Colors Effect on Perception from Screen Layout With The View of Human Computer Interaction
This project is a research conducted on Human Computer Interaction (HCI) area. Color is
one of the elements in HCI subject which will be discussed in the project research
specifically. Color has becomeone of the important subjects in many fields, perhaps one
of the important attributes in the study of HCI. When it comes to the designing a system
or a web page, HCI also had presented some guidelines to propose color selection,
perhaps there is a "why" factor on the subject to question why such color must be use or
avoid. In other hand, traditionally designers tend to reflect personnel favoritism on color
preferences, normally preferably choice of color or even local customs and believe over
designing a system.
This project will blend between color science and perception through the view ofHuman
Computer Interaction. There are two objectives of the study which is to test and prove
that does color effects the users and productivity. Usability testing will be performed and
trough the result, this research is targeting to propose a standard of good practice color
preferences on page display over a specific system.
In this research, the main element to be studied is human factor and the human
perception. Two areas of studies relates which is the color science and its fundamental as
well as the human perception where the usability testing will be perform to structure and
generate findings of the experiment. The scope of research is specifically targeted on
'sensitive system' such as banking system, aircraft, etc. The project consists of five
phases of methodology which needs to be simple, and reported in sufficient detail as to be
easily replicable. There are three experiments conducted for usability testing which are
the video recording session with the 'think aloud method' practice, questionnaires and
interview session.
The data ofthe experiment will be analyzed and referred back to the fundamental of color
science. At the end of the research, a standard of recommended 'Good Practice Color'
will be proposed

Application of quality function deployment to design a liquefied petroleum gas trolley
In Malaysia, the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is widely used for domestic purposes.
The delivery men who are in charge of delivering the LPG cylinders to the customers are exposed
to the ergonomic risk factors associated with excessive force due to the heavy steel cylinders. There
are devices used to assist the delivery task, however, the devices are not efficient to be used in non elevated
apartments. Due to this reason, this study aims to design an LPG cylinder trolley. Quality
Function Deployment was integrated to design the LPG cylinder trolley, so that it can fulfill the
delivery man's requirements, thus, an effective device to assist the delivery task is produced. Based
on the findings, it can be concluded that the integration of QFD is an effective solution in designing
an effective LPG cylinder trolley
KUALITAS PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI DI KANTOR DESA KAMPILI KAB. GOWA
The purpose of this article is to find out the role of the village government in improving the quality of administrative services to the community at the Kampili Village Office. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants that were taken by the author were the Head of Kampili Village, the Village Secretary, the Head of Government Section, and the Kampili Village Administrative Services Section. The results of the study show the quality of Kampili village government services using Maswell's theory, namely 1) The services provided by staff and employees to the community are quite relevant and still need to be improved, 2) Availability and affordability of services provided by the Kampili Village government to the community can be implemented properly 3) Fair treatment with the distribution of a service provided by the village government without any system for individual communities or differentiating one community from other communities makes the community quite satisfied with the services provided, 4) It has become a priority in administrative services in Village Government by maximizing working apparatus and completing the facilities needed, 5) Kampili Village Government Services are quite efficient and affordable with no collection in services
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPAS Materi Kearifan Lokal Peserta Didik Kelas IV SDN Panggreh 2 Jabon Sidoarjo
The research was conducted to analyze the application of the PBL learning model in improving problem solving skills and motivation in local wisdom material for fourth grade students at SDN Panggreh 2 Sidoarjo Regency in the 2022/2023 academic year. In this classroom action research consists of two cycles with the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in the study were teachers and fourth grade students at SDN Panggreh 2 Jabon Sidoarjo totaling 28 students with details of 11 students being boys and 17 students being girls. The use of data collection techniques consists of observation techniques, learning achievement tests, and field notes when learning activities take place. There was an increase from Cycle I to Cycle II in the activities of teachers, students, and students' science learning outcomes with the percentage results being an increase when viewed from the percentage of classical learning completeness results in cycle I which was initially 67.8% with an average score of 66, 85 increased in the results of the implementation of cycle II to 92.85% with an average value of 81.85. Based on these result data by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model of local wisdom material can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN Panggreh 2 Jabon Sidoarjo and provide learning conditions that make students feel safe, comfortable and fun and motivate students to be involved actively in learning activities
Factors affecting young Malaysians' intention to purchase green products
Green marketing refers to holistic marketing concept in which it involves production, marketing, consumption and product disposal in a way that is less harmful to the environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of knowledge, perceived value, eco-label, and social influence on the intention of future green products purchasing among young Malaysian. The sample size of this study was 250 students. The results of this study showed that social influence have a relationship with young consumers’ intention to purchase green products, however knowledge and eco-label had no influence. This research brings a better understanding on young consumers’ intention towards future green purchasing in Malaysia
The Effect of Using Process Approach on Science Achievement and Scientific Attitudes among Jordanian Basic Stage Students
This study aimed to investigate the impact of teaching students using operational-oriented in their achievement in science and the trend towards science. Specifically, the study sought to answer the following questions: Are there differences in achievement at the eighth grade students in Jordan according to the method of teaching (Operational-approach, the usual way)?Does the trend toward science primary grade students in Jordan according to the method of teaching (Operational-approach, the usual way) Sample of the study consisted of (64) students at the eighth grade enrolling at Ajlune City schools at Ajlune Governorate in the second semester of the school year 2012\2013. The sample was selected using purposeful sampling from Ajlune Basic School For Boys and they were assigned to two sections: the first section ( A) containing ( 32) students and representing the experimental group and was taught using the process approach and the second section represented the control group ( B) containing (32) students and was taught using the traditional instructional method. The experimental group was taught using the Process Approach and the instructional period lasted for one and a half month. As for the control group, it was taught using the traditional instructional method for the same time period. To measure the effectiveness of the Process Approach instructional method compared to the traditional instructional method, a (20) items multiple choice test and (4) alternatives achievement test was developed. The reliability coefficient for the test was calculated using Cronbach alpha formula and was (0.84). Science attitudes scale was also used.To answer the questions of the study, Co- variance analysis ( ANCOVA) was used. The study revealed the following studies: A significant difference at (?=0.05) was found between student means scores on the achievement test due to the instructional method used and in favor of experimental group students  ( Process Approach). A significant difference at (?=0.05) was found between student means scores on the science attitudes scale due to the instructional method used and in favor of experimental group students ( Process Approach). In light of the results reported in the current study, the following recommendations were suggested: To use the Process Approach in teaching school subjects in general and science in particular.Future research is needed examining the effects of using Approach Process in the different subjects and using all school stage
