    This study examines the aspect of selling power that follows a debt agreement, where if the debtor defaults, the creditor based on the selling power that has been given to him will sell the collateral object to take the payment of the debt. The approach method used is a normative approach. The results of the study indicate that the protection provided by a notary in the deed of power to sell to the parties in the form of authentic deed which is perfect evidence, and in addition the notary also provides legal protection in the form of legal clauses contained in the deed of power, and certainty about the end of the credit transaction by including it as a callus in the deed. However, the debtor feels that the protection provided in the power of attorney to sell is not proportional to the effect received by the debtor after signing the power of attorney to sell at the creditor contract, automatically the debtor has given full rights to the object of guarantee to the power recipient, when a default occurs in the future. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang aspek pemberian kuasa jual yang mengikuti suatu perjanjian utang piutang, dimana apabila debitor wanprestasi, maka kreditor berdasarkan kuasa jual yang telah diberikan kepadanya akan menjual obyek jaminan tersebut untuk mengambil pelunasan piutangnya. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan yang diberikan oleh notaris didalam akta kuasa untuk menjual bagi para pihak dalam bentuk akta otentik yang merupakan alat bukti yang sempurna, dan selain itu notaris juga memberikan perlindungan hukum dalam bentuk klausul-klausul hukum yang terdapat didalam akta kuasa tersebut, serta kepastian tentang berakhirnya perjnajian kredit tersebut dengan mencamtumkan sebagai kalusul didalam akta tersebut. Namun debitur merasa perlindungan yang diberikan didalam akta kuasa untuk menjual tidak sebanding dengan akibat yang diterima debitur setelah menandatangani akta kuasa untuk menjual pada saat akad kreditur, secara otomatis debitur telah memberikan penuh hak atas objek jaminan kepada penerima kuasa selaku kreditur, bilamana terjadi wanprestasi dikemudian hari

    Breast Cancer Diagnostic System Based on MR images Using KPCA-Wavelet Transform and Support Vector Machine

    Automated detection and accurate classification of breast tumors using magnetic resonance image (MRI) are very important for medical analysis and diagnostic fields. Over the last ten years, numbers of methods have been proposed, but only few methods succeed in this field. This paper presents the design and the implementation of CAD system that has the ability to detect and classify the tumor of the breast in the MR images. To achieve this, k-mean clustering methods and morphological operators are applied to segment the tumor. The gray scale, Texture and symmetrical features as well as discrete wavelet transform (DWT) are used in feature extracted stage to obtain the features from MR images. Kernel principle components analysis (K-PCA) are also applied as a feature reduction technique and support vectors machine (SVM) are used as a classifier.     Cette communication présente les résultats d'un essai de vieillissement basé sur des cycles d'imbibition-séchage sur une pierre régionale : le tuffeau. Une cinquantaine de cycles qui ont duré trois ans ont été appliqués sur une face d'un échantillon cylindrique. Les mouvements d'eau semblent induire des modifications texturale et minéralogique dues aux phénomènes de dissolution des minéraux, de transport des sels et de recristallisation. Ceci provoque le ralentissement de l'imbibition et témoigne de l'altération de l‘échantillon de la pierre testée. De plus, le test d'imbibition permet de montrer la présence de deux zones d‘altération distinctes, notamment une patine sur la face cyclée, zone moins poreuse que dans le reste de l'échantillon

    Morphometric and meristic characteristics of sobur Tenualosa ilisha Ham-Buch, 1822 in Bahmanshir River, Khuzestan, Iran

    Among 41 morphometric and meristic parameters of sobur studied in Bahmanshir River, the number of pre-pelvic, post-pelvic and total scouts were 30-32, 16-18 and 13-15 respectively. The coefficient rate between head length and caudal peduncle to standard length were found to be 28% and 23% respectively. The five parameters mentioned above are in agreement with Tenualosa ilisha species. According to this survey there are great differences between Bahmanshir River sobur and those have been surveyed in Bangladesh and Indian water resources based on the morphometric and meristic characteristics. We found that all the morphometric characters have high correlation with total length

    Real-Time Face Recognition System Using KPCA, LBP and Support Vector Machine

    With increasing security threats, Biometric systems have importance in different fields. This appears clearly exactly after the rapid development that happened in power of computing. In this paper, the Design and implementation of a real-time face recognition system are presented. In such a system, Kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) and Local binary pattern (LBP) are used as feature extraction methods with the aid of support vector machine (SVM) to work as a classifier. A comparison between traditional feature extraction methods as (PCA and LDA) and a proposal methods are performed as well as a comparison between support vector neural network and artificial neural network classifier are also implemented. Two types of experiments, On-line, and Off-line experiments are done. In the On-line experiment, a new database is created and used. While in the off-line experiment, two types of databases (ORL and YALE) are used to estimate the performance and efficiency of the system. The combinations of these methods together enhances the experimental results in compare with other methods
