Challenges and influential factors in ERP adoption and implementation
The adoption and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a challenging and expensive task that not only requires rigorous efforts but also demands to have a detailed analysis of such factors that are critical to the adoption or implementation of ERP systems. Many efforts have been made to identify such influential factors for ERP; however, they are not filtered comprehensively in terms of the different perspectives. This paper focuses on the ERP critical success factors from five different perspectives such as: stakeholders; process; technology; organisation; and project. Results from the literature review are presented and 19 such factors are identified that are imperative for a successful ERP implementation, which are listed in order of their importance. Considering these factors can realize several benefits such as reducing costs and saving time or extra effort

What drives consumers' e-loyalty to airlines web site? Conceptual framework and managerial implications
This study proposes a revised technology acceptance model that integrates expectation confirmation theory to measure continuance intentions of online shopping for airlines web sites. The sample respondent 465online users in Saudi Arabia. A structural equation model confirms model fit. Perceived usefulness, enjoyment, social pressure, and loyalty incentives are determinants of online flight booking continuance in Saudi Arabia. This research moves beyond online booking intentions and includes factors affecting online booking continuance. The research model explains 53% of the intention to continue booking using airlines web sites
On two-dimensional quantum gravity and quasiclassical integrable hierarchies
The main results for the two-dimensional quantum gravity, conjectured from
the matrix model or integrable approach, are presented in the form to be
compared with the world-sheet or Liouville approach. In spherical limit the
integrable side for minimal string theories is completely formulated using
simple manipulations with two polynomials, based on residue formulas from
quasiclassical hierarchies. Explicit computations for particular models are
performed and certain delicate issues of nontrivial relations among them are
discussed. They concern the connections between different theories, obtained as
expansions of basically the same stringy solution to dispersionless KP
hierarchy in different backgrounds, characterized by nonvanishing background
values of different times, being the simplest known example of change of the
quantum numbers of physical observables, when moving to a different point in

Diverse virtual social networks: Implications for remote software testing teams
This paper evaluates offshore outsourcing in the IT testing industry and determines what conditions determine its success. There is particular focus on the influence of diversity in teams on group relationships. Two studies are described: the first, investigated the perceptions of professional software testers on the critical factors of offshore outsourcing; and the second study looked at the ability for diverse teams to form close working relationships through virtual networks. We find that overt diversity factors inhibit interaction across nationality boundaries. The limitations of virtual networks for fostering personal communications is apparent in preventing group members from overcoming the initial aversion to mix with out-group members, which could be achieved with closer and more personal communications between members with different diversity factors in normal face to face communications. Where software testing teams are outsourced globaly, and must rely on virtual communications, there seems potential for significant difficulties in developing close working relationships, which on the one hand, can be negative for group cohesion, but one the other hand, can be positive for encouraging imparitality
Coulomb-corrected quantum interference in above-threshold ionization: Working towards multi-trajectory electron holography
Using the recently developed Coulomb Quantum Orbit Strong-Field Approximation
(CQSFA), we perform a systematic analysis of several features encountered in
above-threshold ionization (ATI) photoelectron angle-resolved distributions
(PADs), such as side lobes, and intra- and intercycle interference patterns.
The latter include not only the well-known intra-cycle rings and the
near-threshold fan-shaped structure, but also previously overlooked patterns.
We provide a direct account of how the Coulomb potential distorts different
types of interfering trajectories and changes the corresponding phase
differences, and show that these patterns may be viewed as generalized
holographic structures formed by up to three types of trajectories. We also
derive analytical interference conditions and estimates valid in the presence
or absence of the residual potential, and assess the range of validity of
Coulomb-corrected interference conditions provided in the literature.Comment: 17 pages, 11 figures. Some figures have been compressed in order to

Orbital Fluctuation-Induced Triplet Superconductivity : Mechanism of Superconductivity in
The mechanism of superconductivity in is studied
using a degenerate Hubbard model within the weak coupling theory. When the
system approaches the orbital instability which is realized due to increasing
the on-site Coulomb interaction between the electrons in the different
orbitals, it is shown that the triplet superconductivity appears. This
superconducting mechanism is only available in orbitally degenerate systems
with multiple Fermi surfaces.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figure
Spatially anisotropic Heisenberg Kagome antiferromagnet
In the search for spin-1/2 kagome antiferromagnets, the mineral volborthite
has recently been the subject of experimental studies [Hiroi et al.,2001]. It
has been suggested that the magnetic properties of this material are described
by a spin-1/2 Heisenberg model on the kagome lattice with spatially anisotropic
exchange couplings. We report on investigations of the Sp(N) symmetric
generalisation of this model in the large N limit. We obtain a detailed
description of the dependence of possible ground states on the anisotropy and
on the spin length S. A fairly rich phase diagram with a ferrimagnetic phase,
incommensurate phases with and without long range order and a decoupled chain
