    26 p.El conflicto armado colombiano ha adquirido el carácter de complejo y prolongado, en el que se mueven intereses de carácter político-económico y con autores diversos, al igual que sus víctimas. Frente a estas últimas, se destaca que han sido objeto de diferentes vulneraciones y afectaciones de derechos humanos, y que en ellas recae toda una serie de conductas que atentan contra su integridad.     When a land-air misile is fired to pursuit a mobil target, quite a few variables play a key role in order to reach and neutralise the target in no-time. It is desired; nevertheless, this system requires an amount of time, fuel, real-time data analysis as well as a discriminator system, all these in order to reach the mobil target. This is why, in this work we present a study for a set of variables meassured in situ such as: the wind speed, magnetic field, pressure and humidity to generate logs that can be usuful for either civil and militar applications. The system is designed to meassure in situ a set of variables starting at 500 m up to 30 km. As a result of this study, all the information gathered can be feed into the missil main computer and with the info loaded, it can trace trajectories in which the efficiency of the engine, fuel and cargo reach the target. The low atmosphere system has the follow set of instruments: a barometer, accelerometer, gyroscope and a magnetometer as the sensor array. We are using an Intel Galileo board as the motherboard.     Infrared glucose portable device

    There are quite a few persons worldwide with severe issues to control the glucose level on its blood. Only in Mexico, there are about 10 million persons with this disease and well over 13 deaths in 100 in this country are due to diabetes. In order to help to control this health issue, we are proposing a device to measure in a swift, simple and efficient way abnormality glucose levels in blood by using infrared sensors. Glucose shows a high absorbance to infrared wavelength. By using such characteristic, it is possible to develop a mobile, low-cost electronic device capable to analyse a blood sample by measuring the absorbance in it. The process is performed by using an array of infrared diodes controlled by a low-power consumption microcontroller as well as by several algorithms within a case. A blood sample is put in a substrate within the case. Once analysed, the glucose level of such sample is analysed and displayed on a scree
