PROGRAM PARENTING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN KELUARGA

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah salah satu bagian dari tridharma perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu menjadi suatu kewajiban bagi setiap dosen dan sivitas akademika lainnya untuk terlibat dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. STKIP Siliwangi yang telah menggulirkan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pendanaan internal yang dilaksanakan di seluruh wilayah Jawa Barat pada tahun 2016, telah mengintegrasikan program pendidikan masyarakat berupa sosialisasi dan seminar pendidikan dengan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dalam waktu 14 hari. Dengan metode pendekatan pendampingan, pelatihan dan pembinaan, program pengabdian memberikan warna baru dalam pengembangan pendidikan di pelosok Jawa Barat, adapun lokasi yang dipilih adalah Desa Karangpakuan, Kecamatan Darmaraja, Sumedang, sebagai daerah yang terdampak pembangunan Waduk Jatigede. IMPLEMENTASI PELATIHAN BERBASIS DIGITAL MARKETING DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BERWIRAUSAHA BAGI PELAKU UMKM KOTA CIMAHI

During the pandemic period, economic activities must adjust to limited interactions, minimizing physical contact during the buying and selling process. Of course, the ongoing pandemic period adds to the difficulty of MSME actors, not only to develop, even including maintaining a business. In order to help survive the pandemic, MSME players in Cimahi are deemed necessary to get digital marketing-based training for Cimahi City MSMEs. This service aims to describe the implementation of a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs. This research is a case study research on MSMEs who take digital-based training. To reveal the data and information, the researchers applied a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, namely revealing the depth of data and information based on research formulations and research questions, namely how to implement a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs? EVALUASI PELATIHAN CEFE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN DI KOTA CIMAHI

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas bagaimana pelatihan CEFE telah dievaluasi dalam hal penguatan program kewirausahaan. Penyelidikan menggunakan teknik kualitatif dari sudut pandang Emic. Dengan penelitian evaluatif, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif. Untuk proyek ini, Daniel Stufflebeam menciptakan teknik penilaian program model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian diberikan kepada pelaku UMKM, pendamping, dan koordinator, beserta alat pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan tes. Menurut hasil penelitian, evaluasi pelatihan CEFE sangat berguna dalam manajemen pelatihan, terutama untuk menangani masalah di dunia bisnis, kemudian berdasarkan diskusi yang diadakan tentang pelatihan yang lebih terstruktur dan terfokus jika dibandingkan dengan tidak menggunakan model pelatihan dan terakhir manajemen ini menerapkan simulasi nyata pada dunia wirausaha, sehingga model ini sangat baik untuk digunakan para wirausahawan. MODEL KONSEPTUAL PELATIHAN CEFE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN UMKM DI KOTA CIMAHI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

This study aims to to provide a study by describing the conceptual model of CEFE training in perfecting the entrepreneurship training program.method applied is a qualitative approach with Emic's view, then data collection involves MSME actors, assistants, and coordinators as well as data collection tools by observation, documentation, interviews, and tests. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the conceptual model of CEFE training was very helpful in training management and specifically to deal with problems in the business world, then based on the discussion conducted on the conceptual model of the training it was more structured and focused when compared to not implementing the training model, then this management applied real simulation into the world of entrepreneurship which makes this model very suitable to be applied to entrepreneurship training programs. The impact of this research is to create insight into job opportunities, increase entrepreneurial insight and create a family spirit, as well as train participants to develop businesses through business partners. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kajian dengan mendeskripsikan model konseptual pelatihan CEFE dalam menyempurnakan program pelatihan kewirausahaan. IMPLEMENTASI PELATIHAN PENGELOLA BERBASIS KEBUTUHAN PKBM SE-KOTA CIMAHI DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan program PKBM menjawab realitas kesulitan yang sering muncul di lembaga nonformal, terutama tantangan operasional kelembagaan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif untuk memaparkan data dan informasi, artinya menggambarkan luasnya data dan informasi berdasarkan desain studi dan tujuan penelitian, yaitu bagaimana menjalankan program pelatihan manajemen berbasis kebutuhan. Ada tiga tahapan pengelolaan program, yaitu tahap perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, dan evaluasi program. Setiap tahapan dalam pelaksanaannya selalu diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan, kemudian menyusun rancangan forum yang direkomendasikan dengan pengembangan bahan diskusi, kemudian menyusun penilaian akhir yang diasumsikan dengan soal Pre Tes dan Post test serta diakhiri dengan evaluasi.Abstract:  The implementation of the PKBM program answers the reality of difficulties that often arise in non-formal institutions, especially the challenges of institutional operations during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research subject is child group b 15 of them. Based on a pediatric research with the structure of infant speech 13%, cycle I 27% and cycle ii 66%. MEDIA BONEKA TANGAN DAPAT MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENYIMAK ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DENGAN METODE BERCERITA

One from of ability to tell stories is the listening process.in general, older brothers still have difficulty listening to and unerstanding the stories that the teacher conveyed, one of conditions is the influence of the teacher’s low creativity in determining the medium of learning to tell childeren. On the other hand children are still less focused and often talk to themselves with their friends so that children do  not concentrate and listen to the explanation from the teacher, this happens to the child and during the learning process. This phenomenon is a problem that needs to be found as an alternative solution. One methode that can be used is the storrytelling methode using hand puppet media. This study used a classroom action research methode which numbered 12 children. The results obtained from 12 children are significant, no children are undeveloped, if the value is obtained, it is 0 percent, 1 child begins to develop, if the value is obtained, it is8%, 4 children have developed as expected or if the value is obtained, it is 32%, and 7 children develop very well or if the value is obtained, its is 60%. From the percentage accumulated there was an average increase of 33%. According to the results of improvement in each cycle, the use of hand puppet media on story telling techniques can influence the listening skills of group B children in this kindergarten. From tehe data obtained it can be concluded that the media of hand puppets can improve the listening skill of children.Keywords: Listening Skill, tell stories, Hand Puppe
