PCR1
PCR1 mix: Bulk sample constituted from 30 diatoms strains corresponding to 12 genera and 21 species. 30 PCR products were mixed in varying molar proportions ranging from 0.1% to 8.8%. Then product of 3 markers (SSU rDNA, rbcL and cox1) were pooled in equimolar concentration. Fragmented PCR products were then sequenced in one random direction on a Roche GS FLX with Titanium chemistry on a GS FLX Titanium PicoTiterPlate 454 (Roche) at the Genomic Platform of Genopole Toulouse/Midi-Pyrenee
