PERJUANGAN PEREMPUAN DALAM NOVEL ATHIRAH KARYA ALBERTHIENE ENDAH

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan perjuangan perempuan dalam novel Athirah karya Alberthiene Endah dan mendeskripsikan faktor pendorong perjuangan perempuan dalam novel Athirah karya Alberthiene Endah. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data novel Athirah karya Alberthiene Endah. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa dialog, penggambaran pengarang maupun tingkah laku tokoh dalam cerita. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan feminisme liberal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perjuangan perempuan dalam novel Athirah meliputi a) Perjuangan perempuan di bidang personal, b) Perjuangan perempuan di bidang ekonomi. 2) Faktor pendorong perjuangan perempuan dalam novel Athirah meliputi a) Faktor sakit hati dipoligami, b) Faktor keuangan, dan c) Faktor keluarga.  Kata Kunci: Athirah, Perjuangan Perempuan, Feminisme liberal

The Psychological Transitions in the Character Portrayal of E.M. Forster’s A Passage to India

A passage to India, of E.M. Forster, sheds light on the psychological journey of the main characters (Mrs. Moore, Mrs. Adela Quested, Dr. Aziz) who are connected to the incident of the Marabar caves. E. M. Foster has given the readers the opportunities to analyze and discuss the novel from various angles. Having the context in India and characters from the Britain, this text can be analyzed from different perspectives including colonial studies, political perspective, physical and mental passage of British people to India, cultural conflict, religious conflict, racism and so on. And all these issues along with Marabar Caves do create some impacts on the characters in different times as the storyline gets developed in the novel. The experience of the Marabar caves affected the minds of the characters and a great deal of transformation is observed among them. This paper highlights how the story of Dr. Aziz changes with the incoming of Adela and Mrs. Moore as well as how the deflection that occurs in the Marabar Caves incident transits these character’s life into a new diverse vision. This paper also focuses how the journey of the characters switches into a new mode of realization; find a new identity, new philosophy of life through the transitions. &nbsp

Analisis Tingkat Kesuksesan Layanan Mobile Banking Dengan Model Delone dan MClean Pada Bank Panin

Perbankan  melakukan digitalisasi dengan meluncurkan aplikasi mobile banking, dimana dengan adanya mobile banking dapat diharapkan memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan transaksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh model kesuksesan model Delone dan Mclean yang terdiri dari variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, pengguna, kepuasaaan pengguna dan manfaat bersih dalam mobile banking. Metode peneltian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode judgment sampling. Populasi yang dituju merupakan nasabah panin bank yang menggunakan layanan mobile banking.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM dengan pendekatan PLS dan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Selenium as well as copper, zinc, and manganese play an important role in the detoxification of free radicals. There might be possible interactions with the mechanisms of action for cytostatic drugs as well as ionizing radiation. To further investigate these interactions, in vitro experiments are necessary. For most trace elements however, there are only few in vitro toxicity data for cultured cells (1, 2, 3, 4). Neither all trace elements nor all cell lines of interest have been tested. To enable further experiments on the influence of trace elements on the chemo- and radiosensitivity of cultured cells, it is therefore necessary to establish valid toxicity data for the trace elements and cell lines concerned. Performance evaluation of PAPR reduction with SER and BER by modified clipping & filtering in 3GPP LTE downlink

This paper work focuses on performance analysis of PAPR reduction of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) using amplitude clipping & filtering based design. Now a days one of the most proficient multi-carrier transmission techniques widely used today is orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) which has been implemented by the next generation wireless communication technology: Long Term Evolution (LTE). Extra robustness to multipath fading and impulse noise is provided OFDM. It eliminates inter symbol interference (ISI) & inter carrier interference (ICI) with certain procedure. Therefore peak to average power ratio (PAPR) is the basic problem with OFDM. However in this paper we proposed a reduction procedure of the PAPR by using clipping and filtering. Here we use a composed high pass , low pass & Chevyshev band pass filter II after amplitude clipping to reduce the PAPR. The performance of the system in terms of bit error rate (BER) and symbol error rate (SER) is also investigated as a new filter based clipping method is proposed. Our proposed clipping method with and composed high pass the Chevyshev bandpass filter II in PAPR performance of the system with a little compromise of BER & SER showing the significant improvement in Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM)
