    Target of this research is to create eksperiment. The hypothesis of this research is: the model mastery of content with modeling techniques can develop students\u27s character. Metodology of this research is R & D design. The study population was all students in fifth semester totaling 212 students. The steps of product development procedure as follows: 1) The preliminary phase, 2) Development Phase, 3) Test for Models effectiveness. Thef results from pre-test total score obtained in 2205 with an average score of 105. The amount is classified in the category of low character with a percentage of 14.3%. From the empirical data above, the researchers wanted to strive for a low student character into being, that being can be increased to high and high to be very high. So the step taken is to give control of content through modeling techniques to develop the character of BK students in fifth semester of the academic year 2015/2016. The post-test results after being given a mastery of content services to develop the character, data showed that as many as 76% of students are at very high category and 24% higher. While the gain medium and low scores character no or 0%. Service model mastery of content with modeling techniques to enhance the student\u27s character can be developed even more effective if professors and the academic community can provide examples for students and this activity can also be done intensively and sustainably developing student character
