of Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Belgium and the United States of America. The analysis is made on the basis of national strategies of the “green” economy, directions and initiatives. It is concluded that these examples of the implementation of the “greening” of the economy should be taken as an example for other countries, since work in this direction can improve the environmental situation, the quality of life of the country and a particular region

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of herbal means «kardekaim» on indicators of physical endurance. Actoprotective activity was determined by the general models, high-speed and power of physical endurance in experiments on white mice. Overall physical endurance was determined by the duration of the swimming pool in mice with a load, speed of physical endurance was assessed by running the length of the mice in the 10-track treadmill, strength endurance were evaluated by retention time on a pole mice. Found that the introduction of rnurse «kardekaim» increases overall, speed and power physical endurance of laboratory animals against peace. On the model of single-and multiple-dose exercise kardekaim increases the potential for physical performance, prevents fatigue and speeds up recovery of physical endurance of animals undergoing high intensity exercise. The most effective kardekaim shows at course introduction. It is proved that the effect of the introduction at course «kardekaim» superior product comparison - Eleutherococcus extract

    INFLUENCE OF OXYGENATOR EXTRACORPORAL CIRCUIT TREATMENT WITH ADAPTATION COMPOSITION (AdC) ON MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF ERYTHROCYTES.

    Summary. The study highlights a method of treatment extracorporeal circuit with «adaptation composition» (AdC) for the reduction of negative impact on state of erythrocytes. Materials and methods. A total of 90 patients were enrolled, they were divided into two groups. The group 1 (45 patients, 39/6 male/female) included patients who underwent surgical procedures without treatment of an extracorporeal circuit with AdC. The group 2 (45 patients, 39/6 male/female) included patients who underwent surgery with the treatment of an extracorporeal circuit with AdC. According to the study protocol, patient blood was sampling for complete blood cell count (CBC) and erythrocyte morphology at 4 stages of surgery: before surgery, at 10 min. CPB-time, at 60 min. CPB-time and after separation from CPB. Results. The albumin of AdC creates a protective nanolayer on the surface of the oxygenator membrane and tubes. There were no statistically significant differences of parameters in the groups before CPB. Level of Ht 2 (group 2) at 60 min CPB-time and after CPB, were lower than Ht 1 (group 1) (p=0.021 and p=0.035 correspondingly) because MCV1 was higher (р=0.025 and p<0.0001 correspondingly). The increase MCHC in groups at 10 min. CPB-time relatives with the decrease in MCV at 10 min CPB-time. At 60 min, there are changes of RDWa2 76.05 ± 5.46 and RDWa1 72.35 ± 7.26, p<0.000. After CPB higher content of reticulocytes (р <0.0001), echinocytes (р <0.0001) and spherocytes (р <0.0001) is observed in group 1. The lowering of mechanical resistance (р = 0.04) and increasing membrane permeability for urea were in group 1. After CPB the best aсid hemolysis resistance was in group 2 (р = 0.05), erythrocytes were more resistant to hypoosmotic factor (р = 0.01) in group 2. Conclusion. The treatment of oxygenator with AdC reduces the negative influence СРВ on state of RBC. Membranes of erythrocytes were more resistant to traumatic factors in the group with AdC.В роботі висвітлюється метод обробки экстракорпорального контура оксигенатора «адаптуючою композицією» (adaptation composition – AdC) для зменшення негативного впливу штучного кровообігу на стан еритроцитів. Матеріали і методи. В дослідження було включено 90 пациентов, які були розподілені на дві групи. Пацієнтам першої групи (45 хворих, 39/6 чол./жін.) оперативні втручання виконували без обробки контуру оксигенатору адаптуючою композицією (AdC). Оперативні втручання у пацієнтів другої групи (45 пацієнтів - 36/9 чол./жін.) проводились з обробкою AdC. Згідно протоколу дослідження, у пацієнтів набирали кров для загального аналізу крові та морфологічного дослідження еритроцитів на 4 етапах оперативного втручання: до початку операції, на 10 хв. ШК, на 60 хв. ШК та в кінці операції. Результати та їх обговорення. Альбумін в складі AdС створює наношар на поверхні магистралей та мембрани оксигенатора. Між групами до ШК не було статистично значущої різниці у показниках. Рівень Ht 2 (група 2) на 60 хв. ШК ти після ШК був нижче, ніж Ht 1 (група 1) (p=0,021 і p=0,035 відповідно) через зібльшення MCV 1 (р=0,025 і p <0,0001 відповідно). На 10 хв. ШК підвищення МСНС в групах пов'язано зі зниженням MCV на 10 хв. ШК. На 60 хв. від початку ШК відбувається зміна в RDWа2 76,05 ± 5,46 і RDWа1 72,35 ± 7,26, р <0,0001. Після ШК в групі 1 визначається більш високий вміст ретикулоцитів (р <0,0001), ехіноцитів (р <0,0001) і сфероцитів (р <0,0001). В групі 1 після ШК відбувається зниження механічної стійкості еритроцитів (р = 0,04) та підвищена проникність мембрани еритроцитів для сечовини. Після ШК більша резистентність еритроцитів до кислотного гемолізу була в групі 2 (р = 0,05), також в групі 2 еритроцити були більш стійкими до гіпоосмотичному фактору (р = 0,01). Висновки. Обробка оксигенатора адаптуючою композицією призводить до зменшення негативного впливу ШК на стан еритроцитів. Мембрани еритроцитів були більш резистентні до дії факторів що ушкоджують в групі з використанням AdC

    NOVEL APPROACHES TO TREATING NONSPECIFIC LOW BACK PAIN

    Objective: to evaluate the impact of therapy with chondroitin sulfate (CS) and glucosamine (GA) on the clinical manifestations of low back pain (LBP).Subjects and methods. A multicenter open-label observational prospective study was conducted in 22 cities of Russia (46 centers) to investigate the efficacy of a combination of CS and GA in the outpatient treatment of nonspecific LBP. A total of 9761 patients were enrolled in the study that was completed by 8546 patients. Therapeutic efficiency was evaluated from changes in pain intensity during movement and at rest, by using the visual analogue scale. The Oswestry disability index, an global physician and patient assessment of therapeutic efficiency, and a daily need for nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) were taken into account as additional criteria for efficiency evaluation.Results and discussion. The multicenter open-label observational study established the efficacy of a combination of CS and GA in treating nonspecific LBP: relief in pain during movement and at rest, functional improvement, and a reduction in the daily need for NSAIDs. The patients and physicians highly assessed therapeutic efficiency. The combination of CS and GA was also noted to be well tolerated. The findings may suggest that this combination may be a promising tool to treat LBP and gives proof to the expediency of its use in randomized placebo-controlled studies

    THE STUDY OF DIAGNOSTIC POTENTIAL OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES SPECIFIC TO THE MEMBRANE PROTEIN OF CHOLERA AGENT IN ENZYME-LINKED IMMUNOASSAY

    Objective of the study was to develop peroxidase conjugate on the base of monoclonal antibodies (MCA) H2F6 and to study the possibility of its application for the detection of tcp+ Vibrio cholerae O1/O139 strains using direct ELISA methods.Materials and methods. Utilized for the investigation was the hybrid H2F6 clone, which synthesized monoclonal antibodies specific to the outer membrane protein of cholera vibrio into culture medium.Results and conclusions. Peroxidase conjugate was designed on the base of MCA which allows for the detection of tcp+ V. cholerae O1 and O139 strains in direct solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and dot-ELISA. The preparation was tested on a group of strains of V. cholerae and heterologous microorganisms and showed specificity in relation to V. cholerae O1 and O139. Monoclonal peroxidase conjugate H2F6 can be used for the detection of epidemically significant V. cholerae O1/O139 strains by means of immune-enzyme methods

    The Role of Vesicles in Transporting of Cholera Toxin

    The review reports on the secretion pathways of the main virulence factor of Vibrio cholerae, cholera toxin, both through the two-stage Sec-dependent type 2 secretion system and with the help of vesicles of the outer membrane of V. cholerae. The ways of toxin transfer into the host organism, depending on its form, are discussed. The well-studied free soluble cholera toxin is secreted extracellularly and transmitted in a GM1-dependent manner through cholesterolrich lipid rafts. The transfer of cholera toxin associated with vesicles has advantages over free toxin, because substances inside the outer membrane vesicles are protected from external proteases and host antibodies by the membrane that forms the vesicle. Vesicular transporting of cholera toxin into the target cell occurs via clathrin-dependent, caveolin-dependent and lipid raft-dependent endocytosis. The specific transport route is determined by the structure of the vesicles. Clathrindependent endocytosis is described for V. cholerae strains cultivated at low osmolarity of the medium, whose outer membrane vesicles contain the cholera toxin subunit A inside. Lipid raft-dependent endocytosis is characteristic of vesicles in which cholera toxin is located on the surface.
