RANCANG BANGUN PROTOTIPE ROBOT MANIPULATOR UNTUK MEDIA PRAKTIKUM
Manipulator robots are commonly used for industrial applications such as to move, to lift and to manipulateworkpieces. The robots are widely used in various industries. Then, the understanding about the robots becomeimportant things for engineering students especially for mechatronics students. The students can study aboutmanipulator robots by using a prototype of manipulator robot. Therefore, a prototype of manipulator robot is the mainresult of this research. The prototype of manipulator robot can be used as a teaching tool in the Mechatronics Laboratory.The robot has a complete kinematics and dynamics analysis. The purposes of this research are (1) to formulate therotation, homogenous transformation, and position matrixes of the robot, (2) to design the mechanical, electrical andcontrol of the robot, and (3) to make a prototype of manipulator robot. The robot is equipped with an end effector. Then,the robot has a 3 Degree of Freedoms (DOFs) in its body and 2 DOFs in its end effector. A dynamixel AX-12A and aservo motor were used as the actuators of the robot. Then, an Arduino Mega was used as the controler of the robot. Asthe result of this research, the prototype of manipulator robot had been made based on the formulation and design. Therobot could work well in lifting and moving a sample workpiece from a coordinate (x1, y1) to other coordinate (x2, y2)

PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN OKSIGENASI DENGAN PEMBERIAN POSISI HEAD UP 30Ëš PADA PASIEN STROKE
Stroke as cerebrovascular damage, is a loss of brain function caused by cessation or reduced blood supply to an area of the brain, resulting in local or global neurological dysfunction. Substandard blood flow in stroke patients can lead to hemodynamic abnormalities, where hemodynamic conditions affect the distribution of oxygen throughout the body, affect heart function and reduce oxygen saturation so that stroke is an emergency case and requires fast and appropriate help. Purpose: of this study was to determine how to fulfill the need for oxygenation by giving a 30Ëš head up position in stroke patients. Method: used is a literature study or literature review using articles/journals in the form of fulfilling oxygen needs by giving a 30Ëš head up position in stroke patients. Results: showed that there was a significant increase in oxygen saturation levels after the 30Ëš head up position in stroke patients. Conclusion :of this study is that one of the interventions that can be carried out in fulfilling oxygenation in stroke patients is giving a 30 head up position with a head elevation or 30Ëš head up position that can facilitate increased cerebral blood flow and maximize cerebral tissue oxygenatio
Pengembangan Prototipe Kandang Ayam Cerdas Menggunakan Solar Panel Berbasis Internet of Things
Peternakan adalah kegiatan mengembangbiakkan dan membudidayakan hewan ternak untuk mendapatkan manfaat dan hasil dari kegiatan tersebut. Sebagian besar peternak di Indonesia masih menggunakan cara tradisional/ konvensional dalam beternak. Bagi peternak berskala besar hal tersebut tentunya menjadi tugas yang sulit untuk menjaga hewan ternak sepanjang waktu. Pemberian pakan, minum, desinfektan, dan pembersih kotoran masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyita banyak tenaga dari para peternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodifikasi sistem kandang ayam cerdas sebelumnya agar dapat memberikan pakan, minum, disinfektan, dan pembersih kotoran secara otomatis sehingga peternak tidak perlu datang ke kandang secara langsung. Sistem tersebut memerlukan komponen-komponen yang menggunakan sumber daya listrik yang besar sehingga penggunaan Solar Panel (Tenaga Surya) sebagai sumber daya listrik dapat menghemat penggunaan listrik pada alat kontrol yang dibuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Solar System sebagai sumber daya listrik utama pada kandang ayam cerdas yang dibuat berhasil diaplikasikan untuk menyalakan serta menjalankan semua aktivitas yang telah dijadwalkan pada alat. Mekanisme pembersih kotoran kandang yang telah dibuat dapat bekerja sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Pemberian pakan, minum, disinfektan, dan pembersih kotoran dapat dipantau melalui aplikasi monitoring

Adverse events following immunization Post Moderna (mRNA-1273) booster vaccination after two primary doses of CoronaVac
This study aims to investigate the prevalence of Adverse Events Following Immunization infection among health workers in the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency following two doses of CoronaVac. The study takes a descriptive research method. This research data is taken from two hundred fifty-eight individuals who indicated their willingness to participate in the study. 99 health workers (38.37%) had a history of AEFI at the first and second doses, with symptoms of malaise (36.36%), local pain (32.32%), and fever (22.22%) with an onset of 1–5 days (24.81%), and the majority did not require treatment (72.48 %). The study results showed that almost all health care professionals developed AEFI, both local and systemic, following the third immunization dosage. 257 health care workers (99.6 %) reported experiencing local AEFIs, with pain (95.35 %), swelling (37.60 %), and a red rash (37.60 %). Systemic AEFI was diagnosed in 239 health care workers (92.63 %), with the most common systemic reaction being arthralgia, myalgia (70.54 %), fever (62.02 %), and malaise (38.37 %). The response length was between 1 and 5 days (74.03 %), and 195 health workers (75.58 %) took NSAIDs to alleviate the reaction
